Days have passed and the tension and anger of the well known manager has not subsided. The others are worrying for not just for them but for the boy's wellbeing.
He needs to release it in some way, right?
So, the coaches made the day dedicated to help to break the tension and rebuild the bridges between the teens.
"Listen up everyone!"
Everyone gathered as they ponder at the sudden announcement, has the training camp cut short? or extended?
The boys whispered as they brainstorm and, well, bet on who gets to guess the coach's announcement.
"Is everyone here? Except for m/n?"
Everyone looked around to see if the mentioned boy was present. They nodded as they confirmed that he wasn't present.
The coach nodded and started filling them in.
"Today, we'll be using this day to help the tension between m/n and the boys who made him mad-"
The seijoh third years stiffened as they were eyed coldly by their peers.
While, the inarizaki players only bowed their head in shame.
"Please don't, it's fine, we can fix it when we get back."
Kita interjected, moving to the front as he apologized in a formal manner.
"Nonsense! My boys is one of the culprits so it's only fair if we help as well."
The coach from aoba johsai joined in, you can sense that he was rather passionate with rebuilding the ruined friendship.
"Seriously, it's fine sir-"
"No more! we will help and that is final!"
Coach nekomata joined in, everyone was curious as for the nekoma's coach goals.
"I wonder why coach nekomata agreed"
Whispered by yaku to kai, who only nodded and pondered as to why as well. I mean they have no connection to what happened, so why bother?
Perhaps, the male has an ulterior motive? if so, what could it be?
Kita only sighed, he will never win this argument with the elderly.
"I couldn't help but wonder why do we have to do this? i mean we have no involvement to what these assholes did."
Sakusa asked, everyone's mouth was agape at his sudden interferance.
"What did you say...?"
Oikawa was held down by iwaizumi, as he tried to pounce on the ace, while sakusa on the other hand only gave him a look of disgust and a few sprays of alcohol.
"M/n has been really helpful the past few days, did you all know that he owned this place? Technically it was from his grandfather's but after his sudden departure, they best decided to give it him-"
Everyone seemed to be surprised from the fact that m/n owns the vicinity that they're standing right now.
Even his own teammates didn't know that.
"Now, you might be wondering, "just that, we should help him with his petty fight with his peers?" No. It's because he was the one who proposed the idea of the training camp. Originally, we had this year's training camp removed due to some circumstances but with the help of m/n and his family, he made sure you boys have something to look forward to."
Everyone's stilled as they continue to listen to the old man's explanation.
"Also, that boy is very stubborn. It's hard to decipher his emotions due to him never relying to anyone to do anything for him. Atleast at this, i want to be of help to him."
Everyone felt the sincerity in the coach's voice. Safe to say they were touched and shocked from all the things the manager has done for them. They judged him too early.
"Alright, let's fix this mess! M/n deserves all the best things in the world, and helping him with his problems is one step to our goal to make him happy!"
Kuroo shouted, shocking almost everyone from his initiative. Nekomata smiled, he couldn't help but feel proud that he has a team like nekoma.
"Kue-kun, he's just like you."
Nekomata mumbled, as he pictured m/n and his grandfather, kue (l/n) side by side.
Nekomata reminisced the days where he and kue would always banter at who's more irresponsible, but nekomata already knew that his precious friend was the most responsible person he ever known. He always see him helping people, doing community service even if it's not needed, heck he even volunteered to be their school's assistant back in the day. Although, the only difference between kue and his grandson was; kue is more bubbly and rarely gets upset, they always joked that his grandson got it from his father.

"What is it, kue?"
"I want you to guide my grandson when i die, aight?"
"Nonsense! you'll still be alive when he attends highschool!"
"Yasufume, I'm serious."
Silence.
"I'm sorry, but we both know my days are counted. You're my best friend and i want you to know i trust you with everything i'm leaving behind."
"Stop that, asshat! you're not going to die yet! you still have to see a bunch of games of my players in the nationals!"
"Whatever you say, yasufume, whatever you say."

"Why are you crying, nekomata-san?"
Nekomata was brought back to reality by kuroo's questioning, he wiped a tear that escaped his eye.
"I'm fine, i just remembered some things"
Kuroo didn't seem satisfied with the answer but stopped himself from prying further, after all, it was his coach, his personal life isn't something he needs to know.
"Alright then, we thought maybe you could pair m/n as seijoh's manager for atleast one or three days?"
Nekomata nodded, but he still wasn't convinced if that would work.
"During that time, oikawa and the others will show the sincerity of their apologies through various ways."
Nekomata seemed satisfied with the idea but, still there's one remaining question. Is oikawa willing to apologize?
"How bout the setter? has he agreed to it?"
Kuroo looked away and slowly replied.
"We still haven't checked in with him yet"
Nekomata nodded and told kuroo to bring iwaizumi with him.
He did what he was told and there was iwaizumi, standing like a royal knight awaiting for his king's orders.
"Iwaizumi, right?"
"y-yes..coach...?"
"Neko, Nekomata."
Iwaizumi nodded as he cautiously eyed the older.
"Say, can you persuade your setter into apologizing with full sincerity to m/n?"
Iwaizumi paused for a moment as he thought of how he should answer him. Nekomata's eyes squinted, seemingly observing the boy's movement.
"Be honest, our ties and sake of future training camps lies with this plan."
That seemed to snap the male to reality.
"Y-yes, sir.."
"Good to know, i don't want this event to end in a bitter note. So please, do fix this mess you kids made."
Nekomata's stern voice shook iwaizumi's core. Nekomata isn't playing.
"Y-yes, sorry..."
"Go along now and i'm expecting good results."
"yes."
Iwaizumi ran back to his team and relayed the message to them, oikawa on the other hand, was now regretting his choice of words.
While poor m/n was wondering as to why everyone was nowhere to be seen.
