Today was our last exam and now we'll have preparation holidays for our coming semester exams and I'm kinda freaking out now.
And I din't want these holidays as I can't meet Divya now.. but that's ok it's important for both of us to concentrate on our exams now.
But today I really wanna spend some time her.. coz may be I wouldn't be able to meet her for about more than a month coz both of us would be busy with the preparations.
I called her and she picked it in the second ring only. This is the first time I'm calling her by phone.
"Hello", she said
"Hey Divya", I said
"Yeah", she said
"Done with your exam?", I asked
"Just now, and you?", She asked
"Yeah.. umm, I was thinking if we can meet today", I said
"Umm okay then, where?", She asked
"How about we go to my house? My mom cooks the best.. it's anyhow lunch time so we can go for lunch", I suggested
"Your house? But..", I know she was hesitating
"Please Divya don't say no, Anu will be there anyhow.. so please come", I requested
"Hm okay", she said
"Cool then, me and Aarav will wait near the backside of the gate.. you both come soon ok?", I said excited
"Yeah sure", she said and cut the call
Finally..! Oh wait, mumma.. I quickly called her.
"Hey mum", I said
"Calling me at this time? What's the matter Arjun?", She asked
"Mom we are coming home for lunch.. be ready ok?", I said
"We means who all?", She asked
"Oh it's me, Aarav, Divya and her friend Anu", I said
"What Divya is coming?", She asked
"Yes mom", I smiled
"Oh my god, lemmi prepare something speacial.. you come slowly ok?", She said
"Yeah don't worry, calm down", I laughed
"Yes yes, ok bye.. I'm busy now", she said and cut the call
Mum seems to be more excited than me now.. great!!
I informed Aarav also the same and he too seems happy.. well about his sister Nidhi, Aarav directly asked her after that day and she had to accept that Nidhi and Siddharth Bhai are dating now.
That sounded great.. Siddardh Bhai seems to be really sweet and cool although I don't know much.. I can actually imagine them together and they make a good pair may be.
Aarav was happy with the news but somewhere he wanted to meet Siddharth Bhai again.. but let's see if he can get some chance again.
"Hi", I heard Anu
"Hey how was the exam?", I asked
"Yeah it was good", Anu said
"Hi", I said looking at Divya
"Hi", she smiled
"Ok I'm hungry, shall we go guys?", Aarav asked
"Always hungry is it?", Anu laughed
"Yeah that's coz someone keeps eating my brain", he glared at Anu
"Ok fine shutup now, Anu said
"As you say", Aarav said dramatically
We all laughed and getting on our bikes we drove to my house.
"Come", I smiled at Divya
She nodded and came along with Anu and we four went inside.
"Mom", I called her
She immediately came from the kitchen and her eyes shined seeing all of us. She came and somewhat ignoring all of us looked at Divya recognising her.
Mum, don't creep her out now..!

I din't know if I have to go to Arjun's house or no.. but Anu asked me to say yes so I agreed and now we all came and I din't know why his mom was looking at me like that.
"Divya right?", Aunty asked
"Ahh yes", I smiled slightly
"Oh I was waiting for you", she smiled warmly
"Me?", I asked confused
"I mean.. all of you", she said
I nodded.. I din't know how she knew my name, Arjun told? So he tells about me as well?
We all greeted her and went inside and she asked us to sit which we did.
"Hey guys", I heard a voice
I looked up and found probably his dad coming downstairs. I expected him to have some big mansion like any other rich people have, but this is small yet a big house.. I mean it's not very small but neither huge also.. it's nice.
"I thought you where in office", Arjun asked
"I was.. but came back for you all", he smiled warmly
We greeted him as well and got engrossed in some casual talk.. his parents where just asking about our family and studies as this was the first time they are meeting me and Anu.
I even spoke to both of them and they seem so good.
"Aunty I'm hungry...can we eat first?", Aarav asked and we all ended up laughing hard
"Come", aunty smiled getting up
We all settled down near the dining and aunty was bringing all the dishes. Thinking to help her I moved towards the kitchen.
"Can I help?", I asked
"Sure but no.. you are our guest Divya, so sit I'll get in minutes", she said
I din't know what to say further so simply nodding I went and sat next to Anu while Arjun was opposite to me.
Soon she served us all and already being hungry I stared eating but felt consious throughout being it a new place.
But it was pure fun throughout and I found uncle and aunty way to funny that half the time we kept laughing on Arjun or Aarav for what uncle was saying..
"Ok come, I'll show you both my room", Arjun said after lunch
We headed to his room and it was beautiful.. it was big and my eyes immediately went towards the balcony attached to it.
I moved towards it and damn, I love this view.. it was beyond beautiful here.
"Liked?", I heard Arjun
"I loved this view", I said
"But I was asking about the room", he said
"Oh even the room is really nice", I smiled
"Good, I don't have to change any in future", he said
"Why should you change?", I asked confused
"Um nothing, so how are your preparations going on?", He asked
"For now it's ok.. but I'm still freaking out", I said
"Don't worry, I have the confidence in you.. I'm sure you will do it well", he smiled
"Hey, don't think I'm some topper ok? I'm an average student only.. I mean I used to top till my 10th but God knows what happened after that", I laughed at my own life
It's true though..
"I know it happens", he too laughed
I din't know when time passed and we sat there talking about every random stuff around.. this is probably the first time I'm speaking to him for so long, even about stupid stuff, openly laughing and joking around.. I'm being free with him slowly unlike reserved like the initial days.
I somehow see our bond growing day by day.. I don't know about till now, but now I can say that Arjun is my close friend.
"Arjun I guess it's getting late", I heard Anu
"Oh yes, sorry I haven't realised.. come we will drop you both", he said
"No that's fine Arjun, we both will go together", I said
"No Divya, we anyhow are free so we can", he said
"That's ok Arjun, you should come back right.. we will go don't worry, me and Anu anyhow live nearby", I said
"You sure?", He asked
"Don't forget I'm also here.. I can take care of her", Anu frowned
Seems like my possessive bestie is out now..
"When did I say you can't.. I'm just assuring", Arjun said
"Both are the same Arjun, don't forget she's my bestie and more close to me.. so I can very well make sure for her to reach home safe", she frowned again
"Ok I know you are possessive for Divya.. nevermind you both go together", Arjun said
"Better", Anu said and smiled slightly
"Don't you think you argue a lot?", Aarav asked
"Now that's how I'm.. I atleast don't argue for useless things like you", Anu glared at him
"Yes yes we know", Aarav replied sarcastically
Anu just rolled her eyes and we all went down..

I din't expect dad to be here.. I invited them for lunch just like that and my mom cooked all the best dishes and my dad even left his work to meet Divya..
I never realised they where this excited about her.
But today I seem to be the happiest, she spoke to me like never before.. we spoke so long and yet I haven't observed a tint of nervousness or awkwardness in her throughout.
She's trusting me, she's getting close to me, she's being free with me.. that's all I want now and I'm the happiest right now.
"You seem very happy", I heard dad
"Oh yes, I'm.. very happy", I hugged him
"She's really nice Arjun, although we where already happy that you love her and the way you told about her.. but as a father it's my duty to assure she's the right choice.. may be I can't judge her by a single meeting but she seems really calm and nice.. and I have seen how she volunteered to help your mom and how she spoke to us.. she's good and I liked her for you", dad said
"Dad oh my god.. that's so good, thank you", I said grinning wide
"Yes Arjun, she's really nice.. although she wasn't free to speak much, I liked the way she was today", mom smiled
I hugged her too and went back to my room.. I took my phone and seeing her pictures I placed a long kiss on her.
I love you Divya.. so fucking much!!
While I was busy thinking of her I received a message and this is more happiness when it's from her.
"I reached", she texted
"Good that you said.. I was gonna call you if you haven't", I sent
"Yeah you seemed a little worried before also, so I thought to text you", she said
"Yeah.. so what are you doing?", I asked
"Just reached, will fresh up", she said
And I saw her going offline.. she went I guess..
I lied on my bed still in her thoughts while I saw a book on my bed.. book? I picked it and saw that it's Divya's..
Did it just fell from her bag? She will probably need it as exams are also approaching.
I quickly called her but no response.. I even texted her and still no reply.
How about I just go and give her the book? What if she need it today?
I took my bike keys and wearing my hoodie as it's cold outside, I drove to her house.
I reached her house and called her but still no response, should I go inside.. but it's already quick late now, I don't think it would look good.
I looked up and found a balcony there.. she seems to like nature so assuming that she has a room with balcony facing this side I just thought that to be her room.
Holding the water pipe down the way, I climbed the adjacent tree and reached the balcony some how and slowly peeped inside and found it empty.
What if this isn't Divya's? What if her parents come suddenly? Damn, what should I do now?
Ok clam down Arjun.. think positive.
I jumped inside and saw the door opening.. dammit I hope it's Divya only, if not get ready with your funeral Arjun..
The door opened and just in case I hid behind the curtain.. and yess it's my Divya here.. so it's her room.
I know I'm always right, how can I be wrong.. my assumptions never go wrong!!
Ok enough of self appreciation, I should rather finish my work fast and leave soon before I fall in some trouble..
I moved out from the curtain but Divya haven't noticed me since she was facing the opposite side.
"Divya", I called
She turned around and I don't know what happened but she shouted so loud that I got panicked suddenly.. I just closed her mouth with my palm and she looked at me all shocked with her wide black deep eyes..
