Mommy ... I whispered as I couldn't stop the tears that flowed like a river ,
M..my baby .. she stuttered making me close my eyes and realise how much she missed me , how much she wanted me there with her ,
I missed you baby .. she whispers .. I missed you too mama , I responded after catching my breath,
How have you been , ? Are you eating well, ? Is there anything that you wanted to tell me , ? She asks in one breath,
Giggling and wincing , I replied I am okay mama ,
I am missing you all, How are you , ? Are you doing well, ?
I am okay darling, please don't worry Leonardo is taking care of me really well ,
I am just .. I missed you so much and you are not talking . She says out of breath,
I smiled , I am okay mama , I missed you so much ... Closing my eyes and catching a breath again and waited for her to talk.
They called me the day you reached the camp, they told me that you were safe and I am happy as they assured me that you will be safe , but I can't help but worry about you ..
She cried out and I could imagine a smile through her tears ,
It's okay mama ... Like how they told you I am fine ,
How are trainings going on, ? Are you facing any hard times ?
Hardships are there and without them I won't graduate , I replied .
I just want to hug you my little girl , you have no idea how much I missed you so much darling ...

I wish I could , but Leonardo won't let me , she chuckled and I did the same ,

All of you .. I whispered and cut the call not letting her finish her words.
I know I am hurting her , but I don't want to hurt her more , I don't want to be vulnerable . I want to be strong and stand on my grounds and decisions ,
Bending my head , hot tears streamed down my eyes . I haven't cried like this for so long, .
Trying to muffle my sobs , I cried within hurting myself even more ,
I am not weak. I tell myself , I will be back home one day , for mom but only when I get successful . I have to be successful ,
I can't be a good soldier if I keep on wallowing myself in my own pit,
Tasting the tears on my mouth, I wiped them immideatly refusing to taste another droplet and took some water on the table and drank the whole thing .
Sighing , I stood up and walked out from the bed as I wanted to go to the bathroom wincing,
The curtain opened and in came the general once more and asked , what the hell are you doing, ?
A frown plastered on his face as he looked at me up and down ,
I felt self concious when he did that and I looked down clutching over the small hospital dress that I am wearing,
Whoever changed me into this was actually really blind to dress me up in this.
I am going to the bathroom, I said pointing over the other distant room that has been used by every one ,
Nodding his head , he helped me up while I didn't even ask for any of it,
What makes him help me , ? Why is he here ,? The same quaestions play inside my mind as he took me there ,
I helped myself and washed my face , that's when I took a good look of how my face changed ,
I had a large bruise on my eye , another one on the corner of my mouth and a bandage sticked on my nose ,
I looked like shit, this is embarrassing !
Uhh . Good heavens help me ! I muttured silently and walked out , you see this toilet is for public any patient can use it as it's the only clinic inside the army .
It's not small nor is it big, but nothing is private here .
He helped me back to the room, " you are sweating he says after giving me a towel . "
Sitting down he looked at me , " Have you ever seen me any where ?"
Taken a back by his words , I looked at him with a frown and shaked my head negatively , what is this question supposed to do with me ,?
Yep .. you have forgotten but any way .. what happened three days ago is something thats intolerable , I wouldn't let it pass as it is a very serious offense and I wouldn't let only the sergeants or the liutenant's to take part in it , But i would also take part in the investigation of what happened ;
But that wasn't a big deal and why would you involve your self into this ,?
People fight every day here as a matter of facts ,

We have a reputation to protect and we as the seniors have to dig deeper before we make a decision of taking the recruits through trails and investigation so that everything's and every one run smoothly here ,

Okay I replied and sighed with a relief,

He is a respectable man , a fine sharp jaw line and a very handsome face . He wouldn't ,
And probably a decade older than me and a family depending on him ,
Umm I feel uncomfortable ! And I am grateful for your kindness ,
Who said I showed you kindness,? He asked and I was a little taken a back , ?

I was trying to be respectful towards him,
Katrina .. he tastes my name on his mouth and nod making me shiver for some reasons,
I will see you in a day or two after your recovery , with that he opened the curstains and walked out leaving me alone .
