***Lucy's p.o.v***
I sighed as I stared at the thermometer in my hand.
"Nooooo! I can still- be S-class!" Natsu tried to utter out.
I shook my head, "Sorry Natsu but with a fever of 104 you're not going anywhere."
"But-" Natsu tried.
"You can't Natsu. You'll never be able to stand against Wendy in this state let alone Erza!" I told him.
"Yeah, Gray will make fun of you forever if you try to go like this," Happy told him.
Natsu groaned, "But I worked so hard for this!"
I smiled softly at him, "I know, but you'll be able to next year."
Natsu sighed, "Yeah... well good luck helping Cana. I hope she gets S-class instead of Gray."
I smiled at him, "You didn't think I was going to leave you behind, did you? I'm going to stay here and take care of you."
"Aye and me too!" Happy exclaimed.
"Wha? But what about Cana?" Natsu asked.
"Laki already said she would take over as Cana's partner for me," I smiled.
Natsu smiled weakly up at me, "Thanks Luce."
***Timeskip***
I didn't know what saying goodbye to my guildmates meant at the time. I thought I would only see them again in a few days, but I never expected... years to go by.
Hearing of their disappearance was a shock to everyone, especially Natsu.
Natsu of course never believed they were dead, even when the magic counsel stopped by to explain it was Agnologia's doing.
Natsu constantly went out to search for anyone with Happy.
He kept searching, and every time someone got down or sad, he would always cheer them up.
He never gave up on his guild. He even sacrificed being the number one guild for his guildmates.
Natsu kept all of us strong, which made me fall in love, with him.
As the years went by Natsu and I got married, adopted children, and had our own children.
We missed our friends dearly, but we never forgot them. We still searched for them, believing that one day, they would finally return home.
***Timeskip***
"Nashi! Be nice to your older sister's!" I yelled at her.
"Yeah, just because you can breathe fire doesn't mean you have to melt our swords," Mikasa scolded.
"Yeah! I worked hard to get the jewel for mine," Sasha argued.
"Whatever, your Reequip magic is nothing compared to my dragon slayer magic anyway," Nashi grumbled.
"At least Nezuko has more control of her Blood Demon slayer magic compared to you Nashi, and besides, Kanao's flower magic and my rune and letter magic are a lot more complex than both of your Reequip magic, Mikasa and Sasha, so quit complaining about Nashi ruining your swords because you leave them around all the time," Rueshi, the oldest son scolded.
"Please don't drag me into this," Kanao spoke softly.
"You're such a show off Rueshi," Nashi grumbled.
"It's not that big a deal, Nashi is still having trouble controlling her magic. I'm sure she'll get the hang of it soon," Nezuko spoke trying to ease the argument.
"All your magic is impressive, but you might want to watch out for little Haru as he's already showing signs of having Lucy's celestial magic," Natsu laughed.
"Aye!" Happy agreed.
"Please don't join in the kid's argument," I sighed at him.
Natsu laughed.
We walked into the guildhall that morning to find most of the members missing.
"Where the heck is everybody?" Natsu questioned.
"Natsu!"
Turning, we noticed Romeo running over.
"Hey Romeo!" Natsu grinned as the two fist bumped.
"Guess what Natsu! Tenrou Island is back!" Romeo exclaimed.
"What?!?" We all exclaimed.
"Yeah, Blue Pegasus stopped by early this morning and said they found it! The others left to check it out while Dad and I hold down the fort," Romeo explained.
"I don't believe it," I cried.
"It's been 15 years," Natsu cried.
"Natsu, do you think-?" I asked him.
"Of course! You know them! I'm sure there fine! Even after 15 years!" Natsu cried happily wiping away his tears.
"Mom? Dad? Is everything alright?" The kids asked.
"Yeah, you're about to meet our long lost friends," I smiled happily through my tears.
***Timeskip***
"We're home!" Gray and the others cheered.
"Ha! Took you long enough!" Natsu laughed, gaining everyone's attention.
"Natsu!?!" Everyone gasped.
"You're so much older!" Erza exclaimed surprised.
"Well that's what happens when you disappear for 15 years. You guys on the other hand look like you haven't aged a day," I spoke up gaining their attention once more.
"Lucy!?" They gasped.
"Yup!" I smiled as I waved.
"Is that really you Lu?" Levy questioned surprised.
"It's really me Levy, it's nice to see you again," I smiled as my lip quivered and tears started to fall down my cheeks.
"Oh Lu," Levy muttered sadly.
"I just really missed you guys," I smiled through my tears.
"Yeah," Natsu agreed as a couple tears fell down his cheeks too.
"We missed you so much!" Happy cried.
"Well we're all here now," Erza smiled.
"Yeah..." I smiled.
"Mom? Dad? Who are these people?" Nashi asked as she and the others poked around Natsu's and I's legs.
"Mom?! Dad?!" The others gasped.
Macao laughed, "Yeah, these two are married and these are all their kids."
The others stared at the kids dumbfounded as Natsu and I chuckled nervously.
"Yup, these are ours. Meet Mikasa, Sasha, Kanao, Nezuko, Rueshi, Nashi, and Little Haru," Natsu said introducing everyone.
"Woah man," Gray muttered surprised.
"So many babies," Juvia gasped.
"Yes!" Mira cheered happily.
"Man you guys were busy," Elfman muttered with a blush.
Natsu and I flushed deeply.
"N-no! The first four are adopted," I flushed.
"Mom, what do they mean?" Nashi asked.
"I'll tell you when you're older," I muttered with a sigh.
"Well what are we waiting for? Everyone is finally back together! Let's party!" Natsu cheered.
"Yeah!" Everyone yelled.
The guild partied hard that day. Harder than they ever have.
"You both know Reequip magic?" Erza questioned surprised.
"Yup and we're pretty good at it," Mikasa exclaimed.
"We would love some pointers though!" Sasha exclaimed.
"Of course, I'll be happy to help!" Erza smiled pridefully.
"You know Rune and Letter magic?" Levy questioned surprised.
"Yup! I'm a master at both!" Rueshi grinned triumphantly.
"But do you guys have any advice for improvement?" Rueshi asked embarrassed.
"Yeah! We would be happy to help!" Levy smiled.
"Of course. I'm glad there is someone else invested in the art of rune magic," Freed spoke with a smile.
"C'mon Nashi! Let's show Ice Breath and Metal Head how a dragon slayer really fights!" Natsu laughed.
"Yeah!" Nashi cheered with him.
"You can try Pyro!" Gray grinned.
"Bring it on Salamander!" Gajeel grinned.
"I can't believe how much older you are Happy," Carla smiled.
"Yup, I bet I'm stronger than even Lily now!" Happy grinned.
"Wanna bet?" Lily grinned.
"Bring it on Lily!" Happy smiled.
After all, who wouldn't be happy, everyone was finally back together again.
"Mommy? Why are you crying? Aren't you happy?" Little Haru asked from my arms.
"Yeah," I chuckled happily through my tears.
"Everything's perfect," I smiled.
