Today was press conference day, Alexis had to be at the paddock to prepared the garage and the car for the FP on Friday, Alexis got up and got changed in her Ferrari T-shirt and her red trouser. Alexis reached the hotel restaurant for her breakfast, she sat at a table where some engineers where already seating; they talk about their day and their previous night. When she finished, Alexis joined the paddock and the Ferrari garage; she helped preparing the car until it was 1 pm, then she went to the motorhome with Giulia for their lunch.
"So, it's official? You are moving to Merc?" Giulia asked
"It is." Alexis said nodding
"I'm so happy for you, this is such a great news." Giulia smiled
"I will miss you Giulia" Alexis said with a tense of sadness in her voice
"I will miss you even more Alexis, your person and your hard work. But this is for your best sweety!" there was also a bit of sorrow in her voice
They finished their lunch and left the motor home to get back to Ferrari's garage, the two girls were walking in the paddock when they passed next to Lando and one of the McLaren engineers. The British boy smiled and winked at her, Alexis smiled back she was happy to saw him but she would prefer to take him in her arms and kiss him. Alexis and Giulia continued their way to the garage to finish preparing the car, after a long day Alexis went back to her hotel room; she ran for a cold shower. When Alexis came out of the bathroom, she heard that someone was knocking at the door; Alexis partially-opened the it to see who it was. She wasn't really surprised when she saw her boyfriend, Lando walking and pressed his lips again Alexis' ones; he was about to grab her waist, but stopped when he noticed that her body was just wrapped in a towel. But this didn't stopped Alexis who pulled him in a tight hug, Lando hesitated but finally placed his hands on her waist.
"Miss this" Alexis mumbled against Lando's neck
"I miss you princess." Lando said kissing her forehead, Alexis moved her head backward to face Lando; the both started smiling and Alexis gently kissed him.
"Give me 5 minutes to put something on, and then I'm fully yours." Alexis kissed him and went back in the bathroom, 5 minutes later she stepped out and sat next to Lando on the sofa; Lando looked at his watch.
"What do you want to do?" Lando asked fixing Alexis
"What make you happy, I just want to spend some times with you." Lando placed his arm around Alexis' shoulders and pulled her closer to him
"Then I have the perfect place for us!" Lando kissed her forehead and stood up, he handed his hand to help Alexis standing up. The two lovers left the room and walked to the parking, when they arrived in front of Lando's car he gave his keys to Alexis. This time she didn't hesitate, took then and got in the car; she started the engine and they left the hotel. Alexis followed Lando's instructions to reach the mystery place for their date, Alexis parked the car on a parking next to the beach; and they got out of the car.
"Where are we going, mister Norris?" Alexis grabbed Lando's waist and they started walking side by side
"Can you for once be patient in your life." Lando said gently hitting her head
"Next time you want something from me I will tell you to be more patient muppet." Alexis said looking at him
"Alright this time you won, I know a lil place over there with a beautiful view and they aren't much person usually." Lando smiled at her, they arrived at a cosy place they found a table with a nice view on the sea lighted by the city lights. They were facing each other and started staring at each other.
"I have a good and a bad news." Alexis said still staring at Lando, he didn't say a word so Alexis continued "The bad one is that I need to be at the factory the Saturday after our trip to Dallas, making it shorter then."
"Why? Did they want you to work everyday until the end of the summer break?" Lando asked
"In fact yes."
"They want to kill you or what? Are they even able to do this with you?" Lando was worried
"But this comes with the good news, Mattia and Toto had a discussion about my next contract with Mercedes." Lando was focused on Alexis' words "I will join Mercedes at the end of the summer break." A large smile started appearing on Lando's face
"Really?" Alexis nodded "This is such a great news, we need to celebrate that clearly!" Lando seemed so happy
"Mattia accepted to let me leave Ferrari earlier if I worked full time during the summer break; obviously I said yes, we will sign everything during the Turkish GP." Alexis smiled
"So we will live full time at Brackley now? They gave you an apartment, right?" Lando smiled back
"Exactly! But from Brackley, to go to Woking it's only 1h10; so easy." Alexis was excited
"Wait, you mean you want to live full time at Woking? With me?" Lando was surprised but smiled as well
"I mean it will depend of the amount of work and when I left the office but could be an option, indeed." The two started staring at each other, their relation was on another step now. "Plus we aren't working on the same rhythm, so you won't be at Woking all the year."
"I love this idea, but it's not fair if it's always you. I can come to your place as well." Lando fixed Alexis
"Lando, I will live in a small apartment and you in a beautiful house. Plus, you know how I love driving cars so it will be a real pleasure to drive mine to your place. You will be able to come visit me at uni next year if this is what you really want." Alexis giggled
"I mean why not but I guess your room will be even smaller." Lando giggled too
"I'm renting a house with Sophie and some friends, so it's ok." Alexis smiled
"Then, I will definitely come over." Lando started fixing Alexis "It's funny how we took our time to be together, but now we are living it fully and without wasting our time."
"We already lost so much time Lando, that is why. We can't change the past, but we can write our future." Alexis placed her hand on the table and Lando grabbed it with his. "So after Dallas, where do you when to go? Back to England or should I take you a flight for another destination?"
"I will buy my tickets no worry about that" Lando smiled
"There is no way, you bought to tickets for Dallas I will buy the one to come back here" Lando started laughing "What?"
"Do you want to know the truth?" Lando continued laughing
"I scared now." Alexis was confused
"I didn't buy the tickets." Lando giggled, Alexis gently hit his hand
"Lando! Are you kidding, it's going to be expensive as fuck now!" Lando was still giggling "This is not funny! Why did you lie to me?"
"Do you want to go to Dallas?" Lando stopped giggling
"This is not the question for now, it's were you wanted to go right?" Alexis was a bit furious
"But now this is not where you want to go." Lando was serious now "I don't want to go there if you don't want."
"Lando, I want you to be happy and to be with you. So, Dallas is perfect!" Alexis grabbed again his hand
"I want you to enjoy it." Lando let a little silence "I sent a message to your brother to ask him where you want to go, where you like to go. He told me many destinations, and I found one that will really" Lando insisted on that word "Fit both of us. So, I bought tickets, but not for Dallas I found something better." Lando started smiling "We are landing at Nairobi and then we will do a safari." Alexis didn't say a thing, Lando started worrying "But I can change if you want."
"Lando, this is more than perfect; I can't believe you called my brother for that. I don't know what to say to be honest, but are you sure you want that?" Alexis was shyly smiling
"I always dreamt to do a safari, so with you I can't imagine better vacations!" the two started starring at each other
"You are too perfect mister Norris, I'm so lucky to have you just for me." Alexis smiled wider
"Being honest, Kenya versus Dallas there is no choice. Plus, we will surely be in peace, since there is no paparazzies and stuffs like that there. Félix was such a great help on that one." Lando giggled
"I can't imagine you call Félix for that, and that he actually gave you a correct answer. But how did you get his phone number?" Alexis was intrigued
"Remember when we went for a ride in London?" Alexis nodded "We had a talk about you, and then he gave me his number just in case."
"What did you say about me?" Alexis was interested
"None of your business princess, now let's face our future!" Lando smiled
"I don't know what to say now, this might be the best surprise someone have done to me for years." Alexis smiled back
"Never forget Alexis but you deserve the world, you worked hard to be here and you are still working hard. These are fully deserved vacation for you, after what will be two intense weeks of work at Maranello. So now for the flight back you know what I will come to Maranello with you!"
"But Lando, there is nothing to do there and you won't see me. Plus, you need to be at the McLaren Technology Centre for sim and stuffs."
"Actually, I promise some of my friends a trip together. But we haven't planned a destination yet; so Italie is perfect for us. We just want a good weather and some clubs; you have that at Maranello right?" Lando fixed Alexis
"Yes, but you can clearly have a better destination." Alexis fixed him back
"Actually, we can't" Lando looked at her with insistence. And for McLaren, I just have to be there for the last week of the summer break; so no worry about that!"
"You are too perfect Lando Norris" Alexis smiled at him
"I know, but now move on; our vacations are planned so let's enjoy this night and this weekend." Lando smiled
"I need to bring you somewhere tomorrow morning for a coffee, the place is so nice and the view is amazing."
"Sounds nice to me!" Lando and Alexis ordered food and drinks and continued chatting the rest of the evening, when they were tired; they drove back to the hotel and reached Lando's room. "Close your eyes!" Lando smiled
"Why?" Alexis was a bit worry
"Close your eyes, I have a surprise for you!" Lando keep smiling
"You scare me." Alexis wasn't fully confident with the situation
"Nothing to worry, I swear!" Lando was amused with the situation
"Alright, but if you scare me, I'm sleeping on my own." Alexis said closing her eyes
"Perfect, the other day you said you were missing my arms. So, I found a solution, not the best but still it's a solution. So let me introduce you, Frankie; you can open your eyes." Alexis slowly opened her eyes and faced a brown teddy bear.
"Nice to meet you, Frankie!" Alexis smiled and grabbed the teddy bear
"If he scares you, I can take it back!" Lando giggled
"No!" Alexis instantly said "I keep it!" Lando giggled
"Alright, now bed time!" Lando said kissing her forehead "I'm a bit tired, and if we want to go to your coffee place, we need to wake up early." Lando walked to the bathroom to get change "Your clothes are in the wardrobe." He said before getting in the room

And then she took her pjs in the wardrobe, which consist of one of Lando's t-shirt since the weather was hot. Lando came out of the bathroom shirtless, Alexis fixed he gaze on Lando's toned chest; even if it wasn't the first time, the view was pleasant.
"Are you ok?" Lando asked Alexis, who didn't move since he stepped out.
"Sure." Alexis walked to the bathroom and got changed; Lando was in the bed ready to sleep when she came out. She joined the bed and laid next to him, before placing her head on his torso she kissed him with love and passion; Lando kissed her back and started stroking her leg. While Alexis' head was on his chest, she fondled his torso following his abs lines. The two slowly felt asleep in each other arms.
As always, Lando was the first to wake up; Alexis was next to him facing the other side of the room, he started stroking Alexis' back while stretching his arms. He stopped when he heard a yawn, and saw Alexis urning on herself; the two were now facing each other.
"Morning" Alexis greeted with a sleepy voice
"Morning sunshine, it's time to wake up!" Lando smiled and fondled her arm "I will take my shower and then it will be your turn, you don't want to be late for our coffee date, right?" As a response, Alexis burry her head on her pillow; Lando stood up and walked to the bathroom, when he came back Alexis was facing the wardrobe.
"What should I wear" Alexis was still in the wardrobe
"I don't know." Lando said with a smile
"What do you want me to wear for this date?" Alexis took stuffs and then replaced them
"Whatever you feel comfy in, you are naturally gorgeous" Lando kissed her top head from behind
"Oh, thanks babe; appreciate!" Alexis took a short and a top and went to the bathroom to get change, when she stepped out Lando was waiting for her checking her phone.
"Ready to go?" Lando asked looking at her "Wow, you are stunning princess!" he scanned her outfit
"Yeah!" Alexis took her bag and the two left the room and the hotel to reached the terrasse "Look how lovely this place is!" Alexis said showing the terrasse to Lando
"It is." They sat at a table and wait to order; the waiter was the same one as the other days.
"Oh, Hey! Nice to see you around, same order as usual?" The waiter said with a large smile looking at Alexis
"Yes please." Alexis said
"And for you?" The waiter asked without the same enthusiasm to Lando; Lando started fixing Alexis
"Same as her." He said with a large smile and Alexis smiled back
"Alright!" And the waiter walked to the kitchen
"Do you know that guy?" Lando looked at Alexis
"Same waiter each morning, but no I don't really know him. Why?" Alexis looked back at him
"He is a bit too confident." The two were staring at each other
"Jealous?" Alexis asked, Lando didn't have the time to respond; the waiter was at the table
"Here the cappuccino for the beauty!" the waiter gave the drink to Alexis, and then place the one in front of Lando
"Can I ask you something?" Lando looked at the waiter
"Sure" the waiter looked at him
"Can you bring a cinnamon roll for my girlfriend and a croissant for me." Lando asked proudly
"Of course." The smile on the waiter's face disappeared, and he left
"Was it necessary?" Alexis fixed Lando
"Yeah." Lando smiled and took a sip of his drink
"You are unbelievable Mister Norris." Alexis rolled her eyes and started drinking her coffee
"I'm just taking care of you, like your brother asked." Lando fixed Alexis
"To be honest, I like when you are protective but don't be overprotective babe." Alexis smiled at him
"Don't worry about that." Lando smiled back, a new waiter brought the pastries "The other one was too scared." Lando giggled
"And you are happy about that?"
"Yeah." Lando was still giggling
"Anyway, thanks for the cinnamon roll." Alexis started eating
"I know it's your favourite one; but for you the best one, is the one from Starbucks!" Lando said proudly, they finished their coffee date and joined the hotel to putted on their team outfit. Lando walked with Alexis to her room and they sopped in front of the door.
"See you tonight." Alexis said, Lando grabbed her waist
"See you later." He gently kissed her "comfy clothes for tonight." He mumbled to her ear, Alexis nodded and kissed him back; she got into her room and Lando joined his. Later Alexis joined the Ferrari garage for the FP1, it wasn't a surprise that the car wasn't that fast but at least it seemed better than last week. Same for FP2, a bit better than FP1 but points were the goal for this weekend; Alexis had some meetings with the engineers and enjoyed some times with Giulia. Some people knew that she was leaving, some didn't; Alexis tried to avoid the subject, her departure wasn't on her mind yet. There were three races yet to come before the summer break, so she was focused on them. Alexis had a team dinner this evening, so she went there and sat between Charles and his race engineer.
"What are your plans for the summer break?" Alexis asked Charles
"Mykonos with Charlotte and Valentine, her sister. You?" Charles smiled at her
"A trip with some friends and then work at the factory to developpe the car." Alexis smiled back
"Before you leave us." Charles looked at her
"Before I leave you." She said with a tense of sadness
"I mean you are doing the right choice, a lost for us and a huge win for them."
"For many reasons, Brackley is better for me. But I will never forget Maranello, such great memories." Alexis smiled again "Beautiful people and place."
"Definitely some great memories, lots of fun as well." Charles smiled at her "I guess it will be easier for your relationship." Charles took care of not naming Lando
"Indeed." Alexis was a bit surprised that he talked about it
"Wish you the best, and a great future together." Charles smiled
"You are dating someone?" His race engineer asked Alexis
"Yes, a student from my university." Alexis said with confidence
"Why did you never bring him at a race?" the engineer continued
"He is not really into F1, and also he is doing a lot of sport so he doesn't have that much time." Alexis continued telling her lie
"What kind of sport is he doing?" The engineer was a bit to curious for Alexis
"Rowing" Alexis said
"Nice, my uncle used to do some rowing but due to an accident he stopped." The engineer start telling a story about his uncle, no one was interested but there wasn't any other solution than to sat and listen. After more talk about each other life, everyone left the table to reach their bedroom. Alexis joined Lando's floor, on her way she saw Daniel.
"Hey Honey Badger!" Alexis waved at him
"Hey Blondy! How was your day?" Daniel smiled at him
"Nice, You?" Alexis smiled back
"Quite good, the car was nice; looking strong for the race. You could say the same, as I saw." He giggled
"Can we avoid this subject please." Alexis gasped
"I heard you were moving, is that right?" Daniel asked
"It is, I'm going to Brackley at the end of the summer; the beginning of a new story. I'm quite exited for that, this is a great opportunity for me. I couldn't miss it!" Alexis smiled
"True, plus it's closer to Woking!" Daniel winked
"I didn't think about that." Alexis acted surprised
"You nose is growing Pinocchio." Daniel laughed
"This is a point, but not the main point. Lando is part of my present, but I can't assure the look of my future; so I need as much work experience as I can. I wish he will be part of my future of course, but sometime it's not that easy."
"I get what you mean, but I already see you with this kid having kids together!" Daniel smiled
"That is a lot of kids." Alexis laughed
"A fairy-tale in real life, this could feed magazines for years. Fans will be so happy to have that kind of tea, 'The Paddock love story' will for the head band. Oh no, I have a better one 'The Shakespeare's story from F1'; that one is nice. Anyway, it's not my job; but I'm sure they will find a way to do some tasty tea for us. Can't wait for all the fan accounts on Instagram!" Daniel seemed exited
"Keep call, it won't be that huge; and we will do our best to keep our life private. I don't want all these crazy fan girls around my man." Alexis said
"'your man' It's getting serious blondy, when is the wedding; I want an invitation, and to sat in the front row. Since I can't reach it in F1 I want to be there for your wedding!" Daniel was more and more exited
"First, I'm not gonna marry him for now, second front row is for the family. So, as I know you aren't a member of my family; or you ae the hidden kid, but you won't be in the front. You will be with the other drivers, at the back or wherever."
"I can help for the party and anything, I like organising that kind of stuffs!" Daniel was getting a bit to exited with this wedding stuff
"We aren't going to get married Daniel, and you won't be our wedding planner, we will hire a professional one."
"So I'm not professional, I'm hurt." He acted like he was
"You are a strong boy, I'm sure you will be fine tomorrow. Go to your room, drink a tea and sleep well."
"I'm not a granny; but this sounds great to be honest." Daniel smiled
"Night Daniel Avocado!" Alexis smiled
"Night Alexis Norris!" Daniel winked at her and Alexis rolled her eyes, Daniel got in his room and Alexis joined Lando's one. She knocked at the door, and wait for Lando to opened it; when he opened the door she could hear some videogame sounds.
"Hey princess." Lando kissed her
"Hey." Alexis kissed him back
"It's her?" A voice said from the sofa, Alexis looked intrigued at Lando
"It is." Lando said fixing Alexis "Alex and George are here for a game; they will soon leave us." Lando pulled her in a tight hug
"Are you coming or what?" Alexis recognize Alex's voice
"Start one without me!" Lando said, still hugging Alexis; they stay like that for a minute before joining George and Alex.
"Here you are." George said with a smile focusing on the screen "You are turning this kid in a romantic guy." He giggled, Lando placed his arm around Alexis' shoulders
"Is carmen fine?" Alexis asked
"She is!" George was still focusing on the game, Lando and Alexis sat together on a seat since the two boys were seating on the sofa.
"Please don't make out in front of us!" Alex laughed
"You guys are so childish; I can't imagine how your girlfriends are doing with you." Lando said, when they finished their game Alex turned of the tv and with George they started leaving the room. When Alexis heard the door closing, she gasped.
"Finally!" she said
"Sorry for that, I thought you would come later." Lando said, Alexis was still on his knees
"It's fine, but I want to spend time with you; not with them, I'm dating you not them." Alexis stared at him
"Hopefully." Lando smiled and kissed her "Movie night?"
"Sure!" Alexis said with a large smile "Oh, but I forget to get change."
"No worry I have clothes for you." Lando carry her and placed her back on the seat, he started looking his wardrobe and took a t-shirt a hoodie and a tracksuit "Take what you want" Alexis took the t-shirt and the tracksuit and let the hoodie "Wait you don't like this quadrant hoodie?" Alexis acted hurt
"I like it, but it's hot out there; I don't need a hoodie, especially next to you." Alexis smirked
"I see." Lando smirked back "So now hurry up, and I'm choosing the movie" Alexis stood up and walked to the bathroom to get change, when she stepped out Lando was on the sofa with a blanket searching for a movie on Netflix. Alexis sat next to him, Lando while looking for the movie, grabbed her waist and pulled her closer to him and kissed the top of her head. When Lando finally found the movie, he laid down and make sure that Alexis was in a comfortable position on his torso to watch the film. Whilewatching, Lando stoked Alexis' arm who was slowly falling asleep but woke upfor the last 5 minutes.
"Did you enjoy it?" Lando gently asked with a smile, Alexis buried her face in his neck
"I think I slept a bit." Lando could felt the smile against his skin
"I think so." He replied running his fingers in her hair "Do you want to go to bed?" Alexis said 'yes' with her head, as a gentleman Lando carry Alexis to the bed but instead of gently dropping her off, he threw her.
"Hey, crazy muppet!" Alexis said without moving "Wanna kill me?"
"I don't want you to be too confident." Lando giggled, he too off his t-shirt and got in the bed. He was about to kiss her when she moved her head. "Really?" Lando asked surprised
"I don't want you to be too confident." Alexis replied
"Alright." Lando started tinkled her, since Alexis was sensitive, she started laughing and shaking her body on the bed
"Lando stop, please Lando." Alexis said while laughing "Lando!" Lando didn't stop "Please Lando!" He finally stopped when Alexis was about the fell off the bed "Thank you!" she said out off breath
"Always a pleasure!" Lando said giggling, Alexis started sleeping on her side of the bed "Are you mad at me?" Alexis didn't reply, Lando started stroking her back and then stop
"Can you continue please?" Alexis mumbled
"Seriously?" Lando asked, Alexis turned on herself to face him
"Seriously" she said fixing him, Lando grabbed her waist and pulled her closer against his torso and continued stroking her back. Alexis buried her face in his neck, Lando could felt her breath against his skin. Alexis started kissing softly his neck, Lando raised her head with his hand and feathery kissed her lips.
"Good night princess" Lando said tenderly
"Good night" Alexis said with a smile, the two felt asleep in each other arms.
"Wake up!" Lando said hitting Alexis with his pillow
"Are you crazy or what?" Alexis said with a sleepy voice "You woke up and choose violence today?"
"Shake your body sleepy head, you need to be more productive on your mornings!" Lando was already fully awake
"What time is it?" Alexis asked still sleeping
"7:30"Lando said leaving the bed
"What! You are officially crazy, I'm not gonna stay with you tonight if you will do the same." Alexis started stretching in the bed
"But I have a training this morning, I need to be ready for it." Lando grabbed some stuffs on his wardrobe
"Maybe, but I don't have an early training so maybe I wanted to sleep a bit more Mister Norris."
"Are you mad at me?" Lando started fixing Alexis
"I am" Alexis buried herself under the sheets, Lando giggled and walked in the bathroom; he came out in his training outfit.
"See you around!" Lando reached the bed pulled the sheet to realized Alexis' head and kissed he forehead, but she immediately putted it back "Have a nice day." Lando was giggling with her reaction
Alexis slept one more hour and get change in Lando's room before joining her team for the breakfast, she quickly finished it and then reached the paddock. She had to prepared the car for FP3 and quali; Alexis wished that they will be able to reach Q3 for at least one of the cars. When she walked through the paddock Alexis saw some familiar faces, a British guy waved at her.
"Hey Alexis! How are you doing?" George asked smiling, he was with his girlfriend Carmen
"Good and you?" Alexis smiled back
"Quite good as well. Alexis, I think you never met Carmen before." Alexis smiled at the girl
"Indeed, we never had the chance to meet before."
"So Alexis, this is Carmen my girlfriend; Carmen this is Alexis she is currently working for Ferrari but will soon work for us." George looked at both of the girls
"Nice to meet you." Alexis smiled at Carmen
"Nice to meet you too." Carmen smiled back "You are also Lando's girlfriend, right?"
"I am." Alexis started fixing George to make him react
"You need to be quiet about that, no one should know about that." George quickly smiled at Alexis wo nodded as a thank you
"It was a pleasure but I have still so much to do for the day, see you around." Alexis waved at them and left. She joined her garage and started working on the car and on the data, she did her last tests during FP3 and decided that from her point the car was ready for quali; that she couldn't make it faster or anything, she simply did her best as usual. The quali went quite good, Carlos finished P11 and Charles P9; could have been definitely worse, the team was happy with the result. Alexis wasn't really angry for the dinner so she grabbed a banana from the kitchen and walked to her room, she took a shower and got change; then she knocked at Lando's door.
"Come in" Alexis was surprised that he didn't come but she opened the door, Lando was laying on the bed; he was pale.
"Are you all right babe?" Alexis sat next to him on the bed
"I'm a bit sick, nothing to worry about." Lando said fixing her, Alexis grabbed his hand
"Did you take a tablet or something?" she fixed him
"Charlotte gave me something, I guess a good night of sleep and everything will be great!" Alexis went to smiled
"I don't like seeing you like that, you should have sent me a message. I would have come earlier." Alexis smiled at him
"I can't live without this smile." Lando fixed her smile
"And me I can't live without you, so now sleep!" Alexis ran her fingers in his curls
"I called Max today, we will stay three days in Maranello." Lando said closing his eyes
"We could talk about that later, for now you need to sleep to be ready for tomorrow. And if you don't feel good, no race for you. Health is more important than anything." Alexis fixed him felling asleep
"You are" That was Lando's last word before the sleep took him, Alexis decided to left him alone for the night; she took Frankie and left the room. In the corridor she saw Charlotte who was walking in her direction.
"Alexis!" Charlotte smiled at Alexis "Is he feeling better?"
"Tired, he felt asleep; he needs a good rest. I count on you too be vigilant tomorrow, if he isn't feeling better no race; no need to create an accident or anything." Alexis fixed Charlotte
"You can, I will be careful with this." Charlotte kept smiling
"I will try to come to see him tomorrow morning, but I can't guaranty it. So I putt my trust on you." Alexis smiled at Charlotte
"I will do my best for this lil one; have a great night Alexis!"
"Great night to you too Charlotte!" Alexis left this floor and joined her room, she decided to directly go to bed in Frankie's arms. They were smoother than Lando's ones but definitely not warmer.
When she woke up the next morning, Alexis quickly left her bed to be ready and to have the time to check Lando. Alexis joined his room, she knocked at his door; no answer, she insisted, nothing. The day before, she didn't think of taking a key; since she didn't know who could have it, she reached the lobby and find someone behind the desk.
"Morning, excuse me but my boyfriend is currently sleeping in our room and I forgot the key. Could you give me one to get in." Alexis asked with er best smile
"What is the number of the room?" The girl looked at Alexis
"519" the girl started searching something on her computer
"This room is attributed to a single person, are you sure it's room 519." The girl fixed Alexis
"Yes, we have two rooms but we share this one." Alexis kept smiling
"I can't help you for that, I'm not allowed to give you the key." The girl looked at bit sorry
"He is a bit sick, I really need to see if he is fine." Alexis insisted, the girl started cheking something on her screen
"I will come with you and opened the door, and we will say that nothing happens." Alexis smiled
"Thank you so much for that." The two girls reached Lando's room, the girl opened it and let Alexis got in "Thank you!" Alexis smiled at the girl before closing the door. Lando was still deeply sleeping, Alexis sat next to him facing him; she started stroking his face gently. Lando moved a bit his face and slowly opened his eyes, they started staring at each other.
"Morning babe!" Alexis kissed his forehead
"Morning princess!" Alexis mumbled with a sleepy voice
"How do you feel this morning?" Alexis smiled at him
"Honestly better." Lando said fixing her "Much better" Alexis didn't know if it was true or not but she wanted to believe him
"Ready for the race, starting in second row must looking for a podium or more." Alexis ran her fingers in his hair
"A win, nothing less is accepted." Lando smiled
"Alright, I see you are doing better. Now wake up and go take a shower." Alexis softly said
"I'm happy here, I don't want to move." Lando started stoking Alexis' leg
"I know, but I will have to leave you soon to join my team so now shake your body."
"Is that a payback for yesterday?" Lando asked
"could be, but the only thing I want now is you washed and dressed up; ready for the race." Alexis smiled
"Alright boss." Lando stretched his muscles and sat on the bed edge next to Alexis, "how was the night with Frankie?" Lando smiled
"Good, but not exceptional; not as good as the nights with you." Alexis smiled
"I see, this is a great news." Lando kissed Alexis and stood up, he made few steps before starting wobbling a bit. Alexis immediately stood up and run to him, she grabbed him before he could fall. She helped him reaching the bed to lay down.
"No race for mister Norris today, and there is no discussion about it." Alexis helped him getting under the sheet. "I will tell that to Charlotte, but today you aren't moving from this bed. You wanted to stay, now you will stay here the whole day."
"This is not fair, I can drive." Lando was upset
"I know you can Lando, but I don't want you to have or create an accident." Alexis fixed him "I know it's not funny but this is the way it is, for your health you will stay there and have some rest." When Alexis finished her sentence, someone knock at the door "I will see who it is, take some rest." Alexis stood up and walked to the door, she opened it and saw Charlotte.
"Hi Charlotte, good morning!" Alexis smiled at her
"Morning Alexis, is he doing better?" Charlotte looked in Lando's direction
"Not really, he nearly falls; I don't think it's a great idea to make him race today. He is still weak." Alexis started looking at Lando
"Hey Lando, how was the night?" Charlotte asked the driver
"Great until a French girl woke up me this morning." Lando looked at his PR
"Really?" Alexis said "Are you kidding me?"
"Well it's not that bad, you didn't lose everything." Charlotte chuckled
"Charlotte, I need to go now; I give you this muppet take care of him for me and I let you take the right decision." Alexis smiled at Charlotte "Have a good rest Lando, and don't push the limits of your health." Alexis smiled at him and walked to the door
"I'm the strongest" Lando proudly said
"I know!" Alexis said before leaving the room, she enjoyed the breakfast with her team still having Lando in her mind. When she walked in the lobby to join the paddock, Alexis saw Charlotte waiting while looking at her phone; Alexis decided to ask her about Lando, she didn't want to admit it but she was worry with his health.
"Hey, how was Lando when you leave him?" Alexis asked wis a bit of worry
"Tired and he had a bit of temperature. I called Zak, and we decided that we will see one hour before the race and if it's still like that; he won't take part to the race." Charlotte smiled at the girl
"Perfect, if he is still sick send me a message; otherwise, I will worry." Alexis nervously smiled
"No problem, I will do that. But I don't think I have your phone number, but I can also ask Lando to do it."
"He won't tell me the truth because he doesn't want me to worry, plus I think it's a good thing if I have your number and you mine." The two girls agreed and exchanged their phone numbers
"Perfect, I will send you a message to inform you with the situation. I hope he will feel better."
"I hope so." Alexis smiled
"As someone who work for Ferrari who should be happy." Charlotte giggled
"But as a girlfriend I should worry." Alexis fixed Charlotte
"You are right! He is lucky to have you and vice versa." Charlotte smiled
"I am" Alexis smiled "I will wait for your message; hope I will see his papaya car on the grid for the race!"
"We keep in touch." Alexis left the hotel and joined the garage, time passed rapidly since everyone was in the race euphoria. Alexis was checking her phone often to see if she had any news from Charlotte or Lando. 45 minutes before the race Alexis saw a notification which popped up on her phone, it was a message from Charlotte.

Going to the hospital, don't worry it's just for a little check up. I will send you messages when I have any information, I take care of him for you. He asked me to tell you not to worry.
