baji greeted me as he walked into the hospital ward.
i gave him a megawatt smile , hoping to brighten up his day.
within a second , his slouched shoulders perked up , and his eyes widened.
he walked towards my bed , careful not to wake up the other patients.
i was going to be discharged from the hospital today.
around 2 or 3 pm.
i was looking forward to today.
baji wrapped his arms around my neck , pressing his cheek into my collarbone.
"it's alright baji, i'll be discharged today. you can accompany me home if you'd like"
he looked like a 5 year old.
his eyes glossed and his cheeks puffed up.
he bowed down , as if thanking me for saving his life.
he jerked up suddenly and looked at his wrist , as if there was an imaginary watch.
"it's 6 : 45 am fuyu , i have to go. mitsuya is tutoring me on my spelling!"
baji shouted with a serious grin.
i'm glad mitsuya is helping him out.
i gave a light nod of approval before sinking back into the hospital bed.
i fished out for my phone from my pocket and plugged my airpods into my ears.
i fidgeted with some apps before deciding on a song.

i took a second to absorb these lyrics.
i tried recalling all the times i've let tears slip in front of keisuke.
he never noticed.
even if he did , he didn't try to comfort me.
it's not his job after all.

he remembered all the time he told the truth to baji , without even knowing.

baji looked super enthusiastic about accompanying me home.
he helped my carry my bags and meds.
he gave me a wide smile before walking out of the ward.
the hospital's automatic door slid open , and we were greeted with a gush of fresh air as soon as we stepped outside.
baji looked nervous , maybe even scared.
i can't remember the last time i saw him like this.
his mouth slowly opened , as words tried to come out but to no avail.
"fuyu , i..hm..uhh..um"
he's cute when he stutters.
baji isn't one who is good with words , but he tries his best.
"chifuyu , i was wondering...if you'd like to come back to my place for today. i know your parents are out for the next month..."

how could i say no.
my body moved without consciousness , giving a big nod to baji.
i swear i saw him get all flustered.
he moved his head away from mine , as if he was avoiding me.

i looked up happily and immediately ran to baji's side.
as if today couldn't get any better , baji bought my favourite food today.
i still don't know what we are , but that doesn't matter.
i can leave those troubles for tomorrow.
baji sat on the couch , the bowl in one hand , and the other on my thigh.
he pulled me into his lap , and adjusted my head so that it was leaning on his chest.
fuck , he's so cool.
"open wide , fuyu"
he picked up some of the soba with the chopsticks and fed me.
my face flushed once more.
i followed his requests and slurped up the noodles.
to add some spice to the already confusing position we were in , i sucked on the chopsticks a little.
i threw my head back a little , only to face a flustered and embarrassed baji keisuke.
it seems like my plan worked.
for the rest of the night , we cuddled a little and watched some shows.
my favourite had to be horimiya.

i was blushing throughout the show , wishing i was hori.
baji can be my miyamura.
they both have black hair , and are hot.
i tapped baji's thigh slowly , and looked at him , as if i had a question.
he sat up , still cuddling me in his lap.
i took in a sharp breath before asking baji something.
"baji...hey...keisuke..."
"yeah fuyu , what's wrong?"
"what are we?"
