Early morning, Avu was typing something on her laptop. She finished typing and removed her specs. She was thinking one last time to send or not. She closed her eyes and massaged her side of head. She finally sent it.
She looked at the pic of the whole group kept on her table. She picked it up and smiled with tears.
Avu's P.O.V.
These few years were amazing with you guys. You always tried to make me a family. I love you guys so much. But after opening up like this, I can't be with you guys. I won't be able to face you guys. Even if you guys also start hating me after knowing the truth. It won't matter to me. I will love you guys same way I do now. I lost everything, everyone. That's the punishment of that mistake I did once. I am sorry guys I won't even come to bid you all bye. I won't be able to. In this small time, you guys made a huge place in my heart.
P.O.V. ends
Avu went to wake up Ish.
Avu: Ishu wake up bacha
He shooked his head and turned away.
Avu: Baby please. You promised you won't trouble mumma
Ish: Mom it's just 4 AM. You wake me at 7:30
Avu: Baby we are going
Ish: No my school is at 8
Avu: Bacha you are not going to school. We are going to a new home
Ish: Why?
Avu: Mumma got a new job. And it's far from here. So we need to change home
Ish: Okie
Avu made him ready along with answering his multiple questions like is the new big, is it beautiful, will he come here again, etc. Avu checked everything, locked the home and cab was waiting outside. They sat inside and left for train station. Avu got the tickets and they settled in train. Ish soon slept in Avu's lap. She was caressing his hair while thinking about her life. A tear rolled down her eye.
They reached their destination. Avu moved towards a car and smiled at the girl who came out. Avu hugged her.
Avu: After long time
Girl: Yee missed you
Avu: Me too
Ish was standing confused.
Girl: Awiee who is this cutie
Avu: Ishu baby she is your Reem massi. Say hello
So girl is none other than our Reem.
Ish didn't say anything as he didn't have much experience with new people. He never met anyone except his friends and teachers. It was just her mom or nanny he knew from beginning. Reem smiled and took out a chocolate and forwarded towards him. Ish looked at Avu. She nodded. He forwarded his hand to take chocolate. Reem backed off her hand.
Reem: Gimme a kissie first
She said pointing her cheek. Ish pecked her cheek and blushed. Reem chuckled and gave him chocolate and kissed his forehead. They settled in the car. Reem in driver's seat, Avu in passenger's seat and Ish at back. He was looking outiside from window excitedly as it was a new place for him. They were catching up on the years they were not together.
Reem: Avi
She said in a serious manner.
Avu: Yee
Reem: Actually I was angry on Rishabh for leaving you like this. So I went to his home and fought with him. He regrets a lot but he was scared. His mom dad got to know
Avu: So?
She said trying to show she doesn't care.
Reem: His mom didn't talk to him after that till that time I lived there. She behaved like her son is dead. His dad was extremely angry. He didn't let him study anymore inspite of being a topper. His dad forced him to work at his shop. They fixed his marriage with some girl
Avu: Umm I don't know what to say. You know what I was never angry at him for whatever happened between us. I was just angry that why just my life was spoiled. Why only I got the punishment for the mistake we both committed. Why just I suffered. But I was wrong. He lost his mother, his mom started hating him who was his everything. He couldn't study inspite of being topper, inspite of how much he loved to study. I guess I have nothing to be angry now. We both suffered in different ways. We both destroyed our life by ourselves
She said looking away. Reem squeezed her hand. Avu wiped her tear with her other hand.
Avu: Well how is everything going on in your life?
She said changing the topic and they kept discussing till they reach home.
