"Oh my God mum is so going to kill me". Toni said
She has been pacing around in my room for the past thirty minutes now.
"I still can't believe the rice has been burning for an hour and you didn't even smell anything imu ma ni ka o (the nose you s truly wicked), you are lucky you didn't burn the house down". I said wearing a baggy top.
"Thanks a lot, you are really helpful". She said, and I didn't miss the sarcasm in her voice
"Don't worry,I know what to do. We will pour the rice away, and wash the pot mum won't find out it's not like she counted the rice before leaving". I said
"Thanks you're the best sister ever". She said, giggling and coming to hug me
"Wait how many derica". I asked her to be sure
"I think two or something". She said
"Go and scrape that pot fast fast, before mum comes back, I can't believe you burnt a whole two derica of rice".
"Okay". She said before running to the kitchen

"Bloody Samaritan" by Ayra starr was coming from the speaker on my phone, which means someone was calling, I picked it up and saw that an unknown number wanted to do a video call with me. It can't be Gael I already saved his number.
Don't let me pick it up, it can be all this 419.
It rang again and I decided to pick it up, two cute faces came up on the screen.
"Hi beautiful". They said in unison, it was the twins from the party.
"Hi Trina, Tricia". I said smiling at them
"Wow, you still remember our name, it was like ages ago". Tricia said
"It was just two weeks ago". I said
"I know right, ages". I laughed
"I think I saw you in our school". Trina said
"Your school? What's the name of your school". I asked
"Diamond academy". They replied together

I just stared at them with jealousy, they were beautiful, adorable and they also have high self esteem. Their parents will really be proud of them.
"Hellllo". They said trying to get my attention
"Tori i've scraped the pot and poured it away so what should i do next". Toni said, lying next to me on my bed.
"Oh my Gawd, who are these cuties". Toni shattered my ear drums with that her stupid high pitched voice
"Do you really have to shout". I glared at her
"We are not cute, we are beautiful". They said correcting her
"You are basically everything, where did you know them from". Toni said

"She is our school mother". They said cutting me off
"Wow, can i meet them". Toni asked and i faced them before they replied
"Sure, it will be fun to have two beautiful sisters as our friend". Trina said
"So if Tori is our mother then you her our aunt". Tricia and Toni squealed , Trina face palmed herself and i just shook my head".

"Tricia, Trina i will call you later, we gotta go".
"Kk, see you in school tommorow ". They said
"Bye". We said before running down the stairs.
"Ki ni gbogbo ele yi". My mum yelled as soon as we entered the kitchen and I followed her hand to see the burnt rice in an opened trash bag.
Couldn't Toni at least tie the trash bag. I face palmed myself
"Mum hnm.... Ehm....it is the part that burnt that I poured away". Toni stuttered
"Gbogbo ele (all of this), mò mó wi pe fonu ni o n te titi ti o fi mo pe gbogbo iresi yi jono (I Know it was phone you were pressing to the extent that you did not know when the all rice got burnt". My mum said
"Do you Know how much rice is expensive this days, see how you waste all this". My mum continued
Why did it affect her this much, they had enough money to buy as much as they like.
"But mummy, shebi (you can) buy another one na". Toni said
"O si n soro ( you are still talking), oya give me that phone ". My mum said and Toni gave it to her
"You are not allowed to use any phone in this house for one month, and there is no how you can tell your dad about it".
Toni looked at me, which means she has a means of telling dad about it.
"Oya Toriola you too give me your phone, you think I don't have sense abi".
"Mummy, but I didn't do anything na, I was not even at home when she was cooking it". I pouted
"Abeg give me that phone, next time you will talk sense into your younger sister". My mum said before dragging my phone from my hand.
Why do we always have to be punished for what our younger ones do.
My mum left the kitchen and Toni had sense for once by running to her room and locking the door.
"Are we not leaving in the same house, I will still catch you, oniranu omo". I yelled before entering my room.

I was walking down the hall way when someone blocked my way .
"Why did you switch off your phone yesterday I was calling you or did you see it". He asked
"See what". I asked back
"Nothing". He sighed in relief and continued. "Why did d you switch off your phone". He asked again
"My mum seized it, I'm not allowed to use it for a whole month, can you imagine".
"I can imagine". He said and I realized something.
"Why is everyone looking at us like this". I asked him
"I don't know what you mean". He feigned innocence before we walked into the class
Everyone kept staring
"Are you sure there is nothing going on". I asked again
"Yeah". He replied before sitting down
I don't believe him I need to Know what is going on, Belinda is not around today I would have asked her.
