Late in the night grunting and turning could be heard in Screwballs cell, his head sweating, his body twitching as he tossed and turned in his sleep
"Hello?" Screwball walked around the dark abides "Hello!!!"
A figure rises from the oozing ground
"Hello Screwball."
Screwball turns around to see Baron Draxum standing a few feet in front of him with a evil smirk across his face
"You!" Screwball snarled his fangs stomping towards him "You got a lot nerve showing your butt ugly mug!!!"
"Oh come now Screwball I'm your friend." Draxum holds out a hand
"Some friend you are! First ya experiment on me for ya own stupid gain, they you tried to use my daughter, and now ya got me in this prison with no way out!!!"
"Well your a smart idiot I'm sure you'll figure it out." Draxum turns away chuckling as he sinks back down
"Oh no no you ain't going anywhere!" Screwball tried to grab him but it was too late he was gone "Get back here you coward!! Get back here and face me!!!!" Screwball pounds his fist into the ground angrily
"Screwy?"
He hears a voice he hadn't heard in what felt like an eternity
He turns to see to see his wife the love of his life Amethyst standing behind him concern "Screwy is that you?"
"Amethyst?" Screwball holds his breath as he gets up walking towards her
"W-Where did you go? Why did you just abandoned us like that?" Amethyst narrows her eyebrows, stepping back
"N-No baby I-I would never." He tried to grab her hands to hold her
"You left me Screwball you left me and your child alone in the hands of him!" Amethyst looked away holding her shoulders
"No that's n-not true Draxum crazy's but he ain't that crazy." Screwball eyes got wide
"Think about it." Amethyst forcefully taps his forehead "Why do you think no one was there? Why do you think you ended up here with no memory of what happened!"
"No I won't listen to this." Screwball turns away
"You can feel me Screwy I know you can." Amethyst puts a hand on his shoulder "Please honey we're running out of time."
"No it's too late for you your already gone! I-I can't save you!" Screwball shut his eyes tight not wanting to believe it, this was just his mind playing tricks on him.
The Amethyst illusion just frowns sadly
"You were always so stubborn that's one of the things I loved about you." Amethyst turns away from him slightly walking away "But now it's blinded you from the truth."

Amethyst looks down sadly brushing the tip of her finger on her gem, Screwball perks up looking at her concern
Face it, you used me
The fake love you showed
Delicate like a rose
But did you know?
Amethyst turns away not wanting to look at him, Screwball stretches out a hand gently placing it on her shoulder but she jerks it forward not wanting him to touch her.
Was I a game to you?
Was I just a tool?
I truly cared
Was I the fool?
Amethyst darts her eyes like was thinking back to all the years she had known him. She closes her eyes letting out a sad sigh trying to hold back tears
It's fine for you

Screwball quietly walks up to her reaching out to try to touch her again, but she slaps his hands away trying around showing him her tear covered face with blue glowing eyes. Screwball could feel his eyes leaking with tears as he had no choice but to feel her pain.
Feel my heart beating?
Amethyst grabs his hand and places it on her chest so he could hear her heart racing, Screwball lightly blushes but looks deep into her eyes
You can feel me and I feel you
Remember I bleed like humans do
Yes I do that
Listen to me for once
You're our only defense
I thought you had the sense
To see through that
Amethyst walks away taking little ballet steps rubbing her arms and winces like she was in pain before looking at her husband angry which throws him off
Was I too proud with you?
Was I too kind and forgiving?
Amethyst walks behind him twirling around him squishing her cheeks together and standing a dramatic pose.
Acting like you can't sense me
Are you kidding?
Are you kidding?
She rubs her temple frustrated glaring at him with angry eyes as he backs up a little in shock
Poor little me
All trapped in this fabulous show
Suddenly cuffs are strapped to her arms and then one giant one onto her neck as it pulls her down showing she restraint with chains.
Screwball takes a step but suddenly can't move he looks down to see he was also in cuffs on his wrist and on his ankles
You could set me free
But if you're going, go
Amethyst looks up at him with tears in her eyes as he looked helpless trying to get to her
Go! Oh! Oh!
Screwball grunts and growls angrily trying to get the chains off, his eyes glow in frustration as he finally with all of his might breaks the chains off his wrist and rips them off of his ankles.
He runs over to his wife and violently yanks her free of her prison, he quickly takes her hand and lifts her up holding her by her waist
It's fine for you
It's fine if you're not alert
And God, you're hot
Why do you even wear a shirt?
Amethyst gives a flirty smile as he smirks dashingly bringing her closer
It's fine!
Dang you're mine!
Dang, you're mine!
The two look into each other's eyes feeling like their fall in love all over again as they start to closer and closer for a kiss
And it's fine!
Until we get...
Amethyst eyes get wide as she gasps, Screwball looks down to his horror a black spear has gone though her chest cracking her gem completely.
Her eyes roll to the back of her head as she collapsed to the ground, Screwball catches her falling to his knees as he holds his now dead wife in his arms with tears rolling down his face
'Till we get hurt!
A voice he had never heard before grabs his attention, he looks up and from a far distance ion front of him was Emma
His daughter
His world
His reason to live
But then a dark shadow of Baron Draxum towers over her, Screwball tries to stand up but the chains come back from behind him cuffing his neck and his wrist. He shrugs to move forward put it pulls him back, he tries with all his strength but eventually falls to the ground.
He stretches out a single hand trying to reach his daughter but he couldn't.

Emma turns around seeing the figure of Baron Draxum behind her as she lets out a blood curdling scream as the hand of Draxum strikes her
"Ahhh!!" Screwball jolts up drenched in sweat from the nightmare that he just had, he breathes heavy holding his chest as he leans over the bed shaking
That's when he knew for certain
"I gotta get out of here."
