Tapping your foot to the ground you looked around the mall in any sign of the electric guy but he's nowhere to be seen. It's already been thirty minutes past the time they had planned and yet.
Did he got lost? Is he stuck on traffic? Or did he just forgot about it? You're now regretting that you did not wait for him and go here together. He insisted that you should go ahead and buy the things you also need before helping him since he's still gonna take a shower and he would take forever like he said so you did.
Looking at the time again you called him, he wasn't picking up but it was ringing. It's either he left it, got it lost or he's simply ignoring you.
"This is what I get? I could have been eating some chicken wings and watching an anime by now." You groaned still hoping that Denki will show up.
"Look! Is that (L/N)-san?" Someone behind you asked making you look. Uraraka's face greeted you which made you flinch a little.
Her mouth gaped open. "It really is you! What a surprise!"
"Uraraka-san! You must not invade someone's personal space!" A chopping Iida yelled from behind, scolding his friend. The boy behind him almost ran when he saw you, he eyed you from head to toe as he take in your look. You looked cute wearing an oversized T-shirt pared up with a skirt he almost stopped breathing at the sight.
"It's nice to see you guys here." You smiled at then, the other two returned the smile while Izuku returned it also but it was an awkward one yet you didn't notice it since Uraraka and Iida circled around you.
"Are you buying something here also (L/N)-san? We are here to buy some things needed for our project. Would you like us to accompany you?" Iida asked while pushing his glasses up. He's wearing a normal polo shirt and black pants, he looks formal.
You shook your head. "Oh, I'm actually waiting for Denki but it seems like he won't be showing up." You answered and showed them your phone and the multiple times you called Denki and yet he wasn't answering.
"This is truly a disgrace, Kaminari-kun!" Iida gasped when he saw it.
Uraraka on the other hand has something different in mind, she leaned forward to the (h/c) haired girl before giving her a grin. "You're in a date with Kaminari-kun?" She teased you-more likely Izuku who is now silently eyeing the three of you.
Your eyes widened because of what she said and you shook your head repeatedly. "N-No! He actually asked me to help him buy some things but he hasn't showed up yet!" You defended your self as a blush made way to your cheeks because of the accusation. The three of them noticed it.
Uraraka nodded. "I see." She said meaningfully.
"I shall try and call Kaminari-kun, maybe he'll answer!" Iida suggested and took his phone out. On the other hand Uraraka presented she'll call on our other classmates who are now in the dorm to ask them about Denki.
"Thank you." The both smiled at you.
"This is nothing! We'll go outside to call them. Deku-kun, accompany (L/N)-san while we're gone okay?" Uraraka told the silent boy. He was about to protest when they immediately ran away. Iida who seemed to be using his quirk because of how fast he was walking along with Uraraka.
You decided to take a sit on one of the benches on the mall. Izuku who is now quiet just stand beside you but still maintaining his distance. You decided to give Denki a call again.
You groaned in despair, you should have known. Denki most probably forgot about today or something. Maybe pulling on some pervert things with Mineta or tagging along with Bakugo and Kirishima.
You looked at Izuku who seemed off today. He stood there awkward-well it's not like he isn't awkward when he's with you. He just seemed extra silent.
Well, he's still thinking of your relationship with Monoma. He can't just ask you about that and neither Uraraka or Iida knows what's going on too.
"Hello Midoriya-san, are you guys on a bonding? I'm sorry that I had to ruin your day." You apologized and slightly bowed your head.
"Not really, it's okay." He shortly answered before looking away again which made you think.
Is he possibly done with me sticking with his stuff? I mean it was Iida who asked for my help and not him. You overthink.
You decided to keep silent and pulling out your phone again, instead of calling or messaging Denki again you messaged someone else who is probably on his phone right now.

Letting out a sigh because of Monoma who didn't help at all. You started to think of ways how to talk to Izuku.
"Uhm, (L/N)." He called you. Immediately turning to look at him with bright face which made him back off a bit. You are genuinely surprised and happy at the same time since it's his first time initiating the talk.
"Yes?!" You answered back or more like shouted back. "Oh, sorry. What is it?" You apologized not wanting to scare the green bean.
"It seems like Uraraka and Iida left since they had some stuffs to do. They want to say sorry for not helping." Izuku said before showing you his phone and Uraraka's message saying an emergency came up so she needs to go, Iida who came along with to accompany her.
"Oh-that's okay, I hope everything is fine." You smiled. It is really no big deal but now you're thinking of you should go back to the dorms or stay in the mall.
You looked over at Izuku who is now typing on his phone, probably telling his friends to take care. "Are you not gonna go now? Do you perhaps have anything to do?" You asked him.
Turning to look at you he shook his head. "Not really, I came here since Uraraka and Iida invited me. I also don't want to leave you here." He answered without thinking. Soon as he realized that the last sentenced seemed so obvious he covered his mouth to prevent himself from biting his lower lip.
You didn't noticed that. "Really? Do you mind spending the day with me?" Maybe destiny gave you a favor, maybe this is the time where you and Izuku can be friends.
Nodding his head in response you let out a chuckle before running towards to a store which you didn't mind checking and a shy Izuku following behind you
"Are we really entering this shop?" Izuku asked as he followed behind you.
"You said you'll stick with me, so the answer is yes." You answered as you entered the shop.
"I'm pretty sure this isn't your kind of thing." Izuku said in a low voice not wanting to offend you. He eyed you when you stood frozen in front of the shop's entrance.
"W-What?" You blushed when you see the things displayed on the store. Izuku who is also blushing stayed right behind you but still enough to not place a foot on the store.
He was right, it's not your thing. The staffs looked at you with meaningful eyes which made you blush more.
Without thinking you ran away because of shyness and Izuku couldn't help but smile as he followed right behind you.

"This is so delicious!" You commented as you took a bite on your chicken wing. You'll never get tired eating this every weekend.
Izuku who also seemed to like the food eyed you. It's pretty obvious that he's shy, covering his mouth every time he would take a bite or even a sip on his drink.
You felt bad of course. Today it was supposed to be him and his friends and you couldn't help but think that it's all your fault, maybe you brought the bad luck.
"Thank you for these, Midoriya-san. You really didn't have to." You smiled at him, he insisted on paying for the food.
"It's really nothing, this is my payment for the ice cream last time." He nodded, looking at you for a brief second before looking down on his food again.
You decided that it might be a great chance to ask him now. Ever since, you've been bugging to ask him this question.
"Do you perhaps hate me, Midoriya-san?" You asked him as soft and friendly as possible. You're scared about hearing his answer because after all, no one hates you, you're the person that everyone wants to be friends with and this kind of situation is something you fear.
Izuku looker at you with wide eyed because of your question. Beads of sweat formed in his forehead as he think of an answer.
You eyed him. He might deny it.
"Oh, I-I-" He panicked.
"I just noticed that you seem pretty tense around me? I'm sorry if ever I did something that made you uncomfortable." You added.
He shook his head before looking down on his lap. "It's not like that. I-It's just, I don't know what to say when I'm with you." He answered, half truth and half false.
Of course he is tense, he likes you for goodness' sake. But he can't just tell you that.
"Oh." That's the only thing you could say.
"I'm sorry if you got the impression that I hate you, I really don't." Because he likes you.
You kept silent for a while and just looked at him which made him nervous. You then suddenly let out a chuckle. "That's great! I was scared thinking you hate my guts or something." You heaved.
After finishing your food both of you decided to visit some shops and look around for something you would like.
Both of you are struggling to move since it's pretty crowded, it's a Sunday after all.
You freaked out when you almost lost sight of Izuku. Grabbing his hand, you pulled him closer to you which shocked him.
"(L-L/-N)?!" He gasped as he felt the warm of your hand on his.
You looked away and pouted. "I don't want you to get lost."
"But-"
Not wanting to hear his response you dragged him to another store. If someone would pay attention to both of you they would think that you are something spicy.
Your face turned red because of embarrassment just because you held his hand in fear of losing sight of him.
Izuku who is now having an internal crisis again. I'm not ready for hand holding! He freaked out in his mind. He can't really feel if his hand is sweating or not.

It's a long day indeed but it was worth it. As soon as you both arrived at the dorms you thanked him before literally running to the stairs and ignoring the scolding of the boy with glasses telling you not to run.
Making your way towards Denki's door you knocked aggressively. The yellow haired boy who's playing a game on his phone opened the door, when he saw it was you he dropped his phone to the floor, eyes widening.
"H-hello (Y/N)! What brings you here?" He nervously asked seeing your glare.
"Don't act innocent. How dare you stood me up!" You whined, well you aren't angry since because of him not showing up you got a chance to know about Izuku more.
He bit on his lower lip. "Let me explain!" He blurted out. You stood there and raised a brow urging him to talk. "Okay, when I was about to approach you on our meeting place someone suddenly pulled me and covered my mouth-"
"You think I'll believe that? I may read tons of fan fictions but I'll not believe this." You sighed cutting him off.
"Just listen! So someone pulled me and covered my mouth, before I could protest he blackmailed me and told me not to meet up with you." He added as he slowly picked up his phone that was on the ground.
Your brows furrowed, thinking if you should believe him or not. But he looks like he's telling the truth. "Who would do that?" You asked.
Why would someone go to the extent on blackmailing him just so he won't meet up with you? And how did that person even know that he's meeting with you today?
"I'm actually quite shock because of that person's identity." He said.
"Who?"
"You would be shock also when you found out who it is!" He said not actually saying who it is.
Losing your patience you gave him an intimidating look. "Who is it Denki?"
"You know that perso-"
"I'll use my quirk on you!" You threatened. Making him gasp and sweat buckets.
"Okay calm down! I've had enough of Bakugo's anger issues! It was Monoma who blackmailed me earlier." He answered before slamming the door right on your face.
Why would Monoma blackmail Denki?
