"Off to the Blue Sea!! Finale Woven by Feelings!"
The people of Skypiea rest under the moon and stars, the party died down after what felt like hours. Luffy believing he was the only one still awake snuck up to the top of an altar, he was a bit surprised to see Mae was still awake on her knees, gently holding Sanji's hand as he was sleeping beside her. "That party was really something huh Luffy?" Luffy quickly put his finger over his mouth as a gesture to be quiet. He'd use his other hand to tap Nami awake. "Come on! Let's snatch the gold and run!" Nami and Mae look in surprise. Nami was ecstatic about this. "Be quiet you loud mouth!" Luffy shushed, Nami hit Luffy on the head. "You're the loud mouth!" They both began yelling causing Usopp to wake up and slam his hand into Chopper's stomach by accident. The commotion was causing some people to wake up, one of them commented "Those Blue Sea people sure love to party..even after 4 days of it."
Finally the rest of the crew were awake and now begin their plan to steal the gold! "So that's the plan." Luffy smiled, Usopp was pretty impressed "Let's go through with this plan I'd say, it's not every day we can visit these Sky Islands." Usopp smirked at Chopper with a confident look, Chopper was admired by his confidence. 'He's so cool!' Mae was a bit nervous about this plan, but Sanji patted her head. "Nothing to be nervous about Mae, if you're ever feeling like you're in danger again just shout my name and I'll be your knight in shining armor!" Mae began to laugh from Sanji. "I can protect myself you dummy." Meanwhile, the people of the Sky have found.. "Chief! We have found the Golden Bell!" The tribe went toward the western shore to go see what they have discovered. Robin out of her curiosity decided to follow. The people kept pulling and pulling, the bell was very heavy, but they refuse to give it up.
Back with the Straw Hats, Usopp was showing off some stuff from the Blue Sea and trading for many dials, Zoro was practicing his sword techniques "Zoro look at all these dials!" Zoro finished training and sheathed his sword. The rest of the crew went inside Nola and found lots of gold inside! Mae felt a bit reluctant about getting this gold. "S-So this is what your pirate crew is like huh!"
"Hell yeah! It's all ours! We're rich!"
The Golden Bell..it still shines. The people of the Sky were amazed. "Hey look! A poneglyph!" One pointed out, Robin walked out from the crowd and began to translate it. "We shall know the true meaning and utter it to no one." Robin continued to walk towards the Belfry, the chief was in awe at how a blue sea person can translate the poneglyph. "It's our legacy and our sacred duty to protect history by the sounds of the Golden Belfry." The chief looked at Robin "How do you know those words?!" Robin answered "They were written on the walls of Shandora, generations ago your people were entrusted to be its guardian, is that correct? It mentions Poseidon, the ancient weapon named after a God." Robin was taken aback by this.. 'Another weapon..very much different from Pluton.. and to think there are so many dangerous things to be discovered..' "Amother dead end." She was about to walk away but another skypiean mentioned the poneglyph words on the side..it had a name! 'Gol..D..Roger!'
"I made it here and I will guide this passage all the way to the far ends of the Earth."
"The Pirate King..came to the Sky Islands?! How was he able to understand this language.." Ganfall chuckled "Gol D Roger..I remember him from 20 years ago." Robin began to think.. 'Guide..this passage..that can mean..THE REAL PONEGLYPH!' Robin turned to the chief "This poneglyph's duty has been fulfilled." Robin began to connect about the Real Poneglyph, the Chief began to cry tears of joy.. "This means..the war is truly over." Robin smiled and began to walk off, the Chief would stop her "Wait a minute! You and your crew sought out gold correct? Take the broken column!" Robin chuckled "You're all very kind."
Luffy was beginning to get bored and impatient "Come on Robin.." His stomach began to growl, Sanji took out a smoke while waiting "Where in the world are all those angels and warriors" Usopp shrugged "Best we kinda don't know that Sanji, we'd probably get in a lot of trouble if they saw us taking their gold." Mae sat by Chopper holding his little hooves, humming a little tune she made up. "Hey Mae, how did you learn to hum so softly like that?" She'd chuckle "It takes practice, I can teach you, adorable little reindeer." She was about to boop Chopper's nose, but he quickly back stood back doing his little signature dance "H-Hey! That doesn't make me happy or anything you big dummy!" Zoro sighed "I'm tired of just sitting around, you guys can wait for Robin I'm going to the ship."
"Moron!" Usopp shouted.
"Jerk!" Luffy spoke angrily like a child
"What are you?!" Sanji spoke in annoyance
"Stupid head!" Chopper followed
"Umm..guys!" Mae was about to reassure the four but-
The five began fighting as Mae stared in complete awe "Oh Mae..what have you gotten yourself into." She spoke to herself..after a little bit, Robin has finally returned! "Robin! Run! We have to get away because we took their gold!" Mae would bonk Luffy on the head. "HURRY! THEY'RE GOING TO CAPTURE US!" Robin chuckled and began running with them, Mae began to float on a star laughing. Usopp raised his fist looking at Mae angry. "Hey! That's not fair! You can float and we can't!" They screamed and laughed continuing to run away "As the captain I say..don't stop until we reach Cloud End!"
After what seemed like forever, they've ran pretty far. Mae decided to join in on the fun of running instead of floating. "Wooo! Hey Sanji, did we lose them!" Sanji turned and saw nobody there "Looks like they gave up!" Usopp sighed in relief. "That giant cannon was really scary!" Robin just looked at Usopp with a face of misunderstanding "Giant cannon? Oh you mean that thing?" Robin chuckled, Chopper shouted "H-Hey dont laugh!" Mae looking ahead saw the ship! "Hey I see your other friends, captain!" Sanji's eyes turned to hearts "Namiii! Conisss!" But he was suddenly hit by a branch! "S-Sanji! Are you ok?!" Mae shouted, Sanji quickly got back up "I'm fine!"
The people at the ruins were talking amongst themselves, a bit disappointed that the pirates did not take their gift. "At least I hope they know our appreciation for what they did for us." Ganfall nodded in agreement looking up. "They certainly don't really know." He'd chuckle. "I'm just glad that the Mae girl is finally free with a crew that will take good care of her." The chief turned to look at Ganfall. "Who is that girl you speak of?" Ganfall kept looking in the sky.. "She was what the people called Goddess. But I'm quite surprised that she didn't want to become that, she just wanted someone..
who cared about her a lot."
Aisa was talking to Raki about Luffy while her hair was being cut. "I wanna be a gum gum warrior some day just like Luffy!" She'd throw some fake punches while giggling. Wyper looked up at the statue of Kalgara. "The fire of Shandora will never die..there is no more need for blood shed. We are going to live in peace..but please watch over us, great Warrior Kalgara."
Back with the others, the Chief stood up. "Ganfall, I think it's time for you to come back. We need someone to govern the Sky after all." Ganfall turned away. "That title should be yours, this was your home a long time ago after all." The chief nodded no. "That does not matter anymore. I realize now that Vearth does not belong with just one group of people, but it's meant to be shared with everyone. Our world has two sides that were separated by war, but now there is hope for being united. Ganfall, you're the only person that heal the wounds of Skypiea." Ganfall chuckled and turned back to the people smiling. "And I thought I could be able to take time for my pumpkin patch." On the other side of Skypiea, The sounds of horns blared out. Conis shouted out "Ok guys we're almost here, there is Cloud End straight ahead!"
Luffy slumped on the ship's bow. "Aww do we really have to leave?" Sanji chuckled. "I have to admit I'm going to miss this place." Zoro nodded "I think it was about time we said goodbye to the White Sea." Usopp was looking at the view "So we just gotta get on the milky road and we'll be in the blue sea huh?" Nami smiled with content "I wonder if we're ever going to visit this place again someday." Usopp shrugged "We'll never know." Mae simply stared at the view from the railing with a small smile. Conis and Pagaya were running toward Cloud End waving goodbye. "It was nice to meet you guys!" Luffy smiled "Bye Conis and furball hair man!" The south bird flew by and perched on the railing of the ship. Chopper began to translate its squawking "The bird says don't leave without him." Luffy stood up on the bow. "Get ready guys! We're sliding down thousands of feet!" The crew nodded "Aye!" Nami looked down at the log pose "Looks like the pose is pointing to our next location!" The crew jumped up for joy in their prepared positions
"Let's get to the Blue Sea! Here we come!"
The ship began make its way down the milky road until suddenly it began to float! No wait..it's..falling!! "Hesooo!" Conis shouted waving goodbye. The ship began making its fall down toward the Blue Sea as Conis blew a little whistle for..an octopus balloon!
"Isn't it cool guys?!" Luffy was bouncing up and down with excitement as the crew began recovering from that plunge. "I thought we were goners.." Usopp sighed in relief..a sudden sound of the Golden Bell began ringing. They each looked up at the sky with a smile.
"When you look up, you see the sky. Though some believe it to be a legend, there is an island floating in the sky. If you listen carefully, you can hear the ringing of a bell. A bell that rings from the heavens. It proclaims to the world..we are here."
"Gold! Gold! Gold!" Usopp, chopper and Luffy would cheer. "What should we buy with it?! Let me ask Mae!" He'd run out of the ship's main room and shouted "OIIIII, Mae! What should we bu-" Sanji would drag him back inside and threw him in the room. Nami would enter looking at Sanji a bit confused "The idiot wouldn't leave Mae in peace." Nami sighed "Guys, we need to land and then come up with a plan for the treasure." Robin would knock on the door. "Miss navigator, where is the ship heading?" Concerned, Nami went out looking at the log pose and screamed. "W-We must have hit an air current! We could be blown off course!" Sanji looked around "Huh, I do feel a breeze." Zoro would suddenly wake up "AH! WE HAVE A PROBLEM!" The crew flinched looking around only to realize "Oh it was just a dream." Zoro spoke before going back to sleep, the crew began to yell at Zoro for scaring them "G-Guys I know it's been hard these past couple days but please just be calm." Usopp spoke..the sunset eventually transitioned to night. The crew began to get bored, but suddenly hear the sound of Luffy laughing. "Don't do anything stu-" The octopus balloon began shrinking! The ship began falling faster and faster. The crew began to panic, but Usopp had an idea to use..breath dials! "Usopp you're so brave!" Chopper shouted. "Well when push comes to shove, Mae can help! Especially with her devil fruit!" The octopus would suddenly shrink entirely and the ship began to fall faster again. Mae with her quick thinking used her devil fruit to make a star to hold the ship to make it float down a bit slower. "I-I can't..hold it very long.." Mae's hands began shaking.
"I know what you're going to do, but your own mind is telling you not to do it. You know you can't hurt a Logia devil fruit user..and why would you want to~?"
"E-Eneru.." The star would disappear as the ship crashes into the water. "Mae! Mae! Are you ok?!" Sanji called out, Mae looked around at the crew. "A-All of you..I'm sorry..I'm so sorry! I tried to hold it as best as I could and..and." Luffy looked over at Mae just smiling "Hey! Don't worry! At least we all got out here alive!" Sanji sighed, taking a cigarette. "We got to see such a beautiful place." Robin began to wonder. "Now that we're down here..it looks so far away." Mae smiled, giving a smile at Sanji "It was like a dreamland." Sanji blushed and went up to the main room. "I'm going to make some coffee." Luffy shouted at Sanji "Make some dinner I'm hungry!" Sanji groaned "Be patient and have some damn coffee first!" Luffy frowned "Ok.." Mae began to giggle. "What's so funny Mae?"
She'd smile looking around at the crew then up at the Straw Hat flag..
"I'm glad to be on your crew, Straw Hat."

Thank you all for being on this journey with me for these past months! I never expected to finish her story and I hope to keep writing about her more in the future and maybe possibly her sister's story..
How her sister's story begins will remain a secret..for now~
But I hope you've all enjoyed the origin story of Mae of how she became a straw hat..But you know what they say..
A story has much more layers.
Guess I'll be seeing you guys in the next story I write!
