"If this is another group of people who feel like breaking into my home I'll have a fit."
Reina mumbled under her breath whilst moving towards the front door and slowly pulling it open.
"You only took about five years to open that door girlie."
Krystal's voice scolded out as she gently pushed past Reina into the warmth of her home.
"I came to see how you were and I know you won't be coming into school today so I was wonder-"
Reina gently smiled at Krystal and cut her off.
"No, I am coming in. I'm feeling pretty good and It might have looked bad but it actually wasn't.....my injuries looked worse than they were, I'm practically already healed now, honest."
Reina added on at Krystal's look of uncertainty.
"Oh. Well then in that case I'm glad you're feeling better and I guess you can now give me a ride to school since you're going."
Krystal looked hopefully at Reina.
"I'll definitely give you a ride.....On my motorbike!"
Reina stuttered out as Krystal waggled her eyebrows suggestively at her comment.
Reina shook her head and grabbed her phone texting her mom to let her know she was going into school so she didn't worry if she came home to an empty house.
"Okay you ready to go?"
"Actually Reina, I was thinking. Do you wanna go grab a coffee or something first? It's not like they're gonna expect you to turn up anyway so we could totally ditch our first two periods."
Krystal batted her eyelashes and gave her puppy dog eyes.
"For sure, just tell me the directions."
Reina replied while they both climbed onto the motorbike.
"So uhm, where do I put my hands? It's been forever since I'v rode a bike and I never ridden with someone before."
Krystal asked shyly, going red in the face.
"Here."
Reina moved Krystals hands onto her waist and with the movement, Krystal was pushed up against Reina's back.
"Oh. Damn."
"You good krystal?"
"Uh what? Yeah. Just drive."

"Let's get a table in the corner, less people around there."
Krystal said as she led Reina to a seat and pushed her chair in for her after she sat down.
"Oh wow, I'm getting the royal treatment today arent I?"
Reina giggled out loud.
"Well you're healing and I'm feeling particularly nice today but don't get too used to it."
Krystal grumbled out with a hint of a smile on her face as she scanned the menu.
Moments later a waitress came over and took Krystal's order.
"And what about you miss."
The waitress turned her face to Reina.
"I'll have the same as her."
Reina replied.
"Okay, I'll be back shortly with your drinks."
"By the way, In case you're wondering, Bella has been suspended, the principle spoke to the people who had been there and besides Bella and Jessica, everyone said she started the fight and jumped you so you're all good. Asides from being the talk of the school of course."
"Yay I'm so excited"
Reina cheered out, sarcasm dripping heavily from her words as she resisted an eye roll.
"Your drinks."
The waitress spoke out as she placed their drinks on the modern marble tables.
"So Reina, I know we only met yesterday but I really do see a friend in you and I hardly ever see a friend in anyone so I just wanna say it now, if you don't wanna be friends, now is the time to say."
Krystal looked anywhere but at Reina.
"It's only been a day and yet you're already my best friend, I don't know what made you think I didn't wanna be friends but I do. I really do."
Reina held held Krystal's hand over the table offering comfort to Krystal.
"I'v never had many friends before, Jessica always somehow steered them all away and-
"She won't steer me."
Reina promised as she moved to pull her into a hug.

"Excuse me, we're ready to pay."
Reina called to the passing waitress.
Turning to look at them the waitress began to talk.
"Oh no miss, the gentlemen over there already paid."
She nodded her head in the direction of a smirking Demetri and Felix who sat at a table not too far from them.
"Oh that was nice of them, do you know them Reina?"
Krystal inquired as she threw on her jacket and bag.
"Yeah. I'll be back in a minute."
Reina muttered as she walked over to them.
"What are you doing!?"
"Looking after you little princess."
Felix rumbled out.
"By paying for my stuff and following me?"
"It's our job princess."
He continued.
"One, It's Reina and two, what sort of job entails following someone?!"
"The kings ordered your safety until you come back home so here we are."
Demetri took over.
"What kings? And what home? You make no sense and-
"Reina we have to go if we wanna make it back for third period."
Krystal's voice reminded her from where she stood at the table.
"We'll speak later."
Reina voiced with finality in her words.
"As you wish."

As soon as Reina parked her bike in the Forks High car park the bell rang out, causing both girls to rush towards the building.
"Well I know we don't have the same class now but I'll wait for you outside your class after the lunch bell."
"Okay, well I have biology."
"Perfect, I'll meet you there later, cya soon."
Reina rushed to biology class after waving to Krystal not wanting to be late but was stopped as her eyes locked onto Edward who was hanging outside the class with a frown upon his flawless face until he snapped his head to the side, meeting Reina's eyes.
"Reina, I was worried when you decided to come in today, you shouldn't be here, you should be resting."
Edward pulled her into a comforting embrace.
"That's really sweet but I'm all better now and I'd be bored just staying at home."
Reina replied not processing that Edward somehow already knew she was coming in, too engrossed in the embrace she was held in.
"Okay but try to take it easy."
He gently told her as he held her hand and lead her to sit with him at the back of the class.
"Okay class quiet down, we have a project to do to see where we all are knowledge wise. So you'll be partnered up with your desk mate and together you'll write an essay on and create a diagram of any disease or condition that affects the human body. You will have a maximum of a week but you may hand it in anytime beforehand. Take this time to pick a topic and plan ahead."
Mr Cavill grunted out to the class.
"So I guess we're partners then?"
Reina smiled shyly at him.
"How fortunate for me. You can come over to my house tonight if you'd like to work on it?"
Edward offered.
"Sure but what are we gonna do?"
Reina asked him, absentmindedly rubbing the back of Edwards hand that was connected to hers still.
"Hmm, What about endometriosis? My grandma had it so I could ask my mum about it?"
Reina shyly offered her idea to him.
"That's perfect, we could ask my father as well, he's very well researched."
After almost two hours of planning and random but somehow meaningful conversations the bell rang out and pulled both Reina and Edward from their conversation.
"Well I should go I have to meet Krystal". Reina said as she took her hand back from Edward, embarrassed that she'd held his hand for so long after knowing him for so little time.
"Of course little love, I'll wait for you in the parking lot after and you can follow me to my house, I'm really glad you're okay."
Edward gently spoke caressing her face before smiling and leaving her in the classroom.
As Reina exited the class her thoughts were on the pet name Edward had let slip a couple seconds ago, wondering wether it was a friendly gesture or perhaps something more than that.
She was pushed from her head as her body bumped into Krystal who stood at the side of her classroom adorning a smirk on her face and waggling her brows.
"Soooo you didn't tell me you had a boyfriend."
"what? I-I don't."
"Sure and I'm a man."
"Yeah what's your new name? Chris?"
Krystal gently smacked Reina with her bag as she gasped at her last comment.
"Well forgive me for assuming, I was watching you two and it's pretty damn obvious that you two like each other. Which is weird cause you've spent less than half a day at school in his company since you've been here. But whatever floats your boat."
Blushing furiously Reina pulled Krystal along to the cafeteria buying food before heading to the table they sat at yesterday.
"Shush Krystal. I don't know what you're talking about."
"Yeah? Cause some people said they saw you snuggling up to Edward in the parking lot yesterday before your little fight."
Reina let out a huff of air.
"Who told you that? I thought you said you didn't-
"You know I find it unfair that Bella gets suspended but you're still here."
A sickly voice called out loudly to them, interrupting their conversation.
Both Krystal and Reina groaned before turning to the source of the voice.
"Don't you have anything better to do than bother us."
Krystal hissed out, glaring at Jessica.
"I just came to say that you're going to pay for-
"Is everything okay Reina?"
A honey mellowed voice asked before Rosalie came strolling over taking a defensive stance by Reina's side.
"Uh yeah. she was just leaving."
Reina replied her eyes not straying from the blonde goddess who had entered her Vision.
"Uh no I wasn't, I was saying that you're going to pay for-
"Back Off you filth, you're bothering Reina and you bother her, you bother me, understand? Rosalie fumed out.
At Jessica's nod she continued.
"Good. Now scram. And If you ever come near Reina again, I'll become your worst nightmare. Now GO!"
Rosalie barked out, watching with amusement as Jessica near sprinted from her.
Turning to address Reina she laid her hand gently on her shoulder.
"Come with me. Sit with my family and I for lunch. Your friend can come too I suppose."
Rosalie told her as she already began guiding Reina to their table.
The trio took seats at the Cullen table, Reina instinctively keeping her head down as she could feel the adoring stares of the Cullen teens on her.
Jasper who was sat the closest to Reina soon pushed a lunch bag towards her after letting her settle, the bag seemingly filled with healthy but lovely homemade food.
"I already have foo-
"Canteen food isn't the best, now be a good girl for me and eat your lunch."
Jasper whispered to her lovingly caused Reina to blush furiously once more.
