The thousands of citizens, countless of workers, all taking a breath of air. All eyes to the front, staring at one single person. Just a silence form of fog flowing throughout the stage.
A stillness awaiting the moment everything begins to flow. One press of a keynote and then another, until everything was fill with a slow medley.
I could speak for hours
Ramble on in time
But the words that hit my mouth turn sour
And race back to my mind
But as the keys grew more, it's echo broke through the many beats coursing it's way into the one person who stood at the foot of everyone attention. No one really heard it, the very quiet sound of a broken heart, as it shattered into millions of pieces of glass.
Reflecting it images for the world to see. But yet, no one noticed a single word slipping past the mirror of lies. Drowning more and more into her own darkness, a universe avoid of anything light.
Is everyone this lonely too
