"Jackson give me the damn remote, I'm freezing" I told him sternly before walking towards the couch.
"No you douchebag I just came in" he huffed.
"Give it to me you poopyhead" I frowned and tried snatching the air conditioner's remote from him.
"Bitch don't you dare come near me-"
"MOM JACKSON IS ABUSING ME-"
"NO MOM SHE'S LYING-"
"YOU'RE SO ANNOYING"
"SO DISRESPECTFUL"
"SUYOUNG! JACKSON! WHY DO YOU BOTH FIGHT ALL DAY...I WAS TAKING SOME SLEEP JESUS CHRIST-" Tzuyu came in and scolded us both.
"Jackson no air conditioner for you today" Tzuyu stated making Jackson whine loudly.
"Suyoung you're always inside ever since you came here, get the fuck out and give Heejin a tour around" she instructed pointing at me.
"Fine" I pouted and snatched the last packet of chips Jackson had before stomping out towards Heejin's room.
"Heejin-ah~" I sang before entering her room without knocking just to see her dressed up all lovely with a white one piece and a pair of cute shoes.
"Are you going out?" I asked hugging her from back while she was busy getting her purse ready.
"Uh..yeah.." she answered hesitantly.
"I smell something suspicious" I frowned.
She sighed and turned towards me, "I'm going on a date" she said shyly, twiddling with the chains hanging down her purse, her cheeks flushed red within seconds.
"WHAT-" I freaked out a second after realising what she said.
She flinched back and gave me a weird look before repeating herself, "I'm going on a date Suyoung-".
"With whom, how, when, what are you saying-" I was hella confused and anyone could've said that easily looking at my face.
"Last day when I went out with Yeri...I met Samuel in the store and we talked for sometime while Yeri was in washroom and...you know we agreed to meet up today again" she said looking down at her hands.
I cooed as she blushed while talking about it, never did I see her being that shy any time before this, "Looks like someone took interest in you" I chuckled getting a hesitant nudged from her.
"I'll drop you off, let's go" I said grabbing her hand.
"You're coming with me?" she asked, surprise evident in her voice.
"Yeah but don't worry, I'm not gonna third wheel" I assured her and walked out of her room and then to the parking.
"You're going there like this?" she asked pointing at my outfit before I could get inside my car.
"Nothing wrong with this tho?" I replied looking at myself. I was wearing denim shorts and an oversized pink shirt with sneakers and hair left loose since I was lazy enough to tie it, overall it was a comfy outfit for spending a day out at the mall.
"It's just that we look totally different, but that doesn't matter, get in or else we'll get late..actually I'll get late-" she blabbered and entered the car.
I could see how excited Heejin was considering the fact that it was her first date in a while, our schedules were too busy to take care of our personal lives and hence she didn't care much about dating.
"Suyoung, you didn't tell me about your friends yet-" she reminded me.
"Heejin I'm actually driving right now, I can't get distracted" I said trying to avoid the topic.
Unlike other times, Heejin didn't react much, she just nodded at my statement and that made me think about the worst...I was sure she was disappointed enough, I was supposed to share everything and trust her with everything when she does it too but I didn't...yet I decided to keep it down for a while once again till Jackson's wedding.
The drive took longer than it was supposed to be because of the traffic as well as the heavy tension in the air between me and Heejin. It was all silent that day, nobody initiated a conversation.
"We're gonna be in the arcade" Heejin said with a smile as soon as she got out if the car.
"Okay then I'll be in the foods section, all the best and have fun, and of course tell me if y'all wanna take things further" I snickered looking at her flustered face.
"Whatever! Bye!" she said and walked away.
I drove in and parked the car at the parking area, not many cars were there that day which meant that not many people visited the mall. After grabbing my phone and purse, I locked the car and went inside the mall.
I plugged in my earphones and played the playlist on shuffle while walking slowly towards the food stalls. I was convinced with the fact that it was not weekend or something and I wouldn't probably run into any familiar person while enjoying my day alone at the mall.
Ignoring the weird stares which the people often gave me, I chose a seat at the corner where the crowd was relatively less. I wanted to enjoy the day alone...but that was till...
I felt someone tap my shoulder...when I looked back, to my surprise it was Jongin, "Hi Jongin!" I greeted.
"You're here alone?" he asked with a small smile. He looked less formal than the other days, he was wearing a casual outfit and hair was kept undone. Cute though...
"Yeah kind of" I smiled shrugging my shoulders.
"May I take a seat?" he asked with a smile.
"Yeah! Of course please..." I said and kept my earphones and phone aside.
"So...what are you doing here?" he asked, curiosity evident on his face.
"Nothing much, just relaxing you know, I'm quite stressed nowadays" I explained.
He nodded probably he was there for the same reason, "Do you wanna order something?" he asked softly.
"Oh yeah, tell me yours, I'll go order it, I might take some time deciding what to order" I said and he shook his head together.
"I would never want The Nam's youngest daughter to get an order for me, let's go together" he replied smiling at me to which I nodded without hesitation.
"So...I just kinda remember where I saw you" Jongin said standing behind me near the counter.
"Where?" I asked him being unamused.
"I was in Sehun's team during the Interschool competitions" he said looking at me, expecting me to remember and of course...my brain must have been through shits for forgetting Kai...
"But I swear I wasn't friends with him-" he clarified, with his eye being wide.
"I wouldn't mind even if you were one of his friends, I'm sure fucker lost his friends after his ex girlfriends exposed him" I rolled my eyes.
"He was quite of a fool to mess with you" he mumbled under his breath.
"Did you say something?" I eyed him although I completely heard what he said.
"Not really" he shook his head awkwardly.
"Here are your orders Ma'am" the man in the counter called.
I ignored whatever Jongin was blabbering while trying to explain what he meant and turned towards the counter to get our coffees.
"Ah is this yours..?" a soft familiar voice asked Jongin.
"Huh? Not mine, must be hers-" Jongin said and tapped on my shoulder.
"Yes?" I turned back to look at Jongin but didn't expect to see some unexpected too...
"Irresponsible as ever"
The familiar figure huffed at me, I couldn't help but stare at him with surprise, he seemed unphased...as if shits never went down.
"Suyoung? Mind greeting back?" Jungwoo crossed his arms.
I was too surprised to even realise that Jungwoo greeted me with a 'hi' and returned my bracelet back to me, I didn't know how to feel about the situation that time, I felt overwhelmed as well as nervous as heck but Jungwoo acted like he was for sure expecting to run into me.
"Ah...I must get going knowing the fact that you both must have met after a long time, I can say that looking at Suyoung's face-" Jongin said snapping his fingers in front of me
He sighed when I barely even reacted to his action, "See? Talk to you later Suyoung bye, we have many things to discuss about later".
Jongin waved with a smile and walked away before I could even protest. I didn't like the situation for the time being, I wasn't ready for the encounter.
With panic growing within me, I looked over at Jungwoo who stared at me passively, something which my Dad often did while judging me.
"Surprise?" Jungwoo slid his hands inside his jeans pockets and smiled at me.
It actually made me scared for obvious reasons-
A long sigh left my lips as I fidgeted with the coffee cup I was holding, "Hello...Jungwoo-".
"OMIGHAD HOW COULD YOU LEAVE ME ALONE AT THAT STORE YOU PIECE IF SHI- umm...wha-"
Felix's mouth hung open at the sight he was witnessing in front of him, I had a somewhat similar reaction except that over-dramatic gasp which left his lips.
"I found someone here Lix~" Jungwoo sang.
All I wanted to do that time was go and jump off a high cliff...
"Don't tell me there are more people, who might give me a surprise-"

"Suyoung we love you and all but your brain works like poop, no wonder why you almost failed in every test during middle school" Felix said making me send a glare towards him.
I was able to calm their dramatic asses down by buying them snacks and whatever chocolates they wanted but it was just so that they could listen to me patiently, however I wasn't allowed to avoid the explanation they deserved.
"What else could I have done then? I was already stressed with everything you know? I didn't wanna be a pain in your useless butts" I sighed and stirred the coffee with the straw which I was holding.
"Yeah but Suyoung! We are your friends!" Jungwoo insisted.
Hearing that made my heart warm, even after I treated them like 'nothing' they considered me as their friend...how could I even repay them back? True they said...
Some friends become family.
"I love you both...sorry for hurting you guys, I shouldn't have pushed you all away from myself..." I sighed.
"It's okay now that you realised, don't do it ever again, only I know how much I missed you" Felix said with tear choked voice.
"Felix don't cry, I haven't got any tissues-" I said trying to cheer him up and of course succeeded.
"Welp you don't need to apologise to us...but maybe you have someone else to apologize to-"
