Those two are so dense! They're so madly in love but noooooooo, Nico has no balls to ask her out. Kinda like Percabeth when they were 14. (Nico, if you read this, I swear I don't mean it, its just an expression. So... don't.. don't raise the dead.)

Be straight forward. Go up to Nico/Reyna and ask if they're into each other. And then 'accidentally' tell the Reyna/Nico that s/he is madly in love with him/her. BAM, Nico gets woman enough and asks her out.

*Percy walks up to Nico*

So I know someone who works at the photo print shop. Whatever it's called.
And they were glad to help out with this plan.
I've asked Aphrodite for some of her pictures of Reyna and Nico, and she gave them to me. After I told her what I was planning anyway.

Not important. So we'll print those pictures out and put them EVERYWHERE.
But we act like we can't see them, and they'll realize how madly in love they are, that they can see each other's faces everywhere.
