i heard this song come on the radio today. it reminded me of someone. someone who changed my life for the better, but for the worst at the same time. the song played;

i do wonder what "we could have been". could we have ever been 'true lovers'? or was it all just a summer romance. right place, right time, until it wasn't. where would we be right now, if you hadn't objected, and had just complied with my silly little prince issues.
i miss what we could have had. i fall asleep thinking about you and wake up thinking about you again. i get lost in my own imagination thinking about our future, and reminiscing on our past. i miss you.
