kylie pov
jamie and i were walking through school.
jamie rivers by the way. my best friend in the whole world.
ty is coming back from a tournament right now.
he is on varsity basketball and we are only freshmen.
jamie and i are also on the varsity cheer team.
we were laughing in the hall when i looked up and we saw someone holding up a gun near us.
we moved as quick as possible and heard a gun shot.
we fell down and the glass door shattered.
the school immediately started panicking. i was getting trampled when somebody helped me up and ran me outside, "JAMIE! JAMIE!" i screamed.
i couldn't see her.
"JAMIE!" i screamed.
a bus pulled up and tyler sprinted off, "hey hey what's wrong?" he said.
"someone has a gun ty." his eyes widened, "what?! are you okay?!"
i nodded and tears poured out of my eyes, "i'm fine but jamie's in there ty! i don't know where she went."
"dear god." coach durham said.
he shot his head up and sprinted to the school, "TYLER! GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE!" coach durham yelled.
"TYLER! TYLER!" i screamed.
coach pushed me onto the bus, "TYLER!"
"GO GO GO!" coach yelled and the bus drove away.
"TYLER!" i screamed and cried.
tyler pov
i ran into the school and it was completely empty.
"jamie?" i whispered.
i took a bat and slowly walked down the halls.
i saw blood on the floor and a shattered glass door.
i walked further and saw more blood upstairs.
i started walking up the steps.
english. jamie loves the english classroom.
i walked over to it.
jamie pov
i was sitting in the ground, blood pouring out of my pants and onto the floor.
i heard footsteps.
i started crying silently to myself.
the door opened and i cried, "ahhaa."
tyler stood with a bat in his hands.
he put the bat down and ran to my side, "oh my god james." he whispered.
i cried, "i got some glass in my leg ty." i cried.
he looked at my leg and back up at me.
"okay. you'll be okay james i got you." he said.
"it hurts ty." i whispered.
he nodded and took off his shirt and wrapped it around my leg tightly, "this should stop the blood flow so it won't pour out as much."
i nodded and stared at his 6-pack.
he's saving me. tyler fields is saving me. the boy i have been crazy for since the 6th grade but nobody knows about it.
i felt weak. so weak.
tyler pov
jamie's face was pale. she had to have lost at least 30% of her blood.
"please don't leave me." she murmered.
i shook my head, "i wasn't going to." i whispered and stroked her hair gently.
i sat down next to her and put my arm on her shoulder.
we sat down for a while.
"tyler?" she whispered.
"yeah?" i asked.
"it's not glass in my leg is it?" she mumbled.
i sighed, "no. no it's not. it's a bullet jame."
she closed her eyes and a single tear rolled down her cheek.
she turned to me and i gazed into her deep, brown eyes.
"if i say, i love you. will you hold it against me?" she said.
i breathed out and smiled lightly, "no."
she looked at my eyes then my lips and back up to my eyes, "well i do. i love you tyler tobias fields." she whispered.
i felt a flutter go off in my chest.
i slowly moved closer andso did she.
our lips connected soothingly.
i can't believe i'm doing this.
i am kissing jamie ashley rivers.
kylie's best friend.
when we pulled away i looked into her chocolate brown eyes and she slightly smiled.
her eyes fluttered shut.
"jamie? jamie!" i shook her but she wouldn't wake up.
"no. no hang on jamie. i'll get you out of here okay? you'll be okay i promise." i picked her up and started walking away, making sure nobody was around.
alison pov
"hanna! what's going on?" i yelled as i ran up to the school.
she pulled away from caleb, "it-jamie! she's in there! someone has a gun alison."
"WHAT?!" emily shouted.
my phone rang.
kylie brenton
i answered,
"kylie?! sweetie are you okay?" i said, panicking.
"i'm fine mrs. fields but...t-tyler...he's in there. he went to find jamie!"
i dropped the phone and sprinted towards the school.
"ALISON!" i heard taylor scream after me but ignored her.
"ALISON COME BACK!" emily screamed.
i ran through the doors, "TYLER?! TYLER!" i screamed.
"MOM!" i turned around and ran towards him, "oh my god. tyler!" his eyes were red, "she was shot mom. she's dying." he choked out.
i looked in his arms and jamie was out cold.
tyler's shirt was around his leg.
"ty. go. get her out of here." i said.
"no mom i'm not leaving you-"
"TY! GO! i need to see if anyone else is in here now go!" he looked at me and down at jamie, then ran out with jamie.
i ran down the halls, "not so fast blondie." a voice said.
i froze and turned around. a young boy, kind of chubby. definately a stoner stood with a gun to my chest.
"please. don't do this. i have kids. a wife, a family-"
"i don't need the details. i know exactly who you are...you're alison fields. used to be dilaurentis. queen bitch of rosewood high. could get whatever you want when you want. every guy drooled over you and every girl wanted to be you. and then you "died" for 2 years and somehow rose from the fucking dead! and YOU got your happy ending!" i cringed back as he got angry.
"WELL I WANT MY FUCKING HAPPY ENDING TOO! I WANT TO BE ABLE TO GET THE GIRL OF MY DREAMS BUT NO! YOUR FUCKING SON HAS ALL OF THE GIRLS WRAPPED AROUND HIS PRETTY, RICH BOY FINGER!"
his face fumed and he came closer to me, "your son ruined my life. everyday. him and his fucking jock friends stroll the halls, ruling the school while i am at the bottom of the food chain, rotting in my own, personal hell because your son has it all...the perfect girl, perfect friends, popularity. and it's all because of you. you gave birth to that son of a bitch and now you'll pay." he cocked the gun back when he was tackled by someone.
"em?! what are you doing here?!" i shouted.
"saving my wife." she said and was punched in the face.
she grunted and stood up.
the guy pointed the gun at us and emily put me behind her.
"listen. you don't want to do this! this isn't what you want okay? in the end it will only haunt you." emily said.
"i know how you feel." another voice said.
"taylor? get out of here! you shouldn't be here!" emily yelled.
the boy pointed the gun at taylor and i sobbed, "no! please!"
"wow. 3 celebrities all at once. bonus." he said and chuckled.
"i know how you feel okay? i was bullied in middle school everyday! and even in high school! i was never the girl to be invited to all of the parties or got all of the guys wrapped around my finger. i was always teased about how frizzy my hair was or how i was weird because during class i would write songs or instead of hanging out with the few friends i had, i would sit at home, read and play guitar. i know what it feels like to be unwanted! i have been in your position before! but trust me. i would never think of hurting people. and you are a good kid. i can tell. you don't have to do this. you will regret it i can promise you that. it will get better trust me! don't do this! you don't have to." taylor said.
he had tears in his eyes.
"you're right..." he lowered his gun.
"but i do." he raised it again and shot taylor "TAYLOR!!!" i screamed.
emily ran over to taylor as she collapsed to the ground.
"STOP! or i swear to god i'll blow her fucking head off." emily froze and stood up.
he laughed, "not so tough now are you?"
he pointed the gun at me, "NOOO!" emily screamed.
i closed my eyes and heard 2 shots ring out.
i opened my eyes and everything went in slow motion.
emily jumped infront of me and the bullet hit her.
another bullet hit the boy.
police filed in.
"NOOOOOOO!!!!!" i screamed.
i ran to emily who was laying next to taylor, both of them bleeding to death.
"no. no emmy please. don't you leave me. please emmy."
i took her hand and cried into it, "i love you alison fields. forever..."
tears poured down my face.
i shook her hand and smiled slightly, "and always."
her eyes started to close, "NO! EMILY! DON'T YOU DARE LEAVE ME! DON'T YOU DARE CLOSE YOUR EYES! EMILY!" i screamed.
her eyes closed.
i shook her, nothing.
i shook taylor, "TAYLOR! please! i can't lose both of you. please!" i cried as the paramedics took the 2 people i love the most away from me...
