Jennifer lived in a very small town. She had some friends, but she wasn't really popular. Most of the guys didn't really notice her. That was fine for her because most of them weren't anywhere near decent. There was one cute guy who went to her school, and she really liked him. She never talked to him, but he was in all of her classes. His sky blue eyes and dirty blonde hair intrigued her. His voice made her want him to talk endlessly about whatever it was that interested him.
All of the girls that she knew thought he was cute, but Jennifer tried to convince herself that liking someone and thinking they are cute are two different things. It didn't work for long though. His existence controlled her every thought and action. She just wanted him to notice that he liked her as much as she did him.
