Rose took it slow when approaching the Lords.

While she walked to them, Eveline no longer bothered to talk.

And, Rose tried her hardest not to think about anything while Eveline is still in her head.

She shook her head and took multiple deep breaths, just to calm her heart rate.

Her heart was beating fast. But why could she be nervous? She would only be telling the Lords about it.

Maybe she's just nervous about confronting Cassandra again, especially after that small breakdown of hers.

"Are you nervous?"

That little annoying voice asked her. She didn't answer. She knew it would only become a more complex conversation.

Soon enough, she finally reached where the Lords were.

Karl was the first to speak up.

"What're you doing here? Shouldn't you be with your parents?"

He sounded like a parent himself. Rose rolled her eyes inwardly, and she was almost too sure that Eveline giggled at that.

"I'm fine, dad. Anyway, I just wanna tell you all something." Rose said, sarcastic before telling what she came there for.

Karl seemed to scrunch his face at the sarcasm but shook his head and adjusted his glasses.

Everyone else turned to look at her. Rose glanced at Cassandra and she seemed annoyed at just her appearance to them.

They waited patiently for her, maybe except for that doll and the black-haired vampire.

Rose cleared her throat, before finally saying it.

"I met with... Bela."

The air suddenly froze. It turned cold all of a sudden and Rose felt goosebumps starting to appear on her arm.

The Lords stared at her in utter disbelief.

"Are you... Are you serious?" Karl asked her, his voice deep with a tinge of something else she couldn't quite describe in it.

She nodded. She glanced at the hooded women again and saw them basically attempting to not swarm to her.

She licked her dry lips as she waited for another response.

"...What did she say?"

There it is.

The question she wanted asked to her was finally asked. It turns out it was the doll that broke the silence for all of them.

Rose stuttered for awhile, before finally steeling herself.

"Um... She said that she'll always be here with you. With her family." Rose said, enacting what the mold told her to say.

She heard Eveline giggle, a genuine giggle out of delight, inside her head.

Rose broke out a smile when she saw Alcina's face. It was really softened, and fond with a smile, although her golden eyes were looking down.

She glanced at Karl and he was tilting his hat downward. Salvatore didn't hide much as he seemed to be wiping at his eyes.

The doll didn't say or do anything but look down as Donna looked down with it.

The Dimitrescu sisters were the most surprised, however.

Cassandra swarmed up to her and held her shoulders tight.

"What else did she say?" the raven asked as she basically glared at Rose.

Rose backed up from the pressure being given to her shoulders. Cassandra, noticing this, backs away as well.

"She said she forgives you, too." Rose continued while checking her jacket for any damage.

Cassandra silenced as soon as Rose finished that short sentence. She backed up and swarmed away to the castle. Daniela, seeing this, followed her sister back as well.

After a moment more of silence, it was finally broken with a shot word of gratitude.

"Thank you, Rosemary."

Alcina said as she directed her smile at Rose. The blonde couldn't help but smile back.

Karl sighed. "Damn. I wish I did more with the kid before she left." he said, looking up at the sky while holding onto his hat.

"...dummy. There's no way she will ever see my cute friends again. That's not possible." Angie said after awhile as it covered its unreadable face with Donna's veil.

"Is... That so..." Donna continued for her doll as she glanced briefly at Rose. The blonde saw her head move so she had an idea as to where she was looking at.

She nodded at them lastly before taking the Red pendant off of her neck.

She brought it in front of her and stared at it for awhile before sighing and bringing it to Alcina's direction.

"I don't think I deserve this." Rose said as she offered the pendant to Alcina.

The tall woman stayed silent for awhile, before smiling again and taking the pendant from Rose's small hand, compared to hers.

She saw the fondness in Alcina's eyes as she stared at the pendant.

"A happy ending."

Rose couldn't help but slightly agree with Eveline on this one. But there was a sad tint to the child's voice when she said that.

Karl glanced at Alcina, and then to the pendant. He said nothing as he then set his gaze to an approaching Ethan Winters.

"Rose. So you've met them already." Ethan said as he glanced at the Lords.

Alcina was too busy staring at the pendant to give Ethan any mind. Ethan noticed the pendant on her hand.

He turned to Rose, "Rose, did you give-"

"Yeah." Rose cut her father off.

Ethan paused, and then smiled. He never thought his daughter could ever be this amazing.

He smiled at her, and then to the Lords.

"It was nice meeting you all." he suddenly said, earning a grumble from both Karl and Angie.

Donna nodded at him through the veil and Alcina shook her head once she put the pendant away from her sight.

"I only liked Rosemary's company, Winters." she said, a frown on her face as she stared at him with disdain.

He scratched the back of his neck sheepishly, because of the tall woman's never-ending hatred for men.

He shook his head back, but the smile stayed on his face.

Suddenly, Salvatore approached Ethan. "S-sir Ethan," the deformed-man started. Ethan raised a brow.

"I-I just wanted to say, if you want, you can always visit my reservoir." he finally said. Ethan's brows lifted at the silly request, but nodded anyway.

Rose watched at how casually her father conversed with all these... freaks.

"Freaks... Ironic, isn't it."

Yet again, Rose ignored Eveline's statement. But yeah, freaks isn't the right word.

Rose felt Karl's gaze on her, but when she turned to look at him his stare was already elsewhere.

Soon enough, the Lords were already starting to go back to their domains.

Ethan and Mia were also starting to move back into the aircraft.

Chris finally approached Rose.

-----

"Wait." Rose said when she was already close to the aircraft.

Chris turned to look at her with a raised brow. Rose sighed.

"Look, I'm sorry, uncle, but I really have to do this for a short while." Rose said as she started to go back into the direction of the castle.

Chris stayed there, not given any time to answer the blonde as he stood, frowning again.

"Chris?" Ethan asked from the inside of the aircraft and Chris turned his neck to face him.

Ethan looked around and saw no sign of Rosemary.

"...huh? I thought we're going back." Ethan frowned as well when he finally noticed.

Chris gulped. "You let her off again, didn't you?" Ethan asked and Chris could only nod.

Ethan shook his head, but his frown soon disappeared.

"Fine. I guess we... can wait here for awhile longer." the blonde male continued after a moment.

Mia didn't seem too pleased when she heard what Ethan said, but she also let it go.

They can wait for their daughter a while longer.

Chris glanced at the other aircraft with the machine gun.

He turned back around to where Rosemary went off to once he saw his soldier already prepping to go up for flight.

He can also wait, matter of fact.

He sighed. "I regret ever agreeing to bringing that kid here."

He paused.

"Blue Umbrella's gonna kill me."
