- Y/N's POV -
I don't know what it is about the rain, but it just makes me sleepy. The sound of water droplets thumping against the surface all at once is just so peaceful. I turn my gaze towards the window, which was closed by the curtains. There was only a small stream of dim light coming from between the crack, but I didn't care to open it at the moment. I just wanted to listen to the rain in silence, drifting off to sleep as I always did. I heard the pitter-patter noises of the rain, letting it sink into my ears. I closed my eyes for a good solid minute or so until I heard my phone buzz awake, its light bright. I groaned in annoyance. I slouched myself halfway up and grabbed my phone off the drawer. I checked my messages seeing G had texted me, unlike the others because they were busy.
Chill Skele Dude - Hey doll, just wanted to check up on ya'. Ya' doing okay?
Y/N - Yeah, I'm fine. How are you doing?
Chill Skele Dude - Good. Although it just started raining, which sucks.
Y/N - It's not that bad, I like the rain. Besides, it's good for the environment.
Chill Skele Dude - Yeah I guess. You sure like to look on the bright side don't cha' doll? :)
Y/N - I guess you could say that, but it is true.
Chill Skele Dude - Yeah your right.
Y/N - Anyways... how's Papy and Frisk doing?
Chill Skele Dude - They're good. Paps is cooking spaghetti as usual and Frisk drawing things.
Y/N - Well that's good.
Chill Skele Dude - What are you doing?
Y/N - Umm, nothing much really. Just sleeping or at least trying to.
Chill Skele Dude - Need a cuddle buddy?
Y/N - Aren't you busy?
Chill Skele Dude - Nope. I got all the time in the world. :)
Y/N - *Sigh*
Chill Skele Dude - I'm waiting ~
......
I felt the urge to text 'no', but before I could, my needy side took over.
Y/N - Fine.
Chill Skele Dude - Alright, be there in a sec.
I shut off my phone, tossing it across to the end of bed. Damn it, I thought. I heavily sighed, heaved myself off my bed, and went the bathroom to check on how I looked. I turned on the light. I looked fine. I fixed my h/c hair decently to make sure it wasn't out of place or frizzy. I heard a knock at my door, turned off my bathroom light, and went towards the sound. I opened the door revealing G.
"Hey doll," G said, looking down at me.
"Hey, come on in," I gesture. He walked inside and I shut the door. I noticed he was blushing a faint yellow. I look at him a bit confused. "Why are you looking at me like that?" I ask, hands on my hips.
"Cause you're-- wearing that," he pointed at my outfit.
I looked down at my pajamas and back at him, clearly unfazed.
"So what? There my pajamas, it doesn't matter," I shrug. "Now, are you coming or not?" I point towards my bedroom door.
"Yeah," he cleared his 'throat'. I walked into my bedroom with G trailing after. I sigh, plopping down on my bed, then looked to see him waiting beside my bedroom door.
"Well, aren't you gonna come in?" I ask, patting the bed.
"Yeah just waiting for your permission," he said decently.
"Come on bonehead I ain't got all day, I wanna sleep," I complained, slightly impatient, rolling my eyes. He smiles and walks over towards the empty spot, plopping down beside me.
"Your bed is comfy, but not as comfy as mine," G remarks, his arms behind his head.
"Ok and?" I sarcastically remark. "Are we gonna go to sleep or not?"
"Yeah, yeah. We're gonna," he sighs. I huff. He wraps an arm around me, pulling me closer to him. The side of my face was softly pressed against his chest, him smelling of vanilla and cigarettes, as always. "Comfy doll?" I closed my eyes, giving out a small hum of satisfaction.
"Mhm much better," I yawn. I felt his chest take out a brief sigh. Being sleepy as I was, I drifted off to sleep rather quickly.
