Umalis na si Winter sa bahay, and that's when I realize mag-isa ako sa kwarto ni Winter.
Should I snoop around? Or just leave?
Tinignan ko ang mga awards niya, at mga trophies niya. Wow she's good. Nag-lakad lakad pa ako around her room seeing more awards from competitions and trophies for winning in sports. Mostly Basketball and Soccer.
I went in her closet first looking left and right, seeing designer clothings and some battered clothing. I saw a laundry basket, a make-up table. Basically what every girl dreams of.
What if she found out I snooped around? What am I even doing here? Ah jeez I'm just going to leave. Binaba ko ang ulo ko feeling guilty na pumasok ako sa closet ko in the first place. I kept walking forward just forward.

Natumba ako sa shattered glass sa sahig. Ah sht. Inangat ko ang ulo ko at nakita ko ang something hindi ko inexpect na makita. Why haven't I see that piece of fcking glass there.
Tumayo ako at hinawakan ang maskara na only Dark Royalties Gang has.
Does this mean.. Winter is part of the Dark Royalties Gang?
Finflip ko ang maskara sa likod para tignan ang initials kung sino siya sa DRG. Tinignan ko sa likod at nakita D.I.P.
Siya si Dark Ice Princess? P-paano? All this time she was her? Is that why she's not scared of her, because Winter's DIP?

Tinignan ko ang cellphone ko at nakita ang text na galing sa High Council.
From: High Council.
Urgent meeting, meeting in 30 minutes.

I decided na pumunta sa meeting as Winter not as DIP, I just have to make some sort of excuse maybe?
"Winter, where's Dark Ice Princess?" -Angel.
Pumasok siya sa meeting room breaking my peaceful silence. Tinaas ko ang paa ko sa table ignoring her presence.
"Sarcasm?" -ako.
Kinindatan niya ako "You know it."
Binaba ko ang paa ko at tumayo sa harap niya. Tinaasan niya ako ng kilay.
"You of all people know that me and Dunkle Eisprinzessin (Dark Ice Princess) are one."-ako.
"I never knew you spoke German?" - Angel.
"Don't change the topic." -ako.
"Of course. Bakit? Kasi I thought it will be interesting." -Angel.
"Kaya pinag-laruan mo ako?" -ako.
She passed through me. I didn't like being disrespected, more so played.
"I thought you were so smart DIP. I guess I thought wrong."-Angel.
Kinuwelyuhan ko siya. Her eyes not showing any fear at all.
"Get your hands away from me Winter. I know your weaknesses, don't make me kill you." -Angel.
Binitawan ko siya. She's right. Inayos niya ang sarili niya, at tumayo ng diretso. She's the only person I feared after my family. She knows everything about me. If I learned a new technique she has to know.
She knows all my physical limitations. Every single one.
Umupo ako sa upuan where DIP usually sits. It's very awkward with Angel setting up projections.
"Winter, in this world nothing is certain. Nothing is mapped out for you. Ikaw ang pipili kung anong gagawin mo bukas. You're not living with your parents anymore, they don't plan your life like they did when you were younger. One minute you're fighting, then next minute your dead. No one knows. Well, baka si Autumn." -Angel.
"Wow, suddenly nag-sesermon ka? Anong meron?" -ako.
Umiling nalang siya saakin. Nang nag-pasukan ang mga ibang gang. Tumayo ako at umakyat sa podium.
"Dark Ice Princess won't be able to make it today, because of a mission." -ako.
Tinignan ko ang mga expression nila sa mukha. Mostly, relieved and calm. Pero si Dustin ang ibang iba, his eyes are telling me that I'm lying.
"The war is near everyone. I want everyone to be prepared for this war, and we got my family's support." -ako.
"How'd you know that Miss. Azuma?" -Raven.
"Okay, now this sounds silly. Pero nagkaroon ako ng premonition about it." -ako.
"It's not silly Winter." -Autumn.
"Thank you Wise Devil." -ako.
"I guess that concludes this meeting. Train hard everyone." -Angel.
Lumabas na sila lahat pero nag-paiwan ako at si Dustin.
"That was a fast and boring meeting." -Dustin.
"Importante naman." -ako.
Tumango lang siya. He knows something he's not telling me.
"May gusto kang sabihin?" -ako.
"Wala." -Dustin.
"Then anong ginagawa mo dito? Nag-mumukha kang tnga Dustin. I suggest you leave and train." -ako.
Lumabas ako ng Conference Room at dumiretso pauwi.
Pauwi sa Azuma HQ.

Snow*
Hmm.. coffee's good.
"Snow." -Mom.
Bumaba siya ng hagdan at lumapit saakin.
"Hi Mum." -ako.
Inabutan ko siya ng kape pero umayaw siya. She smiled weakly at me, took my hand and led me to the living room. I tried getting off her grip but she's strong. Of course, she's Keyana Azuma.
Umupo kami sa couch at hinawakan niya ang kamay ko. Her eyes looking at me sympathetically.
"What's wrong mum?" -ako.
Huminga siya ng malalim bago mag-salita. "Remember Teddy-bear?"
Teddy- bear was my childhood crush, it was silly pero I'm still holding onto his promise. The promise he broke for leaving me.
"Uh, yeah, bakit?" -ako.
"He's back honey. Back for you, to take you away." -Mom.
"You're being silly again Mum. He died. Only his twin survived the car crash." -ako.
"No honey. He's alive. Theodore is alive." -Mom.
P-paano? He died! I was there! I was there... I saw everything.
"Anak, you may saw it but you didn't see everything." -Mom.
"No! You're lying! I was fcking there Mom! Right before I go to the airport he promised me that we'll meet again.. Then I watched as their car avoided a drunk pedestrian causing their car to hit a post!" -ako.
:: Flashback ::
"Promise ko sayo Snow mag-kikita tayo ulet! Wag kang umiyak ha? Palakas ka ha? We'll kill the Dark lord together!" -Teddy.
Tumago ako at ngumiti. Nakita ko ang kakambal niya sa loob ng kotse telling Teddy that he has to go.
"Bye Snow. When I get back, I'll marry you I promise. That's the promise I won't break." -Teddy.
Ngumiti ako habang tumakbo papunta sa kotse si Teddy. I waved at him while he's waving at me.
"Lets go Lady Snow."
Tumango ako.
*crassssshhhhh
Lumingon ako ng may nadinig akong malakas, na parang may sumabog.
"SOMEONE CALL THE AMBULANCE!!"
Ambulance?
Nakita ko ang kotse ni Teddy na umuusok at naka-bangga sa poste. Teddy!!!
Tumakbo ako palapit sa kotse pushing through the people crowding around as I hear the sirens getting closer and closer. Ng nasa harapan ako, nakita ko si Teddy sa kalsada bleeding everywhere. And sa pagka-dinig ko sa paligid, he went through the side window.
Hindi ako makapag-salita, wala akong ibang maisip except sa..
He broke his promise.

I'm planning on finishing the book at the end Summer break (August or September)
