Kaito Pov:
I opened my eyes to the sight of the sun DIRECTLY above me.
I shield my eyes and groan.
My back hurt SO BAD. I turn to look at why.
"Oh"
I had fallen asleep on the hardwood floor while stargazing with.....kokichi.
The little jerk. Just left me here to sleep on the floor? Oh ill-
Oh.
In front of my face as I turn over, is Kokichi ouma. Who had also fallen asleep stargazing with me.
He looked so...peaceful. Cute even.
NO.no. not cute.
What is with me today?
Kokichi pov:
*yaaaawn*
I open my eyes.
"WAH! Kaito!"
He's like, inches from my face and its....kinda hot.
Wait
No
Ew.
Ew?
What im feeling...IS Ew...
Right....?
Kaito pov:
All of a sudden Kokichi's eyes flutter open and he screams.
"Am I that ugly? Jeez." I say, taken aback by his reaction.
"Uh, yes. And what were you doing!" He asks.
I tilt my head, confused.
He grins. "We you watching me sleep Momota-kun? You pervert!"
I go red.
Not only because im NOT a pervert, but because he caught me staring at him.
"I-I AM NOT A PERVERT!" I say, redfaced.
He snickers. "Well anyways, I found something yesterday."
I light up. "Why didn't you say so last night?!" I ask.
He ignores me and instead grabs my hand and pulls me downstairs to the third floor.
We approach a door and he opens it.
"....Kokichi there's nothing in here."
"Just come here shithead!"
I roll my eyes and walk over. He's. Desperately Stomping on a floorboard.
He pounds his foot into the board one last time before the other end Shoots upwards and he grabs it.
"L-look inside!" He says, clearly straining.
I take a peak inside. Theres a rusty ,but usable, sledge hammer. I take it out and Kokichi releases the board.
"Wooow! I wonder what its for??" He says.
I think, real hard. Then I remember...
....the door with the brick wall!
Kokichi pov:
Kaito, grabs my hand and rushes me back upstairs. He has the hammer in his other hand and he looks excited.
We approach the the fourth door on the floor.
He opens it, and theres a brick wall.
"Oh THATS what its for!" I say.
He smiles at me and I hold out my hand.
"May I?"
Kaito Pov:
I resentfully handed Kokichi the hammer. Not to be rude, but I saw how much he strained with that floorboard. How's a hundred pound sledge hammer gonna go?
I watch as he swings it wildly into the middle of the bricks.
Oh shit.
The bricks fly at him. I hear him cry out in pain before rushing to him.
He's fallen backwards, and got hit by quite a few bricks.
He Jerks as if something scared him.
"Kokichi!! Are you ok?!?!"
He smiles at me.
" Of course! And looook! The door is clear!"
I peer through the door.
Kokichi pov:
Ok yeah. I lied. I was in pain. But Kaito doesn't need to know that.
I take my right foot, plant it on his back, and shove him into the room.
"AHH! KOKICHI WHAT THE HELL?"
He yells.
I giggle. "Well go investigate then mister tough guy!"
Kaito pov:
I look around to see a storage room of sorts. Its full of boxes. Like,A LOT of boxes.
On the wall, is a sticky note.
'In one of the boxes is the tool you need'
Huh? What tool we need? I start to open some boxes. They were empty.
I open some more.
Nothing.
I open all but four remaining boxes.
Still nothing.
I open another box.
"YESSS YESSS FUCK YESSSS" i scream.
"FINALLY" I say as i take the keyring out of the box. Its a big ring, but theres only one key on it.
"Which one of the MILLION doors...." I mutter.
I continue to complain to myself until I hear a grunt of pain behind me.
I turn to see kokichi standing up, blood leaking down his leg.
He sees me looking. " Haha! Dumb bricks amiright?"
Does he think im stupid?
He's in clear pain, though it may not be that bad, it looks like the wound is really deep.
I remember There being Bandages in the room with the glass ceiling!
I walk over to Kokichi.
Kokichi pov:
Kaito Walked up to me, and picked me up Bridal style. My face was Redder than satan's asscheeks.
He Carries me down the hall to The other room and puts me down on a couch thingie.
You know, this room actually kinda looks like a therapy room.
"Are you in any pain Kokichi?" Kaito asks.
"Nope!" I reply.
He frowns."don't lie to me Kokichi."
I falter for a moment then go " Shoot! Ya got me. Yeah it hurts. But not that bad!!"
He looks at me as if to ask permission for something. I notice him holding bandages.
"What are you doing space cadet?"
I ask.
He puts his hand on the cuff of my pants. "May I?"
I nod.
He rolls it up as far as possible ( which is pretty far considering Kokichi's clothes are too big on him)
"This might hurt." He says.
Kaito pov:
I begin wrapping Kokichi's leg with the bandage. He winces a few times, but to save his ego, I pretend not to notice.
"All done. Feel better?" I say cheerfully.
He pouts at me. "My leg hurts soooo~ much! Momota-kun will have to carry me to bed!" He says.
I blush at the idea.
"Down two flights of stairs?! I think the hell not!" I say back.
"So your gonna make the injured person walk down two flights of stairs? What happened to your hero complex!" He replies.
I roll my eyes and pick him up.
Once in the room, I plop him on the bed.
He giggles.
We sit there in silence for a bit until I speak up.
"..hey Kokichi?"
No answer.
I turn around to find him asleep. I smile and climb into my own bed.
I stare at his sleeping face for a little.
He's so cute.
Wait.
What?
Cute?
Do I.....?
....
Oh shit.
I'm in love with Kokichi fucking Ouma.
