I stood up from the grass. Where am I? Endless trees surrounded me, beyond them was complete darkness. The little bit of moonlight shone, it looked silvery through the thick leaves.

After I made it to the top, I stood on a slim branch. I looked around, but it was all trees. Just big dots of green and blue skies. I sighed.
If only I had the Byakugan like Hinata, maybe I would be able to see if anyone was around. It's too risky to stop masking my chakra, because for some reason Kurama's chakra was very low and I can't communicate with him.
I sighed, accidentally adding all my weight and pressure to the branch, causing it to break under me. I yelled in shock, for a second I was falling. Then my back hit the ground, I groaned in pain.

"Na..! Ru! Naruto! Naruto wake up!", My vision was blurry and it was hard to focus. Slowly, a feminine voice was getting louder and louder in my ear. Her yelled and screaming made my head hurt and my brain felt like it was shaking.

She looked at me, staring me dead in the eyes. "What happened here? What happened while we were separated? Why do you have.. that?", she pointed at my head. I tilted it a little.
"Have what? Huh?", I asked with confusion. I now remember getting separated from my team while traveling back to Konoha. I was knocked out and thrown far away by a giant summon, that's how I got lost in this seemingly endless forest.
Now that I think about it, how did they find me? I masked my chakra and they don't have Hinata. Maybe Sasuke's Rinnegan can locate things. Cool.
"That! Y-You- You look like a-a fucking fox!", she screamed. I looked down at my hands and body. "I don't look like a fox Sakura..", I say. Is she okay? What if I did turn into a fox and I just can't see my fox form?

"It's not permanent, but since it weakens you and your seal we must hide you and never reveal this. If people find out, they'll go after you and try to undo the seal. You can't stay in the hospital anymore.", Tsunade informs.
"What? Where will I go then? My home was destroyed and I don't have anywhere to live.", Naruto frowned and crossed his arms. Internally blushing when he remembers he's still wearing Sasuke's coat.
He didn't know if he should give it back. "Well.", she glanced at Sasuke. "Since the Uchiha apartments are available, we were going to request using them to house families who lost their homes in the war. I'm sorry this is less professional young Uchiha.", she tried to remain calm but she was still upset at him.
She didn't see how Naruto forgave him so easily.
Sasuke's eyes narrowed, but he nodded. "Yes. I don't mind, there is nobody to occupy them..", he says. Naruto grins at him, "Thanks!"
Even though he participated.. Tsunade kept her thoughts to herself.
"As I was saying, I was hoping Naruto could move in one of them. And since you are going to get out as well I was thinking you should room together, it wouldn't make sense for you two to have a temporary house each when you two can just live in together.", she suggests.
"Woah Sasuke! Doesn't that sound like fun?!", Naruto jumps excitedly, almost like a child. Sasuke tries to keep his smile from appearing, he forces a chuckle down.
"Yes..", he sounds unsure. "Great! Now Naruto, I believe you will be in that form for a few days. Your emotions will also be unstable.. In advance, I am sorry Sasuke.", Tsunade sighs.

"The reason you will be so.. reactive is because of your hormones, they've messed up and that's why you are acting more loudly.", She says.

Suddenly his face drops into a sad expression, a tear falling out. Sasuke begins to freak out internally. Naruto throws the coat onto the floor, "Take it! I don't wanna use your stupid coat!", he yells like a child yelling out a tantrum.
Sweat slips down Sasuke's perplexed expression. "I-I'm sorry..", he softly whispers out. Sakura couldn't help but gasp.
"No! I want a hug!", he looks at Sasuke while wiping his eyes with his sleeves. Sasuke grabs the long black coat and drapes is on Naruto subtly, buttoning the top. The others become speechless.
"I-I'm sorry..", he whispers again and hugs Naruto quickly. He clears his throat and looks away immediately after.
How did he manage to make his pride go away?! Sakura and Tsunade both question.

He was wearing a black turtleneck shirt with white cargo pants secured around his waist. His black sandals were used by his black socked feet and he was wearing a white apron. Naruto blushed, Sasuke was quite handsome.
Naruto was simply wearing a light orange t-shirt and ripped light blue jeans and white sandals and socks. "L-Let me help! I don't want to just leech off you..", he scratches his neck and smiles.
Sasuke shrugs, not minding. "Cut the tomatoes and carrots. I'm making vegetable soup.", he informs. Naruto eagerly nods and shakes his tail without realizing. "I haven't cut vegetables in a while!", he says and places the skinned carrots on the cutting board.
"What?", Sasuke whips his head around, breaking out of his careless character. His eyes widens as he witnesses Naruto already cutting his finger.
"N-Naruto!", he goes to his aid, quickly grabbing his wrist and inspecting the cut. Naruto winces and his ears go down like a scared kitten but he smiles. "It's okay! I'm a ninja! I don't get hurt by such-"
"Why is it so deep? Do you not know how to cut fruit?!", Sasuke growls, Naruto becomes surprised. His fox ears twitch and his orange tail waves a little. "You.. care?..", the fact that Naruto sounded so surprised made Sasuke's heart hurt.
Of course he did. Sasuke cared about him a lot.
"Grabbing a bandaid.", he quickly says and leaves to grab a first aid package from under the sink. He remembers his mom would leave it there and grab it when he got hurt.
"Mama! It's okay! I'm gonna be a ninja so small cuts-", he gets interrupted by his mother. "No honey! I don't want you getting hurt! You aren't allowed to help in the kitchen anymore.", she says in a worrisome tone.
Sasuke pouts and watches Mikoto wrap the bandaid around his index finger. "Ah! No way! Doggy!", he grins at the dog bandaid. She kisses his finger and gets him off the toilet.

Sasuke's eyes flickered open, what was that? He turned his head and heard a thump beside the wall and a groan. His heart leaped, Naruto? Why was he at his door in the middle of the night? Did he.. want to sleep with him?
