Chapter twenty-five - Nightmares
"Bye Chase I'll call you tomorrow" I said and waved bye. Chase waved bye as I moved my mouse arrow to the red end call botton. Chase's face disappeared from my screen an I closed my computer. I was now bored again. It was about an hour since I last checked. 11:30.
I decided to check up on Vinnie since he didn't come back yet. I wasn't worried, just curious since it was getting late.

I chuckled softly as I locked my phone. I walked into the bathroom and brushed my teeth before I slipped into a oversized shirt and nike pros. I unbraided my hair and brushed it out, getting the tangles out of there. I took off the makeup on my face and washed it with cleanser, then moisterizing. I took of my rings except for one, which is the ring Chase and I bought for each other.
For Christmas when I was sixteen, Chase and I bought rings for each other, but, we had bought the similar rings, I'm not even kidding. our rings were literally siblings.
I bought him a custom made dragon ring, I thought it was pretty cool, and for the head was made out of Emerald, which was his birthstone. And for me, was also a dragon, but the dragon was somewhat like protecting the ruby stone in the middle, which is my birthstone.
I honestly thought it was adorable so I usually never take it off. Tonight was one of those days.
I exited the bathroom and walked to the big bed. I sat down and grabbed my phone. It was now time to post on Instagram.

I watched some videos on my computer as I tried drifting off to sleep. On my block was a favorite of mine so I watched a couple episodes of it before switching to riverdale. A few episodes after that I fell asleep.

Vinnies pov
"It's getting late, I should get going" I said and got up from my seat.
"Dixie has been texting me for the past 20 minutes trying to get me back to the hotel room."
"Aww they miss you" Jett teased
"Who's they?" Noah asked
"Sophia and Dixie, they miss you two huh?"
"Sophia hasn't texted me, she must've fallen asleep." I said and opened the door out of the room.

I tapped the key card to let myself into the hotel room and as soon as I heard the lock sound, I opened the door in the quietest way possible.
As I closed the door behind me I saw Sophia peacefully sleeping infront of her computer, which was still playing Riverdale on Netflix. I closed shut her computer and placed it on the table across the room. I grabbed the remote that was laying next to her and turned off the T.V.
I pulled the sheets over her body and dimed the lights in the room. She looked peaceful. Calm. It's just sad the things that happened in her life. But now I just want to make her happy. As happy as I could make her.
God I've fallen in love with her.

Sophia's pov
Meanwhile in Sophia's dream.
"Kevin stop!" I screamed as Kevin once again threw another vase onto the floor, causing it to shatter into pieces.
Tear fell down my face as Kevin kept yelling and breaking stuff in his house. He's been screaming about a friend. He thought that I had been secretly cheating on him with his friend, Justin.
"Justin and I were just talking!" I shouted as Kevin made his way back to me.
"You two were so close, you think that's talking?!" He yelled into my face as I cried. Before I knew it, his hand was now on my neck. He grasped on it as I gasped for air.
"K-Kevin please" I said as I tried slapping his hand away from me. My voice cracked as I tried saying another word. I could feel my walls closing up as I coughed.
"Kevin.." I said
End of Sophia's dream.
"Kevin!" I exclaimed as I quickly sat up with my hand on my throat gasping for air. Vinnie was still awake on his phone so right when I said Kevin's name he jumped up and quickly walked over to the bed where I was laying down.
"Kevin isn't here Sophia, it's just me" Vinnie said as tears fell down in fear "hey it's ok, I'm right here" he said and pulled me closer to him.
He held my hand as my head rested on his shoulder. He would constantly say things like "he isn't here" and "it was just a dream" which made me feel a little better as the minutes pass by. My breath was still shaky as my eyes began to close.

Still holding her hand, I noticed that she had once again drifted asleep so I laied her back down and let her rest.
