I groaned as I felt tugging at my my arm. "Wake up, Y/n!", I heard my best friend's voice before he threw himself onto me, placing his legs on both my sides. I threw his pillow at him as I dug myself deeper into the blanket, "No... Dori... leave me alone...", I complained. He tugged at the blanket, putting my face on display before bouncing on me, "We're gonna be late!!! Come onnnnn!!!!", he said as he shook me: "Ugh, okay! Fine!! Get off...", I said as I sat up, rubbing my eyes to see him on top of me with a smile on his face.
It was 8:24 am and we had to meet the others for a beach day and were supposed to leave at 8:45. My eyes widen as I look at the time, "DORI WHAT THE HELL?!", I said as I pushed him off of me and jumped out of his bed. "Hey! I tried waking you up!", he said before throwing his pillow at me. I turned to him groaning as I struggled to put on my shoes, "I'm not gonna be ready in time!", I complained. He smiled and rolled his eyes before pointing over to his desk, "I brought your stuff over so you could get ready here.", he said smiling. "Oh, you're the best Yuuji!", I said before running over to grab my things and dash to his bathroom.
I quickly showered and put on the two piece that Yuuji picked out from my drawer. It was a red set I bought a while ago since Yuuji wanted to match with me one day, and I guess he wants to match again today. It's flattering, revealing but displaying my cleavage at just the right amount, and I gotta say, my ass looks amazing. I throw on my shorts and my black tank top before leaving the bathroom to find Yuuji standing by the door with our things. He was wearing red swimming trunks, as I expected.
"Let's go, Y/n!", he said as he pulled open the door with his freehand, nearly losing his balance. I quickly approached him and took some of the bags out of his hand before we both left.

"Hey you guys!!!!", I said as I waved at the others who were waiting for us in the parking lot. "You guys are late.", Megumi said as he looked up from his phone. Nobara groaned, "Yeah! We're barely gonna have any time at the beach!!!", she complained before hopping into her car as Megumi sat in the passengers seat. "We'll be fine, it's only 9.", Yuuji said as he put our things in Gojo's trunk, since we were riding with him. "Yeah, and the beach is two hours away.", we heard Maki as she pulled up beside us in her car with Inumaki next to her and Panda sticking his head out from the back with a smile on his face.
"Okay okay, we're here now so let's go.", I said as I got in the back seat with Yuuji. He rested his feet on the window and laid his head on my lap, looking at me before giving me a wink. I chuckled and flicked his forehead causing him to slap my hand away while laughing. "Oh hey Nanami!", I said as I looked up to see Nanami in the passengers seat as Gojo started the car. He turned back to me with a small smile, "Y/n.", he said before returning to his book. "Alrighty, who wants the aux? How about some Cardi, yall like her right?", Gojo said as he pulled out. I looked down at Yuuji to see he was looking at me too before we both snickered, "Uh... no... I like Megan Thee Stallion though.", Yuuji said with a smile.

The car ride was comfortable, with Yuuji singing along to Megan while taking pictures of us and making TikToks as I played with his hair. He's always recording the two of us, he says he loves seeing pictures and videos of us together when I'm not around. It makes him miss me more though which is why he's so clingy when we're together again after a long time. I think it's really cute- Yuuji's cute.
We were now at the beach and we found a good spot to set all of our things. "Alright let's get in the water!!!", Nobara said as she threw her clothes on one of the chairs, dragging Maki with her who was also wearing her swimsuit. I chuckled before feeling a pair of hands wrap around my shoulders, "Let's go Y/n!", Yuuji said. "Alright, give me a second.", I said as Yuuji gave me space so I could take off my clothes. I took off my shorts and my shirt before putting my hair up so it wouldn't be so messy once it got wet. I look up to see Yuuji trailing his eyes up my body, "I know I'm hot but you could at least try to hide it", I laughed before grabbing his hand.
His face turned red, "You are hot. You can't blame me.", he said as he tried acting all overly confident. I laughed as I started walking with him hand in hand. I turned back to see Megumi and Inumaki digging a hole for Panda to get in so I figured I'd let them be.
We started running towards the water, slowing down as we reached Maki and Nobara. They were giggling with one another before turning to face us, "Hey losers.", Maki said to us. "Hey, the water feels so nice.", I said as I sunk into it a little. "Oh yeah, it's so hot today so it feels really refreshing.", she responded. Yuuji poured some water on Nobara's head, laughing as she got annoyed and shoved water towards him. "STOP YUUJI! DONT GET ME WET!", she yelled at him in annoyance. He laughed at her before shoving water back at her, "YOU'RE ALREADY WET DUMBASS!". I laughed as Maki let out a small chuckle.
"I have an idea!", I said as I splashed the both of them to get their attention, "Let's have a chicken fight.". Yuuji's eyes lit up before he threw himself onto me, "You're brilliant, my beloved Y/n! What would I ever do without you?!", he said dramatically. I laughed, wrapping my arms around his waist as his were around my neck, "Probably die. But come on, I'll be on top.", I said. He nodded. "Y/n versus Nobara?", Maki asked. I nodded yes. Yuuji went under water and I felt his head come between my legs as he pushed up causing me to scream while laughing. "CAN I GET A WARNING?", I laughed as I looked down at Yuuji who gripped my thighs so I wouldn't fall back.
Nobara got on top of Maki, laughing as she held onto Maki's hair to balance herself. "Ow! Stop pulling my hair!", Maki complained causing the rest of us to laugh. "Okay okay!! 3...2...1...GO!", Nobara said before charging at me, catching me by surprise. We failed to fight back our laughter as we tried to knock each other down. Nobara pushed me back and I grabbed her by her arm almost knocking her down, and she let out a squeal. We kept pushing and shoving each other and soon enough... I actually knocked her down! "YES!!!", Yuuji cheered along with me as we basked in our victory. "We wo-", I was cut off by Yuuji throwing me back off his shoulders.

Nobara and Maki got out of the water to eat but Yuuji and I weren't hungry so we stayed and starting talking about random shit as per usual. "Saiki beats Goku bro I'm not going over this AGAIN.", I said as I flicked his forehead. He groaned, "You know how DUMB you sound??? Goku is literally-". "AHT! I don't care all Saiki has to do is take off his glasses.". Yuuji sighs, "I'm done arguing with you. At the end of the day, Saitama-". "Agreed.", I said, cutting him off causing him to smile.
I smiled back at him, biting my lip, trying not to laugh. There was nothing funny but I can't help but laugh when I'm with him. He looked at me, his smile fading as if he were analyzing me. "What's wrong?", I asked him as I moved my hair away from my face. He kept looking at me starstruck, "You're so beautiful.". I chuckled as I felt an odd feeling in my stomach and my cheeks heat up. "Thanks Yuuji... you're pretty yourself.", I said as I got closer to him, wrapping my arms around his neck while laughing. He just kept looking at me, "I'm serious, Y/n. You're the most beautiful girl I know.", he said as he carried me and wrapped my legs around his waist.
I laughed, not knowing if he was joking or not- rather, knowing he wasn't joking but not knowing how to respond. "Yuuji...".
"I wanna kiss you, Y/n. Can I?".
I looked at him in disbelief, where the hell was this coming from? Do I say yes or- who am I kidding of course I'm gonna say yes. I just... I just don't understand what's going on. "Of course Yuu...", I said before he placed a hand on my cheek and pulled me into him, closing the gap between us. His lips were so soft and he was so gentle yet passionate with me, as if he'd been wanting to do this for such a long time and was savoring the moment. So was I. Kissing Yuuji felt like something... I was meant to do. Like something that was just right.
He pulled away, looking at me with a warm smile as I knew my cheeks were a bright red. I tried speaking but stumbled on my words, "Not how I planned to do this but I think this was perfect.", he said out of the blue. Huh? "Wait what?", I asked him confused . He chuckled, a slight nervousness in his voice, "Well, I've been wanting to kiss you for a really long time now and I've ALSO been wanting to tell you that uh...", he paused, realizing how fast he was talking.
He sighed as i just listened to him, taking in what he was saying to me. "I've been wanting to tell you that... I really love you... not as a friend. I was confused for a long time because I always thought you were pretty and all that but then I wanted to be with you all the time. I think about you non stop with every decision I make, when I go out and I fight, all I can think of is coming back to you. I think about your pretty face and how cute your ugly laugh is... I love everything about you, outside and inside. I really could not understand why I felt this way for you and not Megumi even though you were both my best friends. But, I figured out my feelings, and I realized that I was in love with you. I AM in love with you. I want to be with you, Y/n... I want to be your boyfriend.".
I was stunned. Baffled. I... heading him say those things made me accept that I too had those feelings for him. It took him confessing for me to finally accept what I felt, I knew that I didn't feel for him the way a best friend should feel but I just didn't know what to do so I pushed it away. But... he feels the same way. It's okay for me to feel the way that I feel.... He... he loves me too.
"I love you too Yuuji... I couldn't realize it but I love you too. I really really do!", I exclaimed before crashing my lips onto his. He let out a chuckle of relief before kissing me back, holding onto me tighter. I felt him smile into the kiss before pulling away, "So... you wanna be my girlfriend?", he asked as our faces were centimeters away from each other. I smiled before giving him another peck on the lips, "Of course, Yuuji.". He smiled at me before kissing me yet again, I don't think I can get tired of kissing him, honestly.

"HA Y/N'S MY GIRLFRIEND NOW, SO GIVE ME MY TWENTY BUCKS BITCHES!", Yuuji boasted towards Nobara and the others. "Did you bet on me????", I asked as I put my hands on my hip. He turned to me quickly and got on his knees, gripping onto me, "OF COURSE NOT MY BELOVED, I WOULD NEVER BET ON YOU!", he wailed. I rolled my eyes laughing, "Okay okay, get up you big baby.", I said pulling him off the ground. "Are you serious?", Nobara said in disbelief. "We bet Yuuji couldn't get a girlfriend so we owe him 20 bucks each... and we all owe Inumaki 20 with an extra 10 since HE bet it would be you.", Megumi groaned as he pulled out his wallet.
I look over at Inumaki who just smiled and held out his hands as if waiting for his money, "Bonito flakes.". I chuckled before feeling Yuuji wrap his arms around my waist.
