Xehanort brings up his keyblade in his hand creating a ball of darkness that he throws directly at me.
I immediately counter the ball of darkness by drawing my sword which transforms into my Oblivion keyblade and strike it back.
Xehanort: You did really have a keyblade my hunch was right, You're more and more interesting, who is your master?
Zero: I don't have a master yet.
Xehanort: A masterless wielder this talented is uncommon, where did you learn to use your keyblade then?
Zero: Self-training and learn from people when travelling around.
Xehanort: Oh oh oh you remind me of me in my youth, now come to me youngster.
Zero: Word of advice don't underestimate me, Master Xehanort.
Master Xehanort and I exchange pointer and I must say he is much stronger than I imagined for some is age, I understand why he is the main antagonist of the Seeker of Darkness arc, he must have experienced many worlds and have many tricks up his sleeve.

I ask her as I sit on the couch.
Minato: Minoseki Academy and you came at the right time. Kanami has qualified for the national swordsmanship tournament.
Zero: Heh, knowing her there is a good chance she will be champion.
Minato: That's why you're coming with me tomorrow to cheer her on.
Zero: Why not? It won't hurt to go and cheer for little Kanami.

Utsushi also known as Mirage, is a basic combat technique used by Toji and is their greatest defensive technique.
Utsushi uses Toji's okatana as an intermediary to temporarily transform the user's body into an energy-like state. In this state, the user glows with a noticeable white light. While Utsushi is active, in exchange for a slight feeling of pain and mental fatigue, any damage by users can be received by the Utsushi instead. Receiving a blow to a part of a body will make that part vanish and its function be lost, but one's real body will take no damage (including bleeding) while it is active. Losing one's concentration, passing out and losing contact with one's okatana also severs the link with one's Utsushi.
Minato: Utsushi, my adopted son is a toji, the first male toji...
Minato suddenly looks serious

After discussing this I offered to make dinner and then come the day of the tournament I head with Minato to the Origami residence in Kamakura City where the tournament will be held.
Normally the place is forbidden to the public but Minato is a retired toji but still has connections in the Toji society especially with the Origami family as she was in the same squad as the current leader of the Origami family, Yukari Origami when she was still active.
We arrive in the stands overlooking the arena where the tournament will take place. Around us are the students of the schools linked to the 5 traditions who have come to encourage their representative during this tournament.
And as usual, being the only boy here I'm sticking out like a sore thumb, but I don't care about that.
Minato: Oya you seem to be attracting attention Mu-chan
Zero: I wonder why?
I say sarcastically, the problem is that the members of Yukari Origami's Elit guards who are watching these preliminary matches, don't take their eyes off of me especially one of their members a girl with pink hair and a side ponytail.
At this very moment, Kanami and her partner arrive in the arena and the latter looks around

The girl said with a shocked and blushing face
Zero: Last night, surprised to see me?
Kanami: Of course I'm surprised, now I've more pressure on me
???: You never told me you had a big brother Kanami-chan.
Kanami: Heh heh sorry, Mai-chan, it completely slipped out of my mind.

So the preliminaries began with Juujou Hiyori from Heijo Institute against Hozumi Yamazaki from Ayanokouji Martial Art School.
Zero: Juujo Hiyori, if I'm not mistaken she's aunt Kagari's daughter right?
Minato: Indeed, just looking at her, she looks like the spitting image of Kagari-chan when we were students.
Zero: You could say that Kanami is the spitting image of you too.
When the match started Hiyori won the fight with speed using the lightning step toji technique also known as Jin'i and in one move destroyed the Utsushi of her opponent.
Zero (thought): Kashima Shinto-Ryu, interesting.
Referee: Renpu Girls School, Itomi Sayaka. Minoseki Academy Etô Kanami. Step forward.
And so on Kanami, Mai face all their opponents to meet face to face in the semi-final. The match ends with Kanami's victory.
The final takes place in an outdoor arena in the presence of the head of the sword bureau and the Origami family, Yukari Origami.
Zero: Mom I think you should leave Kamakura, things are going to get very tense here.
Minato: Like?

After kissing me on the forehead Minato leaves Origami Mansion.

A clone appears

Zero(clone): Protect Mom until she gets to Mokusa HQ.
Zero(Original): Go.
The clone disappears using Shushin and I head to the outside arena and everyone arrives and sets up, then comes the arrival of the head of the Origami family, Yukari Origami.
All the toji present bend down to greet her, even me, as a sign of respect for the feats she has accomplished in the past during the great disaster.
And so Hiyori and Kanami are called for the final, as for me I put myself in a corner sheltered from indiscreet eyes and install my Okatana with the attachment system at the level of my waist.
When the match was launched Hiyori executed a rather powerful Jin'i against Yukari-sama but she was easily countered by the latter. As predicted Kanami helps Hiyori but just as these two were about to run away a person appears from the shadows and is about to attack Kanami and Hiyori by surprise

I move at high speed to appear in front of Kanami and Hiyori. This surprises the attacker who was not expecting my appearance

I strike my enemy several times with my blade with an amazing display of speed and power.
The latter manages to block some of the strikes but not all of them and gets injured.
???: You... who are you?
Zero: You don't need to know my name
I say nothing and stare at the person with a cold look
All the spectators are taken by surprise by my appearance, but what seems to shock them the most is that I can use Utsushi and that I am wearing an okatana and the equipment that goes with it.
R/G: Utsushi, a boy who can use Utsushi? How is that possible?
Mihono: It means he is a toji? it the first time I see a male toji
Mai: Onii-san, Kanami-chan
Kanami: Onii-chan ?!
Hiyori: Who is he?
???: I don't know who you are but if you get in my way I will destroy you too.
He pulls out a kind of syringe that contains a dark orange substance that is implanted in the neck

My blade is covered with a dark material making it sharper I attack him with a black cross strike then I follow with a spinning attack creating a dark tornado, putting his HP bar at 0.
The worshiper returns to its normal form but in bad shape

Zero: Truth be told you did have the power and the only person who could have stopped you was Yukari-sama and one of her elite guards but you had a bad idea to attack my little sister forcing me to put you in that state.

The worshiper writhes in pain and orange veins appear all around his body
