Will walks up to the brown haired dark dark green eyes girl who is at her locker getting her whistle.
"Uh hi..I'm will Byers" will says as he opens his locker to put his stuff in.
The girl turns and looks at Will with a curious look. Will begins to get nervous but keeps doing what he is supposed to.
"Hi. I'm Sarah Gray." She says in a deepish voice.
"Well it's nice to meet you" Will responds. Sarah smiles slightly.
"I'm guessing me and you are partners? It's my 3rd year being a life guard so I kinda have some experience."Sarah says begging to close her locker.
"Yes I'm quite certain we are partners." Will says.
"Something you might wanna know as well..Will. I may seem very mean but I'm not I'm just very sarcastic. And if I say things that may seem rude don't take them personally. I just um am kinda having a hard time.so." Sarah says in a bit of a nervous voice.
"Oh that's fine.also you kinda look familiar." Will says trying to figure out who she is.
"Yeah I'm in all of your classes at school." Sarah says trying to laugh it off.
"See you out there." Sarah then says leaving.
Will realizes she really is in all her classes.he shrugged it off. He goes to the pool and stands kinda by Sarah.
He wants to tell her He's gay before they become "friends" but he is to scared so he doesn't do it.
2 hours later After there shift.
"Good work out there Byers. I mean Will" Sarah corrects herself.
"Oh it's fine you can call me Byers if you want ha" Will says.
Sarah smiles. "You can um. Call me Gray." Sarah says quietly. Will then smiles.
"I'll see you on our next shift.which is I'm guessing tomorrow?..correct me if I'm wrong." Will says hoping he was right.
"Yeah our next shift is tomorrow 12:00 to 2:00 in the after noon." Sarah says to Will while closing her locker.
"Shit I just remembered Mike is coming tomorrow damn it." Will says getting frustrated.
"Who's Mike?" Sarah asks.
"Oh he's my best friend who I met back in Hawkins before I moved here.We met on the swings in kindergarten. I'll never forget that day." Will says beginning to have a slight smile then starts to walk out. Sarah watches him walk out and gets a small smile.
The next day at 9:30am
Back in Hawkins.. "K mom I'm all packed. I'll see you in a week.Love you." Mike yells as he grabs his car keys.
"Bye Mike drive safe and call me when you get there please! And Mike. Tell Will I say hi!" Karen says to Mike.
Mike gets to his car and puts his big suitcase full of a few clothes and a bunch of shit he through in. He then got in the front seat and tries to buckle in his seat belt that always ends up getting stuck. "Oh come on you piece of SHIT." Mike yells getting annoyed. He finally gets the seat belt on. "Perfect it probably won't even be able to come off again." Mike says sarcastically stepping on the pedal to go. He puts on the radio and "I can't fight this feeling" comes on. Mike immediately turns it off because it used to be Him and Els song but he just couldn't bare to think of her anymore. He was to overwhelmed about the whole thing. So he drives in silence until he tries the radio and some random song comes on that he quiet enjoys. He gets more and more excited about seeing Will after so long. ( only has been a month🧍🏽) after the long long drive that felt as If it was 4 years he finally arrived to the Byers new house. He grabs his big ass suitcase and walks up to the door.
