Prologue
They are a group of people just like us. They live day to day lives as we do, and they go through what we go through. But they are different.
They can dream.
We dream, too, but they dream differently. They live in two worlds at times...but some never know.
Some will never find out to the full potential who they are and what they can do, but others discover it. Some use their abilities for the good of their kind, to prosper and to learn more. But others dive too deep, and are soon ruling a mass of dark Dreamers.
I am a Dreamer.
I could never see it coming, and never would I ever be prepared for what was to come after it. A world of dark, light, and dreams? Not your stereotypical highschool living. Forced to accept a spot of power and responsibility? Who would want to at sixteen?
Pssh, not me.
Well, life has its twists, and definitely its shocks. The hardest part is curving around them.
I'm a Dreamer. So what? Or at least, that's what I used to think about it. Little did I know what was coming for me--both trials and evil. I would never have imagined this.
It all started the day I turned sixteen.
