OO1 :: COLORING(?)
plenty of people uses "overlay" to match the color scheme they want. use a filter instead of using overlay. it makes the graphic less attractive😩
OO2 :: QUALITY
make sure to use high quality images. even if you want to use the image, choose another one or find the original fanart if you're using a fanart. it ruins the graphic!
OO3 :: SPACING
consume the spaces as much as possible. you may tilt the render to your liking just hide the edges!! it depends in some covers tho. (this took me a minute to make don't judge—)
OO4 :: BACKGROUND
yo what is this😭😭 choose the proper background!! don't just use galaxy and stuff. who's guilty? XD use appropriate backgrounds to match your theme/mood!!
OO5 :: SIZE
use the right size! I wasn't able to give the proper sizes in clinomania, sorry. this is what happens when you don't use the right size. the texts are cut off.
OO6 :: TEXT ALIGNMENT
especially when doing scattered texts, it should be readable and not confusing. arrange it in one line so that it will be easier to read!
OO7 : LONG TITLES
add some effects! not just one line! it should be close to each other and it should be easy to read! don't use too many fonts, just three is enough. don't confuse the viewers. example : not sure if it's visible.
OO8 :: ORIGINALITY
as much as possible, use your own ideas. people gets sick of seeing the same theme with different "fonts" on different accounts. ya know? if your theme is unique/based on your idea, it will receive more attention. I don't like "copying" others theme cause where's the effort? I'm not saying it's not okay to take inspiration! but what are you doing here? to learn, right? develop your editing skills, you won't improve by just copying.
OO9 :: PATIENCE
editing takes a lot of patience. as an impatient person, I don't even know why I liked graphic designing. but surprisingly I have improved a lot because of my impatience as well. be patient when editing and be impatient in learning. you get what I mean? don't rush. you still have plenty of time, it's not the end of the world. by impatient I mean be eager to learn more and more. you can do anything once you focus on it!
O1O :: NOT PLANNED
when we edit ofcourse there's this "vision" that we want our edit to look like. and often it didn't look like what you planned because of the lack of resources etc. don't just stop there, don't let it unmotivate you, keep going! I have experienced this lots of time but I kept going and I liked the final result. if you didn't like the final result, that's when you repeat.
