She is probably one of my favorite designs 😩😩😩 she's sooooooo cute.
Hawaii is the stereotypical innocent and sweet, but the reason being she lost a major part of her memory from Pearl Harbor. Hawaii can act like a child at times. But that's okay with the rest of the states, they all love her. Her and Caliornia are close, because she can't get on anyone's nerves.
She adores tourists. Hawaii thinks they're silly and cute. Plus she likes the interest they show in her culture.
