Y/n's POV
I was getting Jolyne ready for the day when suddenly Jotaro came in
"We need to get moving. Josuke has made contact with Angelo" Jotaro says. I nod
"I'm gonna drop you off at Uncle Polnareff's okay?" I ask Jolyne. She nods. I teleport to Polnareff and of course he's still sleeping
"When he wakes up, tell him that he gets to watch you, okay? I love you, bye bye" I say teleporting back to Jotaro
Karma for insulting my cooking last Christmas. Hope she ruins your precious beauty sleep
Me and Jotaro began heading to Josuke's house. Once we arrived, Jotaro stepped out
"Josuke, grab the bottle and get in the car. Let's take it somewhere isolated" Jotaro says
"Right" Josuke says. It was taking Josuke a while to come back so me and Jotaro stepped out. We walked into the house to see an older man covered in blood
"Gramps opened the cap on the bottle. But there's nothing to worry about. It's just a minor wound. My stand can easily..." Josuke trailed off. His stand made the blood disappear but the man did not wake up
"All fixed.. It can't be. He should wake up. My stand can heal wounds. I've done it lots of times since I was a kid. I even fixed my friend's broken bone. Hey, Gramps! I'm gonna be mad if you're messing around. Did you really fall asleep because you had the night shift? You don't need to try and scare me anymore!" Josuke says. I walk over and pull out my stand. I checked the man's vitals... only to find out there were none
"Josuke.." I mutter
"Gramps! Gramps!" Josuke says. Jotaro walks over and puts hand on Josuke's shoulder.
"Josuke" Jotaro says
"The wounds been completely.." Josuke trailed off
"It can be said that humans live by destroying. In the midst of all that, your power is kinder than anything else. But once a life is taken, it doesn't come back. No matter the stand, it can't bring it back" Jotaro says
"For 35 years, he protected this city as a police officer. He sensed the danger here, and when he heard news about murders that sounded like Angelo's work, he had the eyes of a man who was protecting his city" Josuke says
"Angelo has killed many. There must be several bodies of people from this city that haven't been found yet. There's no reason for his murders. It's a hobby to him. And he'll keep killing, I'm sure. He's probably going to start by killing you and your mom" Jotaro says. Josuke stood up
"I'll.. I'll protect this city and my mom in his place. No matter what happens" Josuke says
~Time Skip~
Jotaro was making sure Josuke's house couldn't be attacked by Angelo
"Everything but canned drinks and foods is dangerous, so don't consume anything else. How's your mom?" Jotaro asks
"I had her go to a relative's house after the funeral" Josuke says as Jotaro pours himself a glass of water
"Good idea. She can come back after we beat the crap out of Angelo" Jotaro says. Josuke began combing his hair
"I'm not upset or anything. I just got a little worked up for a moment. I'm calm. Completely calm" Josuke says
You don't look calm. You destroyed your furniture
"Calm, huh? Well, this is your furniture, so it's up to you if you want to take out your anger on it. By the way, that scar on your lip. That's from when I punched you. Can't your stand heal your wounds?" Jotaro asks
"My stand can't heal my own wounds" Josuke says
"So our stands aren't the same" I say
"What if his stand enters your body and starts tearing things up from the inside?" Jotaro asks
"I'd probably die. If it invades me, I lose" Josuke says
"Not with me around. You're looking at the best doctor in Japan" I say with a wink
"What does your stand even do?" Josuke asks. I pull out my stand
"My stand is a close-range stand. It has no offensive abilities but is basically the perfect defense. It's main power is that it can heal anything and everything, well except for things that have already died. Due to my training over the years, if it came down to it. I could probably heal at least 10 people with major wounds before passing out. My other ability is that I can teleport anywhere I've ever been and to whoever I've already met" I say
~3 days later~
Jotaro was outside looking at footprints. I was to stay with Josuke just in case anything happened. Josuke was inside. I then noticed it began to rain. Next thing I knew Josuke rushed out of the room. I sprinted after him. I watched him jump down the stairs so of course I followed
"Josuke! Y/n!" Jotaro says. We were all in the kitchen. We saw the water on
"He was just here all of a sudden, boiling the water. He's twisted the faucet, too" Josuke says
"Angelo's stand has entered the house. He wasn't waiting for you to drink the water. He was waiting for it to rain! His stand can move in the rain- no. It can move freely in liquids" Jotaro says. We then saw Angelo's stand manifest
"Josuke! Stay away from that kettle! The steam is him!" Jotaro yelled. Josuke's stand appeared and picked up a bottle. It crushed it and then began punching. Suddenly the bottle was fixed
"This is just great. We can't capture him in the bottle" Josuke says
"Stay away from the steam. If you inhale that, you're in trouble. Get out of the kitchen" Jotaro says
"About that. It seems like it won't even do any good to get out of here. Angelo has already made several holes in the roof. So it's dangerous to go upstairs, obviously, or outside. This is just great" Josuke says putting down the glass. We all walk out of the kitchen. The whole house was filled with steam. We all began turning off the water
"I never would have thought a power that uses water could be this terrifying. He's pretty smart" Jotaro says. We heard laughing. We then realized it was Josuke
What's funny?
"What's so funny? We're trapped. Hey!" Jotaro says
"I mean, Jotaro. The guy who killed my Gramps is this close. This is just great!" Josuke says. The steam went around Jotaro's throat. Star Platinum punched then stand away. It kept coming back to Jotaro. Star Platinum punched it away and it eventually went through a wall
"Now, Josuke. How would you, slip out of this situation?" Jotaro asks
"Slip out? I wouldn't quite word it like that" Josuke says. His stand breaks the wall
"I would break out! Hurry, this way! The wall's going to go back to normal" Josuke says. Jotaro smiles
"Good grief" Jotaro says. We walk through and Josuke fixes the wall
"Well, we've blocked the steam-" Josuke began but we all turned to see the humidifier on
"The humidifier!" Jotaro says. He kicked the table. Suddenly the enemy stand was in Josuke's mouth
"Josuke!" Me and Jotaro yelled
"I've won! Just as I thought, Josuke! I knew you'd break through the wall and come into this room!" The stand said. Josuke began grabbing at his neck
"Crap" Jotaro says. I rushed over to Josuke hoping I could do something
"Josuke!" Jotaro yelled
"What Angelo just said is wrong, Jotaro, Y/n" Josuke says. His aura appeared once more
"Josuke?" Jotaro asks
"Even when things end up exactly as I expect, I don't feel like laughing. Not when it comes to Angelo" Josuke says. His stand pulled out a glove from his throat. Angelo's stand was in there
"That's.." Jotaro trailed off
"Got it. Sorry, it's a bit gross. I shredded up a rubber glove and swallowed it beforehand" Josuke says picking the glove up
"That's pretty smart" I say. Josuke opens the window and shakes the glove around. A man flew out of the tree
"I see. It appears the user's body is over there" Jotaro says. We all approached the man laying on the ground.
He looks so pathetic, ahh the memories of highschool are coming back to me. How nostalgic
I stepped on the man's back making sure he couldn't escape
"Just as I thought, you look perfect under my shoe.. too bad I'm not doing the honors this time" I say applying pressure
"So you're.." Josuke trailed off
"Angelo" Jotaro finished his sentence. I lifted my foot off the man
"Won't you entertain me and run? Let's play a game of cat and mouse" I say with a malicious grin on my face. Angelo ran off. Of course we followed him. He backed up into a rock
"Y-You guys aren't going to kill me, are you?! Sure, I'm an escaped death row inmate. But just because I was found guilty by Japanese law doesn't mean you guys have the right to judge me! Josuke! I killed your grandpa, but you have no right to kill me! If you kill me, you'll end up a cursed soul, just like me!" Angelo says pointing at Josuke. His stand punches his finger and breaks the rock behind him. Angelo yelled in pain
"Don't go telling people what they can and can't do" Josuke says
"M-M-My right hand! My hand!" Angelo yells. His hand was mixed together with part of the rock
"No one's going to execute you. Not me, not Jotaro, and not Y/n, either. You're not going to be executed, and you're not going back to jail" Josuke says
"Josuke, we'll leave the rest to you" Jotaro says
"Wh-What do you plan to do with me?!" Angelo asks
"Repent for eternity, Angelo! For all of those you killed, including my Gramps!" Josuke says. His stand comes out once more and begins punching Angelo. His stand then fixed Angelo and made him apart of the rock
"You're gonna live forever in the city my Gramps protected" Josuke says
