I was now in my room.
I left Peter on a cliffhanger.
Did I?.
Eh I don't really care.
Then again I don't want him to think we're on speaking terms either.
I flopped down on my bed next to Prince.
Prince could sense my distress so he laid next to me.
I felt myself drift off to sleep but someone barged in my room.
I shot myself up without thinking and had my hand drawing power next to me.
"Nice reflexes." Wanda complemented.
The energy went away leaving me in a shaky state.
"If people keep doing that, someones going to end up hurt." No joke. I'm fed up.
"By force or accident?" She asks while smiling.
I roll my eyes.
"I'll leave that up for you to decide."
I go back to my bed and sit down.
" So what's up?" I ask once I was more calm.
Her eyes lit up. Like she forgot then suddenly remembered.
"Tony has something for you."
I look at her questiongly.
Getting up I walk with her while she's leading me to the lab, per say.
I was the only one who walked in. Wanda left me to be with Tony and Bruce.
Both of them were slightly distracted, so I leaned my side against the wall.
"Ahem" I cough.
They looked in my direction and they shared a look.
"Kid, you're here." Tony escalims walking over to a desk, taking what looked to be a very thick briefcase.
"I've been here." I yawn
"Stop yawning and come over here" he says motioning to the briefcase that was on the table.
Not arguing I did what he said.
"What's this?" I point at it.
"This-" He opens the briefcase. "Is your new suit."
I cover my mouth with my hand.
Judging by my reaction Tony smiled proudly, along with Bruce.
I wanted to feel the fabric or whatever incredible material it was, but I just couldn't.
It felt like if I did it would disappear or break.
Of course it wouldn't, but it was so cool.
Like art, You never touch the painting, you only observe.
It was nothing like my old suit.
My old one was fabric, a jacket that covered my appearance. All black.
This one had hints of magenta and blue in it. It was black if that, mostly a very dark navy blue but in the right lighting it illuminates these beautiful colors.
Like my old one it also has a mask.
Nothing at all compared to the bandana I had.
" This is-Amazing. No words can describe it" I awe at it.
Tony now was very pleased with it.
" I know you went out today, and well now you don't have to risk getting seen. At least not your identity."
I remember that Nat told him.
"This is crazy insane." I whisper. My hand was still over my mouth so it just came out as a mumble.
"Have this at all times. Just in case anything happens you'll have that." he points to the suit.
I nod.
He hands me it but I hesitate.
"Are you sure?" I ask him.
Do I even deserve this.
"You've proved yourself."
I smiled and took the briefcase.
I didn't know how else to thank him so I did what neither of us expected.
I hugged him.
After a moment he returns the gesture.
I turn to Bruce.
"Thank you."
He smiles and nods.
Well that just happened... I have a freaking suit.
Oh it's on New York.
