Grim and his team were on their way to the next gym, he takes a little detour to get in a little training, to use get his new Pokémon battle ready. While training gliagr notice sounds of snapping. Grim and gligar looks and see a trainer with a camera.
Trip: hey, the names trip and that there is gliagr is it not
Grim: yep and the names grim, in from the sinnho region.
Trip: heh the sinnho region, its slightly impressive. So let's have a battle.
Grim: alright
They stood across each other and the
Grim: I already I have five Pokémon so let's do a five in five.
Trips: works for me. Tranquil I need your help.
Trip sends tranquil. Grim remembers that it's the evolved form of pidove. Grim send out gligar.
Gligar: gli
Grim: gligar, drak pulse
Gligar fires dark pulse
Trip: trnaguil dodge it
Tranquil: use aerial ace
Tranquil speeds towards gligar.
Grim: catch it
Trip: what
Gliagr opens his claws and catches tranquil by the shoulders.
Tranquil: quil!?
Gligar: gligar!
Grim: gligar us aerial ace
Gligar: gli
Gligar soar into the air with tranquil in tow. He dives into the ground and slams tranquil into the ground. Dust settles and gliagr sees tranquil getting up.
Tranquil: quil
Grim: he's tough
Trip: yep, tranquil use aerial ace
Grim: gligar brick break
Tranquil comes flying at gliagr but he slams tranquil into the ground. Out of the dust tranquil fainted. Trip returned tranquil. He then brings out servine. Grim brought out his Pokédex.
Pokédex: servine the grass snake Pokémon, It moves along the ground as if sliding. Its swift movements befuddle its foes, and it then attacks with a vine whip.
Servine: servine
Grim: gligar take a break
Gliagr flys over to grim. Grim throws a pokeball.
Grim: alright Axew get ready to rumble
Axew comes out.
Axew: ax
Grim: use dragon claw
Axew: ax ax ax ax
Axew rushed at servine
Trip: servine uss cut.
His lead blades turn white/blue and ran at Axew.
Servine: ser, ser, ser, ser
The attacks connected, neither back down as they turn into a close combat fight.
Trip: leaf tornado, go
Servine spun on his head as his tail created a a massive tornado of leafs. He twist making the tornado slide to the side and ensure Axew.
Axew: ax!
They tornado dives into the ground and disappeared, leaving Axew down on the ground.
Grim: Axew can you still fight
Axew slowly gets up but the yells standing up.
Axew: Axew! Ax ax
Grim: great use draco meteor
Axew charged up the attack
Trip: servine cut
Servine: ser-vine
Draco meteor was good and ready but before Axew could fire servine unleashed cut. There was a mass explosion. And out of the dust servine stood over a fainted axew on its back.
Axew: ew
Grim: thanks Axew we'll take it form here.
Trip: your Axew is impressive, but it's not strong enough. Dragon claw should have cut could, that so he's need improvement.
Grim returns Axew. Grims throws a pokeball.
Grim: Darumaka, get ready to rumble
Darumaka appears and cheers.
Darumaka: Darumaka
Grim: use fire punch
Darumaka goes on the offense unleashed multiple fire punches servine dodged some but thanks to Darumaka moves he got in good hits.
Trip: servine leaf tornado.
Servine: servine!
Servine fires leaf tornado as it caught Darumaka and slams him into the ground.
Trip: servine cut
Servine charges at Darumaka.
Grim: Darumaka extrasensory
Darumaka fires his beam and lift servine into the air.
Servine: servine?
Darumaka process to throws servine around. Then throws him into the air. As he falls Darumaka runs.
Grim: use gyro ball
Darumaka: daru!!!!
He spins off a rock into the air
Trip: servine use cut
Servine: ser-vine
Servine deflects the move.
Grim: use flamethrower.
Trip: no
Darumaka: Maka!
Darumaka unleashed the attack that sends servine plummeting into the ground. As Darumaka lands servine fainted. Trip calls back servine.
Trip: impressive, using a psychic type move. Now go Frilish.
Frilish appear floating in the the air. Grim brought out his Pokédex
Pokédex: Frilish, the floating Pokémon, With its thin, veil-like arms wrapped around the body of its opponent, it sinks to the ocean floor.
Grim: Darumaka use gyro ball
Trip: protect
Darumaka spins at Frilish but Frilish creates a forcefeild blocking the attack.
Trip: water pulse
Frilish:Frilish
Frilish fires an orb of water at Darumaka, he gets submerged into the org as it does damage. It explodes sending Darumaka flying. Gliagr catches him as he fainted.
Grim: thanks bud, we take it from here
Grim returns Darumaka.
Grim: alright then, scraggy get ready to rumble.
Scraggy comes out and chuckles.
Trip: a a dark/fighting type, not a good choice. Frilish water pulse
Frilish fires water pulse. Scraggy jumps and dodged it.
Grim: alright scraggy, shadow ball
Trip: what
Scraggy throws shadow ball at Frilish. It hits sending into the ground. When it got up scraggy used scratch. Then Frilish ability activated. When the attack hit, scraggy felt a chill as black aura.
Grim: scraggy what's wrong
Trip: it's Frilish ability curse body, any contact to Frilish it can disable a Pokémon's move. Now Frilish night shade
Frilish eyes glows light purple as it fires purple rings at scraggy it affects scraggy causing it to drop to the ground.
Trip: this is why you don't fight a fighting type and ghost type, it so basic knowledge.
Grim: oh who says I'm fighting with a fighting type.
This caught trip off as scraggy gets up.
Grim: time to show them what your made of.
Scraggy opens its eyes to show they were purple. He jumps over and changes into zorua.
Trip: a zorua
Grim: zorua use shadow ball
Zorua: zorua!
Zorua fires a massive shadow ball hitting Frilish. It falls to the ground. Zorua falls to the ground as they look to see Frilish fainted. Trip calls back Frilish.
Trip: well that definitely caught me off gaurd.
Grim: thanks
Trip: timburr let's go
He calls timburr. Grim was gonna attack but zorua was to tired.
Grim: zorua return
Zorua: zor
Zorua returned as grim brought out scraggy. It glares at the timburr.
Grim: scraggy headbutt
Scraggy jump and headbutted timburr sending it flying into a rock.
Trip: it's strong, timburr strength.
Timburr used strength and increased us power. He swung his wood at scraggy making him slide back.
Grim: scraggy use low kick
He does so tripping Timburr. Time burr gets back up only for scraggy to be over him.
Grim: headbutt go
Trip: block
Scraggy: scrag
Scraggy hits the wood repeatedly.
Trip: Timburr dynamic punch.
Timburr fist glows red and punches scraggy, stunning him and hurdling him into some rocks.
Trip: finish this with dynamic punch
Timburr charges at his opponent.
Grim: scraggy, drain punch
Scraggy: scraaaaagy!
Scraggy burst out of the rubble and crush timble, they attacks combined creating a mini explosion. They dust cloud revealed Timburr flung out. He crashed into the ground fainted. Scraggy was completely fine. Trip returns Timburr and calls out vanilite. Grim brought out his Pokédex.
Pokédex: Vanilite, Fresh Snow Pokémon,The temperature of their breath is -58° F. They create snow crystals and make snow fall in the areas around them.
Grim: alright scraggy use crunch
Scraggy charges at Vanilite as his teeth flew White.
Trip: vanilite, blizzard
Vanilite: vanil
Vanilite fires a mini blizzard at scraggy. It slows him down but not enough as the attack hit Vanilite. Both Pokémon fall to the ground. They get up as they were exhausted.
Grim: your running out of juice. Finishing this with double drain punch.
Trip: icicle spear
Scraggy charges at vanilite as it fires a barrage of ice at scraggy. He punches all of them away as he jumps and punches vanilite.
Trip: ice beam
Vanilite fires ice beam as the punch connected. It caused a massive explosion. The dust settles and scraggy was frozen solid, fainted. And vanilite was fine.
Trip: good work vanilite.
Vanilite: vanilite
Then it groans and falls to the ground, both Pokémon had fainted meaning grim is the winner.they return their Pokémon.
Grim: thanks for the good match
Trip: yeah, but next time I will win.
Trip walks off as grim and gligar watched. The next day, Grim and his Pokémon were in the woods, doing intense training. Grim remembered everything from his battle with trip, showing him that he still has a lot to learn. Starting with his Pokémon. They needed to become stronger. Gilgar and axew battle as well as scraggy and zorua. Axew readies his attack but something was different, blue energy formed around his stomach. Then a blue orb came out and burst into blue flames. Gligar blocks the attack, it slide him into a tree.
Grim: woah, that was dragon rage. Way to go Axew.
The other Pokémon complemented Axew. Gliagar then showed off his new move, x scissor. Scraggy and zorua cheered. Axew and gligar both attack with their new moves. Causing a large shockwave. Luckily grim had on his googles. He took them off and they were dusty.
Grim: woah, you guys went a bit overboard.
They laugh until something jumps out of the bushes and grabs his googles.
Grim: hey
They look to see the Pokémon run off. They chase after it. They run down the trail and gliagr cathes up with it. Gligar closes in on the Pokémon. It jumps on the tree. Gliagr was about to grab it but on the other side was, pikachu, the Pokémon jumps out of the way and both Gligar and Pikachu collide. They fall to the ground.
Gligar: gligar! Gligar!
Pikachu: pika!
They growl but then remembered each other. They hi five and chase after the Pokémon. Grim walks around and hears battling. He sees the Pokémon battling and Oshawatt, not just any, Ash's Oshawatt as he and iris were right by. As well as the gym leader cilan, and a girl. Oshawatt got defeated by the Pokémon's tickle and double slap. Before pikachu could get into battle the Pokémon runs up the tree, grabs a badge case and grims googles and run away.
Grim: hey get back here
Ash: hey it's grim, that means this is the same Gligar:
Gligar: gli
Ash and the others explained what happened as they searched for it.
Grim: so the Pokémon, is a minccino, and it cleans anything dirty
Cilan: yep
Grim: so when did you join ash
Cilan: pretty much the day after you defeated me, ash challenged me and my brothers and won. His battling style intriged me so I decided to join him.
Grim: oh cool.
Iris: so why are you here grim,
Grim: well I was around teaching Axew and gligar new moves. But then during the training my googles got dirty and that minccino grabbed them.
Bianca: wow that so cool, especially your gligar
Grim: oh ah thanks
Grim chuckles as ash groaned.
Ash: man, oh, man, it's like minccino vanished
Pikachu: pika pika?
Gligar: gligar?
Bianca: wait do you have any kind of shiny pots or cookware?
Cilan: sure have a look.
Cilan shows her one of his spoons.
Cilan: see that shine? there's nothing like polished flatware
Bianca: great it's perfect. Now I'll just do this
She grabs it and starts covering it in dirt much to cilan sadness. They used the dirty spoon as bait and a pot as the trap they waited for the Pokémon as cilan continues to sulk.
Ash: I wonder if this gonna work?
The bushes rustle an minccino pops out. It starts cleaning the spoon.
Bianca: he we go
Bianca pulls the rope to stick holding the pot as it goes over minccino.
Bianca: I did it I caught minccino
Minccino struggled for a bit. But then extended its legs up and walks away.
Bianca: oh no it's gone
Cilan: and it's got my spoon, too
Ash: it's just like my thought battling the only way to get minccino.
Pikachu: pika
Grim: so it seems
Gligar: gli
Iris: but we're at a disadvantage
Cilan: we'll get taken out by tickle again at close range.
Ash: handle it, don't worry!
They follow minccino all the way to its hideout.
Ash: snivy, I choose you
Snivy was called out
Grim: woah ash caught a snivy
Iris: yep, as well as tepig and pidove
Grim: sweet
Gligar: gli
Ash: snivy attract
Snivy flies and fires multiple Hearst at minccino. But minccino dodged it and then fired it's on attract causing snivy to fall in love.
Grim: wow so that means snivy a girl and minccino a boy
Ash: snivy return
Pikachu then ran out of hiding running to ash.
Pikachu: pika
Ash: you'll do it pikachu
Pikachu: pika!
Ash: Kay, it up to you. Pikachu use iron tail go
Pikachu charges and jump towards minccino. His tail turned iron and he attacks minccino. But minccino dodge it
Bianca: it dodged
Grim: yeah
Ash: pikachu, quick attack, let's go
Pikachu cathes up with minccino.
Cilan: pikachu keeping pace with minccino's speed
Gliagr: gligar
Ash: iron tail once more
Pikachu used iron tail as minccino use double slap. The attack collided and created a shockwave. They land as minccino used hyper voice. Pikachu stood its ground.
Ash: pikachu
Cilan: that's hyper voice again
iris: that's the move that stopped pignite in its tracks!
Pikachu remains tough as minccino jumps and gets behind pikachu.
Bianca: here comes tickle pikachu, look out.
Like the move said minccino starts tickling pikachu.
Ash: stay strong pikachu.
Pikachu doesn't budge. And eventually minccino got off pikachu and was exhausted.
Bianca: pikachu use zap cannon
Ash: pikachu can't use that move.
Bianca: hey, just give it a shot
The two argued as pikachu groaned.
Ash: pikachu use thunderbolt
Pikachu fires thunderbolt and it hits minccino. It moved wobbling.
Ash: good job pikachu
Bianca jumps out of hiding and ran to ash.
Bianca: Ash, oh please, tag me, tag me! I want to catch it, let me take over!
She digs through her bag she took way to long as minccino snapped out of it and ran off.
Bianca: I've got it
She pulls out the pokeball and it was completely dirty.
Minccino: cino
Iris: why am I not surprised Bianca's got a dirty pokeball
Gligar laughs as minccino charges past pikachu, causing him to spin. He climbs on bianca to her shoulder. He used his tail to clean the pokeball. He accidentally activated it and is sucked in. This shocked everyone as the pokeball shoked and dinged,
Bianca: she I got it
Ash/Grim: wha!!!
Later they got all their things. They made it to a Pokémon center and got their Pokémon healed up.
Grim: I'm so glad my googles are back.
Bianca challenges ash to a battle. A one on one. Bianca calls her pignite. Ash had to go with pikachu, due to Bianca enthusiasm. The battle beins, pikachu charges at pignite.
Bianca: take down now
Pignite is cover int yellow white energy and attacks pikachu.
Pignite: pignite, pignite pignite pignite pignite pignite.
Pignite hits pikachu sending him flying over.
Bianca: use heat crash
Pignite turn around and jumps in the air and forms a flaming orb around him. It crashes into pikachu into the ground, creating a large explosion and flash.
Cilan: I doubt even pikachu could deal with that.
Grim: oh don't worry, he's fine
Pignite: pignite!
The smoke settles and pikachu was in the ground.
Ash: pikachu get yo
Pikachu: pikachu
Pikachu gets up. .
Bianca: fabulous! Wow, pikachu never gives up. Pignite flame charge
Pignite: pig pig pig pig pig pig.
Pignite stomps the ground enough to create dust around him, then fire spark and pignite charges at pikachu in flames.
Ash:Kay, pikachu, volt tackle, go!
Pikachu charges at pignite, the attack connected creating a large explosion. Both Pokémon bounced back and pignite had fainted.
Cilan: pignite is unable to battle, so the winner is ash
Iris: Bianca may have more badges than ash, but you wouldn't know it after today's battle!
Axew: ew ew!
Grim: yep ash sure is something.
Gligar: gligar!
Bianca: pignite return. You were great. May I say something ash, please? I may have lost the battle but I am just starting out my journey. Which means next time we meet, pignite and minccino will be stronger lots!
Ash: okay
Bianca: so good luck battling at the nacrene gym! Bye!
She runs off.
Bianca: see you later!
She jumps and walks off, waving goodbye.
Iris: she sure can move
Cilan: and at her own place
Ash: I won a battle and my new badge case's nice and clean. Alright, pretty soon I'll have to badges in here.
Grim: well it's time for me to go ash. But don't worry we'll meet at the nacrene gym.
Ash: all right then let's have a battle
Grim: yo bet
Grim walks off as gligar waves to pikachu. He flies and lands on grims shoulder as they wave goodbye. Grim Pokémon not only learn new moves, but they reconnected with ash and his friends. And meeting a new trainer as well. All more happens in nacrene city as the journey continues.
