AUTHOR'S NOTE. woah i haven't updated in absolutely forever lmao i thought of this idea way back in october but haven't had the time to actually write it until now . . . oops ;)
i was gonna write a christmas special, but as usual i'm having writer's block so um i don't think that xmas special's gonna happen ?? so this will replace it instead <3 anyways this will be some scenarios about how each of the anemo boys would act as your boyfriend !!

₊ ⚘ ⌒ omg the most caring boyfriend in the world !! venti would definitely take really good care of you and ask you everyday if you were doing okay, even if he himself wasn't feeling well.
₊ ⚘ ⌒ he would compliment you on little things, like your hair or your clothes, and he'd give you lots of hugs and kisses. i think he would prefer hugs over kisses, but if you asked him for a kiss he would definitely give you one !
₊ ⚘ ⌒ he would play his guitar and sing songs for you while you braid his hair. and since he's a famous idol ( stage name barbatos ) he would always dedicate at least one song that he sings at his concerts to you !! <3
₊ ⚘ ⌒ on your birthday he would take you for a stroll around the city and then a romantic picnic lunch !! ( that he cooked himself because he doesn't have enough money to take you to a fancy restaurant lmao )

₊ ⚘ ⌒ omg aether my baby <3 aether is very sweet, he's a little slow to affection but he would cuddle you whenever you were feeling sad or down.
₊ ⚘ ⌒ you and aether like to go camping together so you would spend weekends out in the wilderness, just the two of you. even though you aren't really an outdoor person you loved trekking through the forest and catching fish with aether, and he loved doing it with you as well.
₊ ⚘ ⌒ he's more of a listener than a talker so he would often listen to you tell stories and rant about random things while he cooks food. he isn't a particularly great chef, but you always enjoy eating his food because he was the one who made it <3
₊ ⚘ ⌒ if he ever hurts your feelings or gets into a fight with you, he would apologize over and over again and ask if you forgive him. aether's scared of hurting you in any way so he would be really unhappy with himself if he did. but you would forgive him and spend the rest of the day cuddling together !
₊ ⚘ ⌒ when it comes to affection, aether doesn't have a specific preference on hugging or kissing. he's quite shy about kissing you, so he'd rather cuddle with you instead, but when he kisses you it's very soft and gentle.

₊ ⚘ ⌒ kazuha would definitely be very defensive and protective of you. if you ever felt threatened or bullied he would step in to protect you, though you usually didn't need his help because you're strong enough on your own :] ( badass y/n lez goooo )
₊ ⚘ ⌒ affection-wise, he would mostly give you hugs but when he kisses you it's very gentle and tender. he never wants to hurt you, and his kisses show that. in the winter he'd hold you in his arms and cuddle you until you fell asleep.
₊ ⚘ ⌒ both you and kazuha love music ; kazuha would play his harmonica, and you would sing along to his melodies. on a date, he'd take you out to a quiet place and play songs for you. he'd also write romantic poems and read them out to you.
₊ ⚘ ⌒ kazuha would tell you stories about his homeland, as well as various legends and folktales about mythical creatures. you always loved his stories, and you would cook or knit as you listened to him talk.
₊ ⚘ ⌒ you and kazuha also love fishing !! on weekends you'd go out to sea and spend the day fishing and catching crabs, and then you'd go home and cook a delicious meal from your catches. if you were lucky that day, you would end up with a whole feast ! :)
₊ ⚘ ⌒ kazuha is very protective of you, but sometimes he would be a little too protective, to the point where he wouldn't let you do anything dangerous. when that happened, you'd get angry at him, sometimes yelling and then running off somewhere alone.
₊ ⚘ ⌒ he'd feel very guilty about what he did, and cuddle you and sing you a song to make you feel better. he'd apologize and kiss you very tenderly, and then you'd forgive him and continue your life together with him. <3

₊ ⚘ ⌒ he's still emo as fuck, but *slightly* more affectionate ; he acts like he hates everyone and everything but in truth, he really does love you.
₊ ⚘ ⌒ honestly he was really nervous when he first asked you out b/c he thought he wouldn't be good enough for you ?? but of course you said yes when he asked because he deserves some love and affection <3
₊ ⚘ ⌒ xiao would be a little shy about holding your hand in public, but he would do it if you wanted him to. he also loves to spend time with you and cuddle you, but only in private cause this emo gets really shy about giving you affection in front of other people lmao
₊ ⚘ ⌒ BUT !! if any other boy tried to flirt with you / ask you out he would definitely get really defensive about protecting his significant other and put his arm around you defensively. fuck, he might even kiss you right then and there.
₊ ⚘ ⌒ ok for some reason i see xiao as a cat person so i think you two would probably adopt a cat together ?? and you'll name her tofu because yes :D

₊ ⚘ ⌒ xiao tries his best to be open with you about his feelings and such, but there are moments in your relationship where he puts his walls up and pushes you away from him. and so whenever he snaps at you he doesn't actually mean whatever he said, that's just him being emo and depressed </3
₊ ⚘ ⌒ and right after he snaps at you he would get really mad at himself, sometimes so mad that he wants to cry because he thinks he's a bad person to you </3 but you would always forgive him and give him cuddles so everything is fine and happy :>
