As soon as i get home, i get some leftovers and snack on them. i then put netflix on and wait for mum and dad but i fall asleep and the day passes to the next day.

"Guys, they're sending me away." Cole panicked
I snatched the leaflet out of his hands.
"Let me see." Melanie takes it
"How could they do this to you?" I gasped "I'll try and convince them not to."
"Trust me that won't work. They've already made up their minds" Cole says
"It's not you. it's this place making you crazy." Mel assured "You need to get out of here."
"I agree on that. This place has caused you some trauma." I add on
"We're all going to lake this weekend. Just come with me. I'm leaving at lunch. Y/n you can come too."
"My parent's would never allow me to do that."
"You're not gonna ask your parents, just like i'm not asking my dad and i already took his car." She insisted
"You took your dads car?" he questions
"I'm coming, i need to get out of this shithole." I interrupt
"Great we have one, now we need you Cole. So?"
"I don't know. I mean if Y/n is going then i wouldn't mind. But it's still not a good idea because--" He is interrupted by his pills dropping
"Uh, they're pills to make me less anxious. But they make me feel like someone else. And i pass out." He explains
"Cole why are you stressing out for?" I ask placing a hand on his shoulder.
"Because-"
"It's no big deal. I mean everyone is on some shit." She claimed
"Really?"
"Yeah"
I zone out of their convo until i hear phoebe being mentioned.
I look over and Diego is talking to her, out of context i hear her say "Oh yeah i can't wait to finger you."

i tune into Cole's and mel's conversation.
"Unclear, but i heard she killed her parents." Mel gossips
"Mels we don't know if that's true don't spread rumours." I preached
"Whatever." She rolls her eyes
They continue to talk and i walk over to Phoebe. I notice a Rabbit in her locker, she looks terrified.
"Phoebe are you okay?" I ask startling her
She takes the bunny out and takes a piece of paper out of the eye.
"Did you put this in here?" She looks around
"No why, what happened?" I ask
"It's nothing..." She changes her expression "Are you going to the lake?
"Yeah, you'll be going right?"
"Yeah I'll say hello to you if i see you there." she says and walks off
i walk back over to Cole.
"Having fun with melanie?" I tease
"No." He protested "Are you friends with the new girl?"
"Yeah why?" I ask
"She seems cool." He responded
"Yeah she is. and she likes your old movies that no one knows." I joke
"Hey, don't judge me. They're good." He puts his hands up with a silly smile on his face
"Yeah keep telling yourself that." I smirk "I'm going to bunk, so i can leave to go to the lake i'll meet you outside if you're coming." I say
"Okay. I'll talk to you later." We hug and he goes to class

Cole runs out and opens the car door.
I jump up with excitement. "You came!"
That's what she said. I'm sorry for that.
"Yep, and I'm not going back." He says happily
Melanie grabs his hand and then mine, somehow I was in the back.
"The three musketeers."
"This is the sickest car I've ever seen!" Jimmy smooshes his face at the window
My face full of disgust
"Why the fuck are they here?" I question Melanie
"I'm sorry.. it was last minute." She replies
"Sure it was." I shake my head in disappointment
Boom Boom pushes coles seat forward to get in, and his head smashed against the dashboard.
"Ouch. Are you okay?" I ask whilst Boom Boom sat next to me
"Yeah, I'm fine." Cole fake smiles. "I've only just had my head smashed on the dashboard."
"Come on, Boom Boom. Move it." He says
Diego gets in and I'm squished against the window
"Come on!" I say in agony
Coles head gets smashed into the dashboard again.
"Stop doing that." He Mumbles
"You guys are doing to much, stop smashing his head forward." I say
"It's not our problem." Diego laugh
"Time to go." Melanie starts the engine
Boom Boom is practically on my lap. I'm very squished. It actually hurts. I shouldn't be complaining at least my head wasn't smashed against the dashboard

"Ooh silly string." He sprays everywhere including me
"You idiot." I huffed
Jimmy laughs and sprays more at me.
"I swear if you do that one more time."I shake my head
"Sorry princess." He jokes and i give a disgusted face. "He's paying."
He sprays me again but he leaves before I could run up and attack him. I'm just left raging but i suck it up and, I go back to filling my drink with slushie.
"Thanks for the help guys." I say sarcastically
"Sorry, I didn't know what to do." Cole says apologetically
"It's fine." I sigh
"Again, I didn't know they were driving with us until last minute." Melanie insisted
"It's okay, you already told us." He continues to fill his slush up
"But as soon as we get to the houseboat, we're going to have so much fun." She reasons
"It's fine, we can avoid them. If you wanted to be with them just tell us." I say taking a sip of my lovely and refreshing slushie
"Yeah if you just wanted to hang out with them, it's fine no need to explain." Says Cole
He and Melanie look at eachother and smile
"Hey, Melanie?" He asks
"Yeah?" She replies
"Thank you for believing me. And honestly Y/n, thank you for believing me aswell. You weren't even there, and you still believed and continued to be my friend." Cole expressed
The corner of my lips move upwards.
"People who didn't believe you are idiots. There was a lot of proof that it happened." I say
I go up to Cole and give him a quick hug.
"You know, you are one of my best friends." I let go of the hug
"I know that." He pokes my side
I jump back and laugh
"You know you're one of my best friends as well." Melanie interrupts out laughter
"Yep... best friends." Cole whispers under his breath
I give him a reassuring rub on the back.
"Which ones should I get?" She asks picking up a pair of glasses and placing them on his face
"La perfect!" She says
"Yeah?" He grins
"Yeah, it's perfect for the lake. Amazing, don't you think N/n?" She looks at me
"Yeah, perfect." I give a fake smile
Melanie kissing his cheek and a rush of jealousy courses through my veins.
I frown and take a sip of my now melting slushie.
Why was I jealous? I mean he just got kissed by Melanie, well on the cheek, and they've kissed before. Maybe it's because it feels like she's leading him on although she's in a relationship. Or maybe? Nah i don't know.
Cole must have noticed me because he frown with a confused look on his face.
"Are you okay?" He asks
"Yeah, you seem a little sad." Melanie adds on
"I'm okay." I say
Melanie leaves the shop. And Cole and I go towards the till to pay for the things I grab a packet of Cheetos.
"Hey." A woman in a very revealing outfit says to us
"Hey. Uh." Cole replies
"I'm sorry this may sound rude but is this outfit even allowed? Don't get me wrong I love it though." I ask
"Y/n you can't just ask why someone is wearing an outfit." Cole harshly whispers into my ear and wraps an arm around my shoulder
"It's fine, I wear whatever I want. And it's hot out. And thank you for the compliment." She explains
"I'm sorry for asking that I was rude of me." I say
"It's alright. You guys want anything else?"
Cole looks over at the "rubber"... and I stifle a laugh
"You sure you looked right behind me, and that's where the rubbers are." She smirks "Do you want some?
"Oh no. She... she has a boyfriend." He looks down
"Doesn't look like it to me." She eyes the both of us
Cole's arm immediately drops from his shoulder and my stomach flutters. What the fuck, why is it doing that.
"No, you're thinking the wrong person, it's not me. The other one." I say in embarrassment
"Yeah." Cole blushes
"Oh her. she's definitely not into him. She's into you."
"Really?" Cole asks
"Yeah but I'm sure she's not the only one who is." She winks at me
My eyes go wide. Does she think I like him.
"Magnum Xls. It's the Tiffany's box of cond-."
Yep I don't want to hear that. So I just open the door and leave.
