Kagome POV

I think I might be dying here with Kagura and Kanna, why did it have to end this way? After six years of being with Inuyasha and the others, why did it turn out like this?
I saw my blood on the ground in a deep red color as it started to dry.
"We all need to escape," I said holding my gut with weak energy.
"We have been trying to get out of here for six years Kagome, there is no way out," Kagura said sure of herself.
"No, there has to be a way out, especially if we got ourselves in," I said to her.
She was surprised at my words and looked away,
"Still full of hope as usual," Kagura said softly.
"Let us try then," Kanna spoke in a whispery voice.
I looked at Kikyo's bow and clenched my fist tighter around it.
I know Kikyo and everyone else is counting on me so, I refuse to quit, I refuse to run away, I'm tired of running away and I'm tired of not sticking up for myself, that ends here and now.
Miroku POV
Sesshomaru held our dead Shippo friend in his arms and stared at him.
Inuyasha, Sango, and I were tearing up to Shippo's death.
Sango was already in my arms covering her face from the sight of Shippo's body.
Sesshomaru walked up drawing his Tensaiga.
He laid Shippo on the ground and narrowed his eyes, concentrating on the body.
He must cut the demons trying to take Shippo back in order to bring him to life.
Sesshomaru knelt down and slightly sliced above him, a hair off Shippo's head slowly drifted to the ground.
Shippo wasn't moving, then suddenly his tail rose up along with his head.
"What's going on guys?" Shippo sighed, running his fingers through his hair.
I see Sango hug Shippo and squeeze his face against hers.
"We're so glad your okay!" she smiled.
Inuyasha turned away and grinned,
"Yea we were, worried about you."
"Welcome back!" I said to him.
"Sesshomaru, thank you so much!" Sango said.
Inuyasha nodded along with me, thanking him as well.
"Whatever," he sternly spoke turning back to Naraku's body.
His body wasn't even off the ground yet.
"He has been decapitated," Sesshomaru stated.
No one opposed as Sesshomaru walked towards the evil Naraku.
"This ends at last," he said again, raising his Tensaiga.
Naraku opened his eyes faintly,
"If you kill me, you will regret it," Naraku stuttered.
"And why is that?" I yelled at him.
Naraku got up and his wound was already in the process of healing, "The more damage done to me, the faster I heal," he told us.
"You're so pathetic," Sango spoke to him.
Naraku stood up and wiped blood off his face as he grinned slyly at us.
"If I'm pathetic, why am I still standing?" he asked her with an attitude.
Inuyasha pulled out his sword, the wound closed up enough to have him move it around.
"Don't reopen it again Inuyasha," Shippo commanded him.
Inuyasha punched his head,
"I won't!" he yelled at Shippo.
This has to be it, we need to kill him, for Kagome...then I'll do it.
Kagura POV
The wretched girl thinks we can escape this hell? We will never be able to escape. I would rather be out there than in here. That bastard, thinks of me as trash, nothing more, nothing less.
Without my fan, I can't fight anyway...
"Alright I know we can do this! Do either of you know where this place ends?" Kagome asked us.
I rolled my eyes and turned away from her,
"Don't you think we would have figured that out by now?"
I sarcastically said.
Kagome looked glum as she looked at the floor.
Kanna walked over to me quietly and nudged my arm,
"Be nice, she is trying to help us," Kanna whispered.
I looked Kanna in the eyes and felt kinder and warmer.
"You're right," I confessed.
Kagome looked around the vacant room we were in and stared long and hard.
Kanna pulled Kagome's sleeve, trying to get her attention.
The priestess looked down and Kanna pointed at the ceiling above us.
There was a tiny gleam of light, but how were we gonna reach it.
"See! I knew there was a way!" Kagome smiled, getting a nose bleed.
"Kagome your nose," I said staring at it.
She just noticed and covered it up.
Kagome then looked down and saw her feet were eroding away in sparkles.
"W-what!" Kagome squealed, scared as she was going to leave from existence.
I grabbed Kagome's shoulders and talked in a serious tone,
"You need to shoot your arrow at that gleam of light!"
She looked at me, then that weird looking bow she had obtained.
"I guess I could but, this arrow was for Naraku..." she sighed.
"Would you rather die in here and give Naraku power, or die with Inuyasha and the others outside?" I asked her.
She looked at me and didn't move, then suddenly smiled.
"That's true Kagura, but you and Kanna must come with me," Kagome asked of us.
Kanna and I nodded as she aimed for the light at the top.
She pulled her string back and released, the arrow being pushed by the force.
We're free...
Inuyasha POV
I'll rip that bastard if it's the last thing I do! Kagome has to be alive somewhere, I can still smell her sweet scent.
"Everyone stay back, I'm gonna end this," I told everybody.
"No, not alone," Miroku said, standing taller and grinning.
Sango smiled and stood up as well, we all charged after Sesshomaru to finally end his life.
Out of nowhere Naraku starts coughing in pain, like a tickle in his throat.
A bright light shined in our faces as we shielded our eyes from the blast. I peek out of my left eye and see Kagome, punching her way free of Naraku's body.
"K-kagome?!" I stuttered.
"Inuyasha!" Kagome yelled to me, reaching her hand out.
My blade went back to its a dull form as I dropped it to grab Kagome, I held her soft hand tightly and pulled her free. You could see her tears fly off the edges of her eyes.
She hugged me lightly,
"I love you..."
" I love you too, " I told her back.
Everyone slightly opened their eyes and found Kagome with me.
"Kagome!" they said as happy as they could be.
Everyone , excluding Sesshomaru, had tears streaming down until they all look back at Naraku to see something else escape.
"Is that Kanna!?" Miroku exclaimed.
Sango peeked through her eye and nodded, "It is her! But how?"
Kanna slipped free after I grabbed her as well and pulled her out.
"There's another one!" Shippo pointed out.
Everyone looked and saw a hand poke out.
"Hurry!" Kagome yelled at the figure.
The girl came out and it was Kagura?!
Sesshomaru's eyes widened as he quickly jetted over to her and yanked her out.
Kagura had tears in her eyes,
"Sh-shessomaru," she stuttered.
Naraku fell to the ground and yelled,
"Now you've officially done it!
Kagome POV

I hugged Inuyasha's arm and was tearing up, happy to finally see him again.
"Inuyasha...I was so scared," I cried, burying my face into his kimono.
Inuyasha smiled lightly and let me hug him tighter,
"I'm here for you now and don't freak me out like that again," he said quietly.
I looked up at him and smiled with tears still falling from my eyes.
"Alright Naraku! It's over now!" Inuyasha yelled.
He unsheathed his sword, even though it can not transform.
"Inuyasha, I can't make him weak enough, I need to strike his heart," I told him.
"So you know where it is?" he asked me.
I twiddled my thumbs and looked up at him, "Uh...no."
"What?!" he said shocked.
"Don't worry! I'll figure it out," I sighed, wiping my face.
Sango came over to us and held her Hirakotsu close,
"I can try and buy you enough time to find his weak point."
"Sango..." I slowly said.
"Kirara!" she yelled.
The two-tailed cat sped toward her and picked her up, flying in the air.
"I'm gonna go help to," Inuyasha grinned, pushing his sleeve up.
I squeezed his arm and raised my voice,
"You can't do that! You're in your human state!"
"Aw lay off! I wanna protect you!'' he screamed back at me.
I let go of him,
"Inuyasha...I don't want you hurt."
He looked me in the eyes and quickly turned, blushing,
"Fine I'll stay back for awhile..."
"I'm glad," I told him.
"Are you sure you're okay Kagome?" he asked me, scratching his head.
"Don't worry Inuyasha, I'll be fine."
I smiled faintly at him as we stood beside each other, watching our friends risk their lives for our sakes.
Where would his heart be? It wasn't with Kanna, Kagura, and I inside,
So what other place would be available?
Kagura POV
Sesshomaru had me in his arms, putting me down lightly.
I didn't realize I had tears forming.
"You alright?" he asked me.
"Yea...thanks," I replied.
He quickly zoomed off, his sword drawn out and ready to kill.
I'm glad I got to see him again, but I feel like we all will perish under the hands of Naraku once again.
Kanna walked towards me silently and spoke in a quiet tone,
"We can't help them, can we?"
I looked at the ground,
"No we can't, your mirror and my fan aren't with us."
The mischievous monk came to us,
"Tell me, how did you escape?"
"Kagome," Kanna retorted.
"There was a gleam of light that shined in the emptiness we were stuck in," I described.
"A gleam of light?" he questioned.
"Yea it was located above us."
"What did it look like exactly?"
"It was a purplish color with a tint of black and very small," I answered him.
That's when it hit me, Naraku's heart, must be the reconstructed shikon jewel.
"His heart must be the jewel itself," he said quietly, now running towards Inuyasha.
Meanwhile, Sango and Sesshomaru were fighting against Naraku.
Sango POV
I was starting to grow weaker and weaker, my Hirakotsu wouldn't
affect him in any way! Sesshomaru kept slashing Naraku repeatedly with Tensaiga and it was working.
Too bad Naraku can heal himself...
How are we suppose to weaken Naraku for Kagome to shoot the arrow?!
Sesshomaru glances at him and directs his eyes to Naraku's spider like legs.
I guess I'm suppose to cut them.
I aim carefully and lock my target as I threw it at his first row of legs.
The Hirakotsu made a direct hit and I was able to take off four at once on one of his sides.
He fell sideways and made a dirty look at me,
"Despicable wench!" he said infuriated, grabbing my waist with his spare arm.
"Sango!" I hear Miroku call.
I see him pause and grab his hand again.
"Stop it Miro-" I couldn't speak as blood fell out of my mouth and dripping onto the floor.
Miroku clenched his teeth, shutting his eyes tight.
I see Sesshomaru cut Naraku's face, causing him to lose focus, he loosened his arm and dropped me.
I started falling to the ground, until Kirara catches me.
"Thanks girl," I said to my feline friend.
She roared flying me to Miroku.
"I figured out where his heart is," he told me.
"What?"
"It's the imitation of the shikon jewel," he sternly spoke.
"Did you tell Kagome?" I asked him.
"Not yet, I'm about to," he replied.
I jumped on Kirara and went back into battle, I know I can be useful.
Kagome POV
Since I used the second arrow to save Kagura, Kanna, and I, I need a new arrow to make.
I started digging through my bag and find the same materials, I sat on the ground, piecing them together, until Miroku approached me.
"Miroku what's up?" I asked him.
"His heart, it's the imitation jewel," he told me.
"This is good, we just need him defenseless to win this."
"How the hell are we gonna do that?" Inuyasha asked.
I looked up at them both, the arrow now fully put together,
"We'll just have to rely on each other," I said.
