Jennie's pov:
The girls and I, well except for Lisa, decided to head to the Waffle House after the match.
It was kinda awkward though because Suzy wouldn't really say anything. So that lead Jisoo and Seulgi to start the conversations and the topics didn't really... spike my interest.
Seulgi kept taking about all the girls he would date this year, and Jisoo was talking about sports.
The only decent person would probably have been Ryujin, but even for her, she stayed more quieter than usual.
I decided to leave shortly after arriving when my mom texted me that her and dad are home so I said my bye's to the girls and left.
And now, here I am, sitting on my couch being bored out of my mind.
It was 4:00, and tomorrow would be my last weekend day, Sunday, until I would have to go back to school.
I start to think of all the events that happened earlier today.
Just this morning, I was being woken up by Lisa Manoban.
Oh I'm sorry, THE Lisa Manoban.
And the girls who I met, and called me their friend.
Did the girls really consider me as their friend?
I want to believe them, I really do, but maybe the fear of being rejected makes me be somewhat doubtful that it even meant anything.
Do I want them to be my friends?
Well... I think so.
They were actually really nice, and I feel so bad for judging them in the hallway because of the fight.
But I mean, if they did forget about me, I would at least still have Rośe.

I forgot to call Rośe!!
I quickly scramble in my bag to find my phone to see that I had 4 missed calls and 18 text messages from Rośe.

Yeah, that pretty much sums up all the text messages I got.
I just decide to call her since it would be easier on my part.
I wait a couple of seconds before the other line picks up.
"Hello" I hear from the other end of the phone.
"Hi... " You know, the innocent voice you make when you know you did something you feel guilty for.
"Jennie!!!" She says loudly into the phone. This is why I don't call people very often.
"The one and only." I joke.
"Why haven't you been answering your phone?"
"Um... I was a little busy."
"Oh okay. So wanna hangout before school starts on Monday?"
I mean, if I declined the offer I would for one feel tremendously bad, and two, I think I really want to get to know Rośe more than just my friend from school.
"Sure. Is tomorrow okay?"
"Yes!!" She answers excitedly.
We make up plans before we hang up.
"Hey Jennie." I hear from the kitchen.
I look over to see my mom standing there with two oven mitts on and looking exhausted.
"Need help?" I laugh at her distressed face.

I was sitting in my room, you know, just minding my own business reading my book when I start to hear loud knocks coming from my bed room window.
Just ignore it Jennie, in any case, it's just an idiot who is really bad at murdering people.
A few more knocks later though, I start to get really annoyed so I walk over and open the curtains to see a smirking Lisa with a big pile of pebbles in her hand.
First of all...
Where did she get pebbles from?
She signals me to open up my window and I do so.
I don't know why but suddenly I just feel so shy around her.
Her doe eyes just somehow captivate me, with her wet hair dripping down the side of her face and onto her black shirt. Clearly showing that she just came out of the shower.
Well, at least she had more than just a bath towel on.
"Hi" I say in a low whisper.
"Hey" She says back in the same tone.
Talk about really awkward.
"So... my parents wanted me to ask you if you ever wanted to come over again."
"They want me to?"
"Yeah my mom seems to really like you." She says and laughs silently as if recalling her saying that to her.
"Well atleast they don't hate my guts." I say back with a smile.
"Who could ever hate you princess."
"So.. um.. are you okay?"
She looks at me questionably.
"About well, earlier.. "
She looks like she is thinking for an answer, but I really just want to yell out that she doesn't have to.
"Nothing you need to worry about young one."
"Young one?"
"Yeah, as in you are a young one?" She says and smirks... again.
The cockiness has yet returned.
"May I remind you that I am only one year younger than you."
I try to be serious, but every time I am even around her I can't seem to stop smiling.
"Yeah that makes you a young one."
"So does that mean you are an old one?" I say and laugh. Her smirk instantly drops and it is replaced with a scowl.
"I'm not old." She says hurtfully, but I can tell that she is just joking.
This causes my smile to become even wider.
"Yes you are." I say back.
"I am only one year older than you."
"Yeah, and that makes you an old one." I say repeating what she just said to me.
She notices this and her scowl becomes bigger.
"Well said Jennie, well said."
"Thank you." I grin back.
We fall into another silence, but this was a comfortable silence.
"What are you reading?" She asks pointing to the book laying on my bed.
"A book?"

"No shit, what book are you reading?"
"Oh, it's a book about -.. "
"Yawn" She says and covers her mouth. "Sorry your nerdness was boring me."
"I'm sorry?"
"So.. what did you think about the match.. horribly crushing on me already?"
"No"

"But I'll give it to you, how did you learn to fight like that?"
"Lets just say, I started this at a... younger age."
Suddenly, my thoughts from earlier start to consume my mind.
What does Lisa consider me?
"What's going through that little head of yours"

"About?"
"Wouldn't you like to know?" I grin at her. She scoffs and rolls her eyes.
Her beautiful... doe eyes.. AGH
When I thought things couldn't get any worse, Lisa does the unthinkable.
She takes her shirt off.
There were two things bothering me, one, how she just took it off like it was nothing while I basically feel like I'm chocking on air, and two, her six pack.
Of course she has a freakin six pack.
"Are you done checking me out?"
No not really.
I ignore her question and focus somewhere other than her six pack.
"Can you please put your shirt back on?"
"Why, is my six pack bothering you?"
Yes.
I don't reply, causing her to smirk.
"It's tough being such a sex symbol."
