The house was filled with people, mostly adults who were drinking and talking.
"I will be right back, let me go and get us a drink". Tomi said
"And I will just go and use the toilet, so just wait here for me". Toni said
"Okay" I replied
"Hi" someone tapped me from the back. Would this day get any worse
"What can I do for you". I replied, wait I recognize this face
"It's you from the store, the liar".
"Yes, and I don't appreciate the fact that you are calling me liar".
"But you are, wait what are you doing here, are you stalking me". I yelled
"I should be asking you that".
"What do you mean".
"It's kinda funny to be called a stalker in your own abode".
"Wait, Mr Adebayo is your dad". I said feeling embarrassed, I just lashed out on my dad's fifty fifty partner's son.
"Yeah,so who invited you". He said, trying to hold back his laughter.
"Well....I...". I wanted to reply but my dad cut me off
"Everyone gather around... gather around". My dad said
"Well that's my dad". I said pointing to my dad who was at the front as he kept on boring people with his speech.
"So you are his daughter how come we have never met before". He asked, surprised.
"We just met this morning". I stated
"You know what I mean now". He said
"I've been looking for you everywhere only to find you with another cute guy". Tomi said while coming to where I was
"Ewa". The liar shouted with amusement .
"Long time no see". He said
"Gab, how have you been doing". She asked, as they hugged each other.
"Do you two know each other". I asked cause they were totally ignoring me as they were chatting.
"Yeah, he is Mr Adebayo's son".

"He is the guy from this morning". I whispered to her
"You are the cute guy from this morning, I didn't realize it was you, Gab".
Can she stop calling him CUTE
Well, he is kinda cute. My subconscious decided it was the right time to show up

"Yeah". He replied
"Where is Toni". She asked
"She went to use the restroom,but she hasn't come back for a long time now".
"Ok, you guys should continue your chit chat, I will be back soon".
I gave her the "Please don't leave me here with him" look.. She just smiled and left us
I'm so going to kill that girl
"So..... I never got your name".
"Psycho". I called him silently
"Psycho..... that's a nice name for a young lady like you. He said with a smirk
"No....I'm not psy........I ....was ....ah
...never mind".
"Well mine is Gabriel but you can call me Gab".
"Nice to meet you, but I will still keep the name Liar with me". I said with a fake smile
"Ok, can you give me your number". He asked
"No...you can't". I said rudely which I didn't want to
"Don't worry, I will just get it from Ewa anyway ". He said and walked away
That was weird, right
I walked to the back to look for a seat, my legs were hurting me.
"Oh my Gosh, look at those lips". A tiny voice said
They were two and they looked so cute, they were both wearing a chiffon short gown, the first one pink and the second one white with black flat shoes and a small black purse, with the look of things , they are twins.
"It looks so soft, I love it". The other one with white gown said
"Th....th..anks". I said to lessen the tension
"Can we touch it". The one with pink said

"Are you okay, even if it's allowed to touch a beautiful girls lips is it na and ugly girl like you". The one wearing white said
"We kuku look alike, so we are both ugly". The latter said which made me chuckle
"No I'm the beautiful one and you are the ugly twin". And the bickering continued between the both of them and I bursted into laughter, they were two funny and adorable.
"It's okay, you are both beautiful, I mean very beautiful". I said
"Thanks Jare". They said in unison, like they planned it
"Why are you thanking me". I asked, confused. They looked at each other before replying in unison again
"Well people always say we are cute, but we are not babies, so we prefer being called beautiful". Woah, did they just say all that together, I think they planned it.
"Ooo... ooooo....kaaay". I replied
"What's your name". The one with pink asked
"I'm Toriola but you can call me Tori".
"Well I'm Tricia and this is Trina". She said pointing to the one wearing white.
"Okay, nice too meet you". I said
"It was nice...no great to meet you". The one wearing pink said, I think she talks a lot
"Can we have your number". The one wearing white said
What do they need my number for
"Okay". I replied and typed my digit on their phones.
"Thanks, beautiful girls like you are mostly proud but I guess you are different from them, the saying goes don't judge a book by its cover". The one with pink said
I think this girls are going crai.....crai
because I don't remember the last time Toriola Badmus and beautiful were used in the same chapter.
I nodded because I know it is not true.
"Okay we have to go now, please pick your call anytime we call you". The one wearing pink said
"No problem, as long as you call me when I'm less busy". I replied and they chuckled, then waved me good bye. They are just too adorable

I was called beautiful twice today, did i use a different cream today
What do they know they are just like eight, what if they just said that so you won't feel bad about yourself. My subconscious reminded me
And I think it is right .
