Tae was holding his breath while tiptoeing out of their house. It was already 10 in the evening and everyone was asleep.
Tae successfully got outside and there we’re no people around — just lights. It felt creepy but It didn’t bother him.
He walked on the dark alley and
Started exploring the place with his eyes. Even though its already night, the sky it still somewhat bright. The breeze wasn’t freezing but rather calming.
Today is October, 3 months before the historical event where Captain Jeon dies. It will happen on exactly New Year.
How ironic. New Year is supposed to be a symbol of new hope, but that is where he dies.
Tae heaved a sigh. He’s not yet close with Jungkook but he felt sad knowing that he might witness his death.
“Just stick to the mission Tae, you’re gonna be fine.” He comforted himself.
He can already see the plaza from a far. But he felt something strange to the point that he went slower on his tracks.
Someone is following him. He can feel it.
But he didn’t want to be obvious. So he just continued to walk and walk until he can already hear the
footsteps behind him. His heart was beating so fast and he doesn’t know what might happen to him.
Will he die here?
His body was trembling and he’s almost stumbling. Fortunately, he saw a soldier and he immediately ran to him.
“Sir, plesse help me.” He cried.
And by that, he heard the footsteps no more. He somewhat felt relieved. “Mr. Kim Taehyung? What are you doing out here?”
He doesn’t know how he knew him but its probably because his father was a General.
“S-Someone was following me awhile a-ago.” His voice was shaking.
The soldier looked around but he saw no one. “Its very dangerous out here sir. You should be at home. Allow me to accompany you.”
Tae nodded and the soldier walked him home. “Thank you.” He said and the soldier saluted then left.
He leaned onto the gate and let himself —
slide down. It must be a bad idea to do his plan on the time of night. Especially when its already turning morning.
He breathed and tried to calm himself down. He quickly went inside the house and successfully got back in his room without anyone noticing.

Tae wandered around the place. There were so many people, lots of market place and business were going on. No wonder why its the capital.
He had his sling bag on and he just hopes that his mom did not notice him being gone. He just escaped home.
