It has been so peaceful without mr pull string around. Though, it's kind of sucked not having Buzz or Y/n around, I didn't mind those 2, I get along with them.
"B-3" for sure!
Although, I'm not going in and playing hero for anyone if it benefits Woody, I know what he did.
Although Andy has been real bummed. I get it, some of his treasured toys have vanished of the face of the earth and with the move to the new house, just hours away.
"Miss! G-6" Hamm calls from the other side of the board. I swear he's cheating, he's got my hat for god sakes.
"Oh! You sunk it!" This guy, I swear!
Playing battleships with Y/n would be funner right now. I've been playing against Hamm non stop. Im use to switching up my competition every few rounds.
"Are you peeking?" I question Hamm. He has to be peeking. How is he this good at battleships already!
Y/n hasn't played yet and I'm sure I'd win the first few rounds until she starts catching onto top and tricks, but those first few rounds. I'd be king!
"Oh quit your whining and pay up"
My pride is slipping away fast.
I go to give Hamm my ear but he rejects.
"No, no not the ear. Gimme the nose"
and asks for my nose?!
"Come on"
'Not the 'stache!'
"How about 3 out of 5?" I propose.
I go to hand Hamm my nose when we hear yelling.
"Hey guys! hey! Guys!"
Hamm and I look towards where the yelling is coming from, outside. Sid's window, being lifted.
'Who's that, is that... ugh Woody- wait and Y/n. Wha- how?!'
"Son of a building block?! It's Y/n and Woody!" I exclaim out loud.
"He's in the psycho's bedroom!"
The 2 of them, on the other side of the fence in toy hell waving their arms around like their lives depend on it. They probably do.
"Hey everyone it's the Sheriff and his deputy" Hamm calls to the room of toys and they all drop everything and dash up to us on the desk.
Y/ᑎ ᑭOᐯ
Once we finally make it into Sid's room after practically dragging Buzz. He sits on the floor with his arm.
I'm not to sure that he's ok mentally but,
he's safe physically for now. What could happen? Sid's toys? No it's broad day light ,they only strike at night.
I boost Woody up onto the desk, chuck the Fairy lights up to him and then he swings me up.
Before opening the window I spot Hamm and Mr. Potato Head sitting in front of the window playing battleships.
'Aww I wanna play that one play too. Now I really wanna get back to Andy's.'
Together we hoist the window up and start to call out to Hamm and Potato head, trying to get their attention.
I haven't really been thinking about home lately. I have been so caught up on surviving Sid's and making sure the 2 boys don't kill each other.
"Hey guys! Hey, guys!" Woody shouts out
They have actually been getting along pretty well, it's been an easier job than anticipated.
"Hi!!" I call out laughing and feeling relived. We are finally going home, safe and sound.
Now that I am in front of the window and can see the sky clearly, there are quite a few dark clouds forming, let's just hope this is fast.
"Everyone! It's Woody and Y/n!" Hamm turns around and calls to everyone while Potato head rubs his eyes, checking this is in fact happening.
Within seconds Rex, Bo and Slink gather at the window looking at us like it's a dream.
"Woody?"
"Your kidding!"
"Y/N!"
Woody turns to me and grabs my shoulders "we're gonna get out of here Y/n!"
I can feel his energy radiating of him, like heat waves. He's bursting on the inside, I'm surprised fate has been so kind.
"Hey Buzz! Buzz guess what!" I look over the edge of the desk to tell Buzz the news but he's... going through it.
On the floor, Buzz, with his broken arm, playing bombs away, still wearing the apron. Am I probably going to become a therapist today? Yes I am.
I look back to the guys in Andy's room, More toys have gathered.
"Hey look!" Rex calls
'I wonder what they think about me and Buzz and the window mistake'
"Woody!" Bo calls, looking relived
'Do they care? Oh hey haven't noticed Buzz not up here with us yet'
"Boy am I glad to see you guys!" Woody calls back to the group.
"I knew you 2 would come back!" Slink says.
Oh, I have missed slinky.
"What are you doing over there" Bo asks
Buzz, Woody and I are so dirty. I haven't realised until now, looking at the guys at Andy's. Eww.
"It's a long story Bo" I call, as I help Woody with the fairy lights.
"We will explain later, here catch this!" Woody says before he tosses one end of the fairy lights and I hold the other.
Slinky reaches up and catches it. "I got it!"
I can tell Rex is pumped with his attitude. "He got it!"
"Good going slink! Now tie it onto something, like the window lock." I call out, while doing the same thing.
Out of the blue, Potato head speaks up and grabs the fairy lights. "Wait, wait, wait! I have got a better idea! How about we don't!"
"Hey?!" Slink gasps
"Potato head?!" Bo speaks up. Thank you Bo!
"Did you all take stupid pills this morning?! Have you forgotten what he did to Buzz and Y/n?!" Potato head points out.
Woody turns to me and grabs my cheeks, forcing me to look at him
"No, no don't listen to him Y/n! It's was a mistake, I didn't intend for this all to happen! I just wanted Buzz to get knocked behind the desk not FLY outta the window!"
I just listen quietly to what Woody has to say. To be honest, I don't think he's lying.
Although I do think that he's jealous, well I know he at least was jealous. It shows. He got caught up inside his head and then karma came back and bit him.
"It just so happened that you were trying to help and the lamp flew around! Please you gotta believe me!" He finishes, dropping his hands down.
In the distance, potato head is still blabbing on. "And now you want him back over here?! And as for Y/n, she would worship Woody if he asked her too, I'm sure she's keeping his secrets"
I can only scoff. "Uh! Excuse me?!"
Woody now turns to the toys on the other side of the fence to fight his case, me by his side.
"No, no, no! You have it all wrong, potato head. Buzz is fine, buzz is right here! He's with me and Y/n!" Woody mentions
"It's true, I swear on my life, he's just down here on the floor!" I point behind me with my thumb, trying to convince, mostly potato head.
"You are a liar Woody." Potato head sounds out.
"No I'm not! You heard it from Y/n here herself, Buzz is here!"
Woody then turns around and speaks to Buzz "Buzz, come over here and tell the nice toys that, that your not dead."
Buzz is occupied looking at the communicator sticker on his broken arms wrist and peeling it off, chucking into the distance all scrunched up.
'Welp'
Woody looks back smiling nervously "just a sec" before pulling me out of view of the window.
Calling back down to Buzz Woody says "Buzz, would you get up here and give us a hand?!"
Buzz only looks at us briefly before chucking his broken arm up onto the desk in front of us.
"Looks like someone missed their calling to become a comedian" I roll my eyes
"Ha, ha that's very funny Buzz, THIS IS SERIOUS!" Woody stomps at the end.
"What are we meant to do with that Buzz" I groan
"Hey Woody?! Where did you go?" We hear Rex call out.
Woody and I frantically look at each other for what to do.
"He's lying, Buzz ain't there"
I grab Buzz's arm and hide behind the window sill while Woody chats away to 'Buzz'
"Oh! Hi Buzz! Why don't you say hi, to the guys over there?" Woody sound very forced and weirdly causal but we gotta fake it till we make it. Literally.
My turn to put in the show. Faking my best Buzz voice I call and move Buzz's arm "Hi ya, fellas, to infinity and beyond!"
"Hey look it's Buzz!"
"Hey Buzz, let's show the guys our new secret handshake!" Woody says
I look at Woody, wide eyes, freaking out on the inside.
'Handshake?! What do I do! It will be obvious if I stuff it up!'
Woody snaps me a look with his eyes, shutting me up, even though I'm not speaking verbally.
Somehow we manage to improvise a handshake.
"Give me five man!"
'Oh my god, no'
"So, you see? We're friends now, guys! Aren't we Buzz?" Woody says. I have a feeling the guys are buying it.
"You bet give me a hug" I wrap Buzz's arm around Woody's back. He pulls in and I get a rush of butterflies in my stomach.
'He's so close to me right now, almost in line with my chest. He's smiling and laughing, ugh I would kill to be Bo. Hold on, did I just admit to myself that... ARGH! Focus on the topic at hand!'
"Oh, Hahaha! I love you, too!"
'Can he NOT do that to me!'
Back over in Andy's window I just hear Slinky speak. "See, it's is Buzz, now give back the lights Potato head!"
"Wait just a minute! What's are you trying to pull?!" Potato head yells at us.
Innocently Woody replies "nothing"
But what doesn't look so innocent is that Woody, who's still holding onto the arm along with me, accidentally pulls Buzz's arm and me out from hiding from behind the sill.
Screams and gasps are heard as well as Rex spewing up his guts.
The looks of shock, horror, disappointed and disgust on the groups faces make my heart drop.
'I feel like a deer in headlights or that I was caught naked with Wood- NOoOOO0O! ARGHHH! ok, deep breaths.'
Woody grabs the served arm from my hands and hides it behind his back, as if it would change things.
"Oh that's disgusting" Hamm looks at us.
The clouds are crowding above and are much more darker now.
"MURDER!" Potato head screamed at Woody.
"No! No No No!" Both Woody and I yelled
"You murdering dog!" Potato says back.
"No it's not what you think I swear!" I yell leaning slightly over the window sill and starting to panic
'They aren't going to let us back over, we are doomed.'
"Save it for the jury! I hope Sid pulls out your voice box ya creep" Potato head drops the lights.
'NO!'
"NO PLEASE! DON'T LEAVE! PLEASE JUST LISTEN!" I scream breaking down as the group start to move away.
At the same time, Woody is yelling out too. "NO NO, DON'T LEAVE! DON'T LEAVE! YOU'VE GOTTA HELP US, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE OVER HERE!"
Potato head and Hamm say something to the group of toys who are leaving the window, though slinky stays.
Slinky down look how he looked when he saw us for the first time or when he though Buzz was behind the window sill.
"Slinky! Please! Don't go!" I call weaker this time.
"Come back! Slink, Slink! Listen to me!" Woody weakly calls too.
Slinky doesn't look either of us in the eye, he keeps his head down and closes the blind leaving Woody and I a weeping mess.
"No! No! COME BACK! Sl-I-I-I-INKY!" Woody, slumped over the sill next to me also slumped over by sitting on my knees.
Both of us in defeat.
Sorry that it took a few days to post, I've been having to many panic attack, but we should be 'G' now! Also sorry it's a bit long and Also again, I'm going to start to try to Uniate everyday!
