Jimin shifted in his place, brows furrowing together as he turned to his side, keeping his arm around the pillow lying next to him. Wait, pillow? His eyes fluttered open, looking around and found no Aera. He rubbed his eyes, sitting up quietly in the silence of the night that didn't last longer as a cry filled in the air.
A gasp left his lips, body sprinting out of the room, rushing downstairs with horror painting face as he saw Aera crying at the end of the staircase. He swiftly lifted her off the cold floor and hugged her tightly before checking if she was hurt anywhere.
"It's okay, nothing happened, you're fine." He said, rubbing her back while she kept sticking to Jimin, crying continuously.
"Shh, don't cry." He whispered softly, bringing her closer to his chest, while eyes wandered around looking for any sign of an intruder. His ears perked instinctively, capturing a faint shuddering noise from the back yard along with a smell that wasn't of his pack members.
"What's happening?" He turned around, seeing Yoongi walking down with the others following behind. Jimin shook his head and glanced at his sister who was having small hiccups, looking around the glass door of the backyard and hands clutching on the fabric of Jimin's plane t-shirt.
Taehyung opened his mouth to say something, but stopped seeing Yoongi's hand in mid air, gesturing them to be quiet. Namjoon nodded subtly, heading down towards the window as he shifted to his wolf form, growling loudly as if warning the intruder about the impending disaster from their feud enmity.
Jungkook cracked his neck as they heard a snarl back and shifted into his wolf form along with Yoongi and the others while Jimin stood like before, holding Aera in his arms. Jungkook growled loudly, taking a defensive position, making sure Aera was safe behind him with Jimin.
The glass door slid open, having all the boys alert, keeping their eyes on the man who stepped inside the house. A long, dark coat with all black underneath and an amused smile tugging his lips up a little more from one side than the other. His eyes locked with Jimin as he made his way to the front with two black wolves following behind him, growling at the six.
Jungkook glared at him, taking a step a forward while the posterior part of his body, stayed close to Jimin, encircling him halfway in a protective manner.
"Osccur," Jimin said, "I'm surprised you're here suddenly, I thought you liked playing from behind."
The man chuckled in a deep voice, glancing at the kid, "Just thought I should come pay a visit, it's been long since I last saw you. I must say you've gotten more handsome, oh and also I see you've gotten a kid."
"If that is all, you can leave." Jimin hissed, gently tapping his foot against Jungkook's hind leg.
Osccur smild and glanced at the white wolf, "Jungkook-ssi," He uttered, hand reaching out for the younger's head, giving gentle pat, earning a growl from him as he snapped his head up, almost going to tear Osccur's hand off, but stopped feeling Jimin's hand on his back.
"I'm not here to fight young man." Osccur said, "But still, good to see you taking a stand for your brother– Oh wait, is he even your brother?" He chuckled darkly and noticed Jungkook's firm glare at him.
"What? Your hyungs didn't tell you?" He smirked, "You killed three of my men today, and not to mention many more whom you've injured to death before this too. Why? All for this guy who is not even related to you, who just showed up from somewhere years ago, now being the alpha and owning all of you. What a game Park Jimin, I'm impressed
You should be in my team. But also, I feel bad for Jungkook and this little girl, who doesn't even how witty you're playing."
Jungkook shifted in his human form, standing in front of his hyung, facing Osccur and grabbed his collar harshly, eyes throwing daggers at him. Only if looks could kill.
"Stop spitting shit and get lost before I actually lose it and rip you into half." The boy threatened, pushing him back harshly.
Osccur glared at Jimin seeing him glaring back for all the petty disclosure he did and putting on a show, "You'll be the one to come by Jungkook." Osccur said, straightening his coat and glanced at the little girl who was staring at the two of his black wolves. "Feel free to get her too, your 'brother' is not the one she should stay with."
"Out, now." Jungkook hissed, stepping forward, almost bumping chests with the older male. Osccur smirked and nodded, having his eyes at Jimin one last time and then at Aera.
The boys sighed, changing forms back into humans and glanced at the glass door, none of them minding Osccur's words or even paying attention to it. The only person fazed by it was Jimin, who glanced at the toddler in his arms and sighed deeply, feeling a pang in his chest as his gaze gradually lifted, finding Jungkook already staring at him.
"I–"
"I know hyung," Jungkook assured him with a hug, smiling a little as he patted Aera's head as well. "You don't have to say anything, I know he's just trying to break us like this, and trust me, he's not gonna succeed in that."
Jin shared a distorted look with the elder brother, glancing down he left a breath he didn't realize was holding. Jimin forced a smile, placing Aera on her feet and turned to Jungkook, cupping his cheek with his right hand, wanting to say something at least, however words felt stuck in his throat.
"Oppa..." Aera whimpered, sticking to his legs while reaching up so he can carry her.
"I don't believe him, hyung." Jungkook said, "None of us do."
Jimin smiled a little, getting nods from everybody except Jin and Aera, for one being too deep thoughts and the other just wanting be back in her oppa's arms.
Park Jimin
"Go to... Go to Jinie for a while, okay? I'll come in a minute." Jimin said softly, patting the toddler's head, which only made her cry more, "Please kiddo, you're a good pup aren't you?"
"good pup..." Aera mumbled between sobbing as she nodded her head and looked over to Jin who smiled and carried her instantly, resting her head on his shoulder and patted her back.
Jimin sighed and looked down, shaking his head he decided to go upstairs. Jungkook frowned at him in confusion, turning his head to look at the person next to him with questioning eyes, for this was making it hard for him to stick to his words.
"What happened to him?"
"I have no clue," Yoongi sighed, staring at the end of the staircase. Jin, too, left after Jimin, taking the cranky kid with him and putting her to sleep.
"Uh Osccur... he–"
"I don't care what he does," Jungkook stated, voice quivered a bit than earlier as with each second passing and Jimin's odd silence was now making his head spin, "I'm... I- I'll go out for a while, I think I need some fresh air."
He looked up, feeling a hand on his shoulder and nodded subtly, seeing Hoseok wearing a sympathetic look, "I'm okay don't worry," he said, "uh actually, if you could check on hyung though... maybe he took that idiot's words seriously."
"I'll talk to him." Taehyung nodded in assurance and headed upstairs while Jungkook glanced at the others, gesturing them that he'll be back when he's feeling a bit fine.
He walked out of the house, amidst the dark, beneath tall trees with moonlight sneaking through the leaves at places, being the only source of light at this hour of the night. A sigh escaped his lips, eyes wandering up to the sky which seemed cracked between the braches and leaves roofing above.
Park Jimin
Jungkook shook his head, breathing the cold air in and headed towards the end of the woods where trees were less dense and air much cooler from the lake shining under the moonlight. He heard a faint crackle behind him, stopping on his track, he turned around around gradually, finding nothing but a tiny squirrel hobbling near his feet.
He scoffed, kicking his foot to scare it away and sat on a rock, staring at the lake water moving in a gentle pace with the wind blowing above and the reflection of the moon flickering slowly into lines, making it shine white in the dark.
The squirrel moved near his feet, tapping and grunting on his shoe making him sigh, "Go away." He said, withdrawing his foot back and leaned back against the dried trunk of the tree behind him.
I feel bad for Jungkook and Aera
Eyes stared at the sky, mimicking the passing clouds in his pupils, playing the exact events with time. With another shuffle behind him, he sighed in frustration, slipping into his wolf form and snarled loudly, leaping in the direction and caught the noise making creature who happened to be a rabbit this time, seeing the poor thing struggle and make noises in the strong grip of the wolf's jaw.
Jungkook shook his head, scoffing as he threw the white rabbit aside once it stopped moving and lost it's breath, whose only fault happened to be stepping near Jungkook at the wrong time. Although the squirrel squeaked again from top of the thin branch of the dried tree, earning a sharp look from Jungkook.
He sat on his place, curling his tail near his hind leg and rested his chin on hos paws, staring quietly at the water. Mr. Squirrel climbed down from the tree, sitting near his forelegs with the tail forming the familiar question mark pattern.
Jungkook glanced at Mr. Squirrel, knowing he was Aera's Bunny and sighed shifting into his human form before, slowly extending his hand out in front of the little brown animal.
Mr. Squirrel looked at him and climbed on his palm, making him smile softly, "Aera's right, you do look like a bunny a bit."
Mr. Squirrel scoffed and hobbled up his arm, sitting on his shoulder as if he owned the place. Jungkook sighed and leaned back, "Osccur came home today," He breathed out as a hush into the air, "and he was saying weird things about hyung... my hyung. He called him Park Jimin, not Jeon Jimin. I don't understand why..."
He looked over his shoulder, seeing the little squirrel shifting along his nape and sat on the other shoulder, "It wasn't the first time though, he calls him Park evry time they cross paths, and hyung never says anything. Osccur said hyung is not my brother and just some random wolf being the alpha and controlling us... controlling me..."
"I don't wanna believe that bastard, I know how he is and his motive," Jungkook heaved a sigh out, plucking a small leaf from the bush near by, rolling and unrolling it as he spoke, "but hyung doesn't say anything and his silence makes me question all of it. I've tried to tell him that I don't care what Osccur or anyone says, but he just doesn't– I don't know... he just stays quiet. And that," He looked up with eyes glistening just like the water in the lake before him, "-scares me the most."
"I don't wanna lose my sister and my brother..."
Mr. Squirrel squeaked slightly, nuzzling against the collar of his shirt. Jungkook shrugged his shoulders, using his hand to shoo Aera's best friend away.
"Don't forget I can end you right now." He scoffed, "The only reason I'm leaving you is my sister, she likes you a lot and you're her Bunny."
He stood up, swiping his hair back and inhaled deeply, lifting his gaze up to the sky one last time, hoping their mother would be watching him and probably thinking of some way to help him out.

"What did you get out of it?"
Osccur chuckled softly, sipping his glass of wine, imagining the restlessness he caused in his dearest enemy's house. He knew the younger brother was firm with his thoughts and beliefs but Jimin wasn't about this. The latter had an insecure point, even though he didn't show it, and with time, Osccur became lucky enough to have dug out the past and use it according to his convenience.
He shook his his head dismissively, eyes rolling to his side where another man sat, tapping his fingers on the rim his glass, earning a hiss from Osccur and he stopped
"Whatever it is, you'll know with time. For now, make sure no one is slacking, I want Jungkook and the kid here," Osccur kept his glass on the table, straightening his sirt as he looked up, "-alive."
The man nodded, lowering his head which made Osccur proud and satisfied every time his men did that, submissive in nature, letting all know who the owner is. Smirking, he motioned his hand to leave.
"You'll end up alone Jimin, I'll be the reason you die." He took a last sip with a smile which which faded away in a second and his hand clutched tightly onto the glass, tight to the point where it broke in his hand, a few pieces digging in his skin and some falling on the carpet beneath.
