ELSA POV
"Now that we are settled in and sorted, I's like to make an announcement. This castle will not only be your home this year, but home to some special guests as well. You see hogwarts has been chosen-" Dumbledore was interrupted by filch running down the aisle and whispering something into his ear
"So hogwarts has been chosen to host a legendary event. The tri-wizard tournament brings together 3 schools for a series of magical contests. From each school a single contestant is selected to compete. Now let me be clear, if chosen, you stand alone. And trust me when I say, these contests are not for the faint hearted, but more of that later. For now please join me in welcoming the lovely ladies of beauxbatons academy of magic and their headmistress Madam Maxime" dumbledore said and the door opened
A group of girls dressed in blue silk uniforms danced down the aisle and released butterflies in the air
They bent down towards ron and released butterflies
Ron's mouth was agape and he was drooling while looking at the girls
Then a huge lady walked in
"Blimey that's a big woman" seamus said
A girl did some acrobats in the front of the hall
A group of the same girls walked towards me and started gushing
"Are You elsa scamander?" The girl that did acrobats asked trying very hard to get the right accent
"Yeah" I said
"Oooh, can you show us something with your magic?" Another girl asked
"Um yeah" I said and faced my palms towards the sky
And it started to snow
"Hhmmm" they said and everyone looked upwards
"Wow" the acrobats girl said
"I am fleur delacour" she introduced
"And this is my sister, gabrielle delacour" she continued
"Nice to meet you" I said smiling
The girls went to the ravenclaw table and sat down
"And now our friends from the north, please greet the proud sons of durmstrang and the high master Igor Karkaroff" dumbledore said
And then boys entered the great hall with sticks in their hands stabbing them onto the ground
They reached the start of the hall and one of the student blew a dragon out fire
"Blimey, that's him, its viktor krum" ron said and I looked at the direction to see the biggest seeker in the world standing at the door
"Albus" karkaroff greeted and hugged dumbledore
"Igor" dumbledore greeted back
"Your attention please! I would like to say a few words. Eternal glory, that is what awaits the student who wins the tri-wizard tournament. But to do this that student must survive 3 tasks. 3 extremely dangerous tasks" dumbledore told everyone
"Wicked" forge said
"For this reason the ministry has seen fit to impose a new rule. To explain all this we have the head of the department of international magic co-operation Mister. Bartimus Crouch" dumbledore said
NARRATOR'S POV
Suddenly the snow created by elsa vanished, replacing thunders
Screams broke out as everyone panicked
An unfamiliar man stood on the doorway
He casted a spell upwards and sealed the roof
"Bloody hell, It's mad-eye moody" ron said
"Alastor moody? The auror?" Anna asked
"He was a catcher. Half the cells in azkaban are full, thanks to him. He's supposed to be mad as a hatter though these days" ron told his friends as elsa and harry looked towards the auror
"My dear old friend, thanks for coming" dumbledore greeted
"That stupid roof" the auror said and took a bottle out, taking a swig from it
"What's that he's drinking do you suppose?" Elsa asked as the auror looked at her
"I don't know but I don't think it's pumpkin juice" harry said as he caught the mechanical eye of the auror look at him
Feeling intimidated
Harry wrapped his hand around elsa
The auror that was standing near the staff table became shocked
But he didn't let it show
He thought 'how can this happen?'
ELSA POV
Harry suddenly wrapped his hand around me
I looked up at him, confused
When I got nothing as an answer I shifted my eyes and they caught shafiq's
She was continuously glaring at me as dumbledore continued his speech
"The goblet of fire. Anyone wishing to submit themselves for the tournament merely write their names upon a piece of parchment and throw it in the flame before this hour on thursday night. Do not do so lightly, if chosen there's no turning back. As from this moment the tri-wizard tournament has begun" dumbledore announced
