I notice Yuri and approach her.
"Let's head over to my place!"
Yuri has a serious expression on her face,
as if she is gathering her thoughts.
I take her hand and walk her to the bus stop.
Upon arriving I notice her red face.
"Cute" I think to myself.
Yuri always had the ability to be accidentally cute,
which just adds to her charm.
I strike up a conversation:
"Should we both read one of the romance books I have at home?"
"Mhm, I'd like to read the same book, if you don't mind..
W-wait, romance books?"
I giggle: "I know you said you were past them, but just for tonight, okay?"
Yuri expresses some doubt at first, but soon gives in.
I like it when she's obedient.
What am I thinking? Monika stay focused.
We've arrived at my house.
"My parents are out on business this weekend, so you won't see them."
"Oh okay. Uhm, Monika do you want to know a f-fun fact?"
"Yeah sure!"
"Polar bears are the only creatures that actively hunt people!"
I admire her attempt at socialization, so I act as if I'm interested.
"That's incredibly cool Yuri, how do you know this?"
"Uhm, years ago, I read a book about this."
"Ahaha, you have great memory!~"
"..T-thank you."
I got a sudden epiphany:
"Yuri you don't have your pyjamas!"
"..Oh, I'm sorry."
"Don't be sorry, I invited you on the same day after all.
Let's get into my pyjamas together!"
Yuri has a worried expression on her face.
On the other hand, I'm well aware of what I'm doing.
I and Yuri are both clothed in my pyjamas after a minute or two.
I can't help but give yuri a few glances.
So adorable!!
