"Kayla who's house is this?" My mom asked when the car stopped at Hayden house

"When the hell you got engage and without telling me," she said looking at me with surprise and happiness in your bright brown eyes

Before she could say anything I was already out of the car at the back of the car to get her bags but Simon was Already there and beat me to it
You must be wondering who is Simon? Well, Simon is one of the gardeners at the house since I love flowers and plants with both instantly bond he is the most friendly person here so every Sunday we garden together.
"Simon you don't have to do that," I said taking the other bags
"Your my friend after all so let me help"
"Nope", I said walking inside with the rest of the bags in my hand

"Here," she said from behind me
Dropping the bags on the floor I turn to her
"Mom are you okay?" I asked looking at her with sweat dripping down her face
"Y-yes i-im f-fine," she said looking nervous
What's wrong with her my mother never looked nervous or spoke like this something must be bothering her.
"Are sure mom you never looked nervous before?" I asked stirring at her

Before I could push the conversation more Simon comes in with the bags and placed them down we told him thank you and he nods his head and left us alone
"Come let me show you your room"

At her room
"Hope you like it"

Nodding my head at her I left her room and went to Jayden's room finding it empty and check the whole house and didn't see him or Hayden anywhere taking my phone out I called him.
"Hello, where are you guys?"
"At the zoo, we will be back in an hour"
"Alright be safe"

I continue to walk down the hallway but stop when I saw a red spot on the floor bending down to get a better look at the spot to realize it was blood getting up I called Hayden
He picks up the third ring
"Hello"
"Hayden there is a blood spot on the floor almost near to mia's room" I whispered yelled
"What don't touch it I will be here soon"
"Yeah take your time" then he hangs up
One hour later
Sitting down on the couch watching tv till they got back. After he hang up the phone I continue to look around the house to find anything and found that my favorite vase is missing. Hearing the door open and closed I got up and went to see who it is but my phone vibrated taking it out I check my phone and saw a message from an unknown number
Unknown-Go to the police and she's dead

After I saw the message I didn't reply to the message since the person threatened to kill her if ask more question placing my phone on the table falling back on the couch with my head between hands tears started to flow like a dam just break
"Baby are you okay?"
Lifting my head out of my hand I look up to be met with two concerned faces stirring at me. Wiping my tears with the back of my hand I reply
"Yes I'm okay"
"Then why are crying, mommy?"
"I'm not crying just umm sweating,"

Frowning at my mind I chose to ignore it for now. I stand up I went to Jayden who has a frown on his face bending down to his level I kiss both his cheeks

"Then why were you crying then?".
" I'm not crying sweetheart".
Pecking his cheek once more I hug him while whispering sweet things in his ears and telling him I'm okay after some time we put apart from each other
"Are you still sad?".

"Well I'm not sad anymore"

Standing up I turn to Hayden who is just standing there smiling at us with his blue eyes sprinkle with love and admiration
"Kayla is that your Fiance?"
Turning my head to the voice to be met with two big brown eyes starring at me
"Yeah come meet him"
Walking over to me she stops beside me turning to Hayden who has his eyebrows raise at me
"Hayden his is my mom and the mom his is my Fiance Hayden and my son Jayden"
"Your son?" She asked me with an unreadable emotion in her eyes I can't read

"When did you have a son?" She said stirring at Jayden who is hiding behind my leg with confusion all over her
"Well long story short I found out I was pregnant with Jayden and Leo ship me away to aunty Cathy to stay and when I had Jayden I made a deal to give him to Linda to raise for while"
"How could you keep something like this from me so long" she with hurt clear in her voice
"Hayden carry Jayden upstairs now and stay with him up there"

Doing as I said he left us downstairs and went upstairs with Jayden. Turning to her I relied
"Don't you think I wanted to but he threatened me not to tell you anything,"
"Leo would never do that he loves you and would stand beside you no matter what," she said angrily.

"You are a lier!!" She shouted at me while pointing her fingers at me

She slaps me with the back of her hand while looking at me with anger taking my hand I used my finger and trace it all over the part she slaps me I flinched. Tasting blood in my mouth I put my finger on my lip and found blood on my finger. Opening my mouth to say something to her but she cut me off
"Don't you dare mention anything about that matter you don't know about it". She said shouting
