abilities : can open multiple portals at the same time to any part of the universe or timeline , can create new life forms ( but needs excess amount of chakra or take the cakra from the chakra fruit), can change reality for a specific time , can create new planets , also create new powers ( but can have only 10 within himself plus he can only do this when he has completely mastered his powers )

he can go toe to toe with issei's 4 tails and win barely
rinne- byakugan: can rearrange the distorted time lines , maintain balance in the time lines and alternative reality , can rearrange planets and the universe in his own way , has the control over the space and can increase and decrease the amount of the universe ,maintain the balance in the multiverse
