When you shift, we call your cr self a "clone". Yeah it sounds scary but its really not ! The clone is you, you just wont be completely consciencely aware of your cr. Before you ask 'but than it won't act like you if you cant control it' let me tell you, it does. Your clone will act exactly like you. (Just script 'my cr clone will act like me' if your still a little hesitant. You can even leave small notes and such for your clone to read. If you want, also script you remember what your clone does/remember memoriesand such made while you were shifting). You can script your clone works out for you, or does your chores, etc. If you shift before bed and into the night, your clone will just sleep. Im talking about when you shift during the day. If youve never shifted during the day before I recommend doing it on a day you dont have school/work/anything important. Its not dangerous its just so you get a better understanding on how it works.
