Lily
"Lil.." I hear Alec whisper
"Hmm" i sigh, slowly opening my eyes
"We should probably get up soon, it's nearly 11" he says with a laugh
"Wait what? How did we stay in that late"
"Oh I don't know... maybe because we stayed up until 6, doing..."
"Each other?" I tease
"Mhm" he smiles while pressing his soft lips to mine
After a while of just laying in bed, we finally get up and dressed, after we showered. Together obviously, I mean come on... save water right x
I decided on wearing a pink leather dress and I paired it with some white lace up heels, while Alec dresses in all black as usual. But I mean he still looks hot.
"Your so gorgeous" he says as I'm looking in the mirror, snaking his arms around my waist and pressing his lips to my neck.
"As are you, husband" I smile
"I love you" he says while turning me to him, tracing our wedding rune on my chest with his thumb.
"I love you too" I say with a smile before we head out into the institute.
"Here they come" I see Jace smirking as we make our way over to the gang.
Magnus, Clary, Izzy and Jace to be more specific.
"What are you smirking at?" I ask
"Oh nothing. I recommend using a silencing rune next time you two get down to business though, pretty sure you kept everyone awake" he says making me go red in the face and Alec laugh.
"I am so going to jump off a bridge" I whine, hiding my face in Alecs chest.
"No you are not" he whispers while wrapping his arms around me
"Well now that we've all had our daily front row seats to the Mr and Mrs Lightwood show, let me show you something" Magnus smirks while clicking his fingers, making many objects appear on the table in front of us.
"I pulled every item of magical ports from Ragnors belongings, but I cannot determine which will lead to the book of the white" he says
"Wait, this bookmark... I've seen it before in the alternate dimension you showed me a book of spells and this was in it" Clary says while holding up the fabric, "it must of been the Book of the White"
"If that's the case we can use it to track the owner of the book" Alec says
"Okay" Jace says as he reaches for it, but Magnus got it first
"Warlock tracking is stronger" he says, before tracking it, "well there's good news and bad news" he says while looking shocked, "the good news is I know the owner"
"The bad news?" I asked
"It's Camille"
"Camille?" Clary groans
"Looks like Raphael has her locked up in the basement of the hotel dumort"
"Well after I punched her I doubt she'll help us"
"She wont have a choice Clary" I say, "trust me"
As the others leave, Alec turns me towards him,
"I'm gonna say goodbye to Lucas, I owe him one after what he did for you at the trial. You coming?"
"Sure" I say as we walk to his office, hand in hand
"Oh my god" I shout as I see Lucas unconscious on the floor
"What the hell happened?" Alec asked himself as he found Lucas' iratze and activated it, "go get help Lil"
I run out and alert the meds and Magnus, they all rush in and get to work, making sure he's okay.

"How's Lucas?" Clary asks me as Alec and I walk over
"Better. Magnus is doing what he can to help him but it's bad"
"And the cup is definitely missing" Alec adds
"So is hodge" Jace says
"Maybe he was attacked too" Izzy says
"Maybe he's the one who attacked her" Clary suggests
"Hodge? No way. We've know him our entire lives he would never do that to us"
As Izzy skims through the camera footage, we all gasp when we see exactly who did it.
"Hodge" I mutter
"I led him right to the cup" Jace says angrily
"We treated him like family how the hell could he do this to us" Alec says
"Thats how. What's that ring?"
"It looks like he's talking to someone"
"And i can bet who it is" Jace snarls
"Valentine"
"Well that explains how he deactivated the punish rune" I say
"But where'd he get the ring?" Alec asks
"The foresaken attack. There is no way that was just some attack, it had to have been planned" I suggest
As Izzy looks through the footage, my theory was confirmed.
"There" Jace grunts
"So it wasn't a random attack"
"He was just the delivery boy"
"If he gives that cup to Valentine he'll create an army of shadow hunters. With that kind of power behind him he'll kill thousands" Alec says
"He'll kill thousands just creating the army. Most mundanes won't survive that" Izzy points out
"We won't let that happen"
"I'm gonna make sure of it" Jace hisses

Alec and Jace are currently getting ready to go find Hodge, much to my demise.
"Alec please let me come with you" I beg him
"Lily no. It's too dangerous I'm not putting you at that kind of risk"
"But Alec we only just got married please! I can't lose you!"
"You won't. I'll be okay I have Jace with me. We will be fine I promise you. And once this is all over you'll have me all to yourself" he says while stroking my cheek with his thumb, "we gotta go now I love you" he says before kissing me
"I love you too" I mumble, not happy with his decision
After a while of moping around, I go and find my favourite sister in law.
"Hey iz" I say stepping into her room
"Hey Lil! Come in I wanna talk to you"
"Oh no what is it?"
"Calm down drama queen I just wanna know how yesterday was?" She says smiling
"It was the best day of my life iz. It was magical" I say with a grin, remembering last nights events
"Speaking of yesterday, I heard you and Alec. For hours. You really were ruthless" she says laughing
"Izzy Shutup" I whine
We talk for a little while longer, about all things life, until it's time to go and pay Camille a visit.

We soon arrive at the Hotel Dumort, ready to speak to the she-devil.
"For shadow hunters you don't seem to do a lot of shadow hunting" Raphael jokes
"There's more to the job than killing demons" I smirk
"Looking good mi amor"
"She's married now you know? And we need to talk to Camille, we know you have her here we tracked her to the Dumort" Clary says
"So I heard, to bad really Lilyrose. And it's true but I'm afraid she's a bit tied up at the moment" he says, "is there something I can help you with?"
"Just a second" Simon says, pulling Raphael over to the side
"I'll bring you what's left of Camille's things but speaking to her is out of the question" he says, turning back to us
"Her things? This isn't the kind of book she would have just left sitting around" I say
"I'm sorry but that's the best I can do"
"We're supposed to be allies" Clary snaps
"And we are. But shadow hunters have no business interfering with the night children's affairs. You may look to the clave for justice but the vampires look to me. Camille stays where she is" Raphael finalises
"Your making a huge mistake" Izzy says

"So these are all of Camilles things?" I ask Raphael
"All I could find. But she has hideouts all over the city" Raph says
"Interesting"
"I thought you were looking for a spell book?"
"We are"
"We? Where are your friends?" He asks, realising something is off, "did you really think this stall tactic was gonna work?"
"No. But I thought this would" I say as attempt to catch him with izzys whip, failing
"Typical shadow hunter. Always underestimating a vampire" he laughs, speeding up the stairs
"Damnit" I moan

Somehow, we managed to get Camille out of the Dumort and now we're on our way to her apartment in the upper east side. To get the book of the white.
"There's still one more thing I require of umm... Simon" Camille says as we walk
"What?"
"A writ of transmutation"
"What the hell is that?"
"A document stating you asked her to turn you into a vampire" I explain
"Signed and sealed in your own blood of course" Camille adds
"Haven't you had enough of my blood?"
"Never."
"You want Simon to pardon you? No" clary shouts
Ignoring there little arguments, Izzy and I walk up ahead, the 5 of us soon reaching Camilles apartment.
"So Magnus, how longs it been? 100, 150 years?" Camille teases the warlock who had only just arrived
"138, oddly, I haven't missed you"
"Of course you have, my love"
"Alright you two can catch up later. Right now we need to find the book of the white" Clary says
"And you will, but not without payment" Camille retorts
"I'm gonna call for backup" Izzy whispers to me before walking away
Clary pulls Simon away for a word, leaving me to third wheel Camille and Magnus.
Oh how fun my life is.
"Hey" I hear a certain man say, coming through the door
"Alec" I shout while jumping into his arms, "you're okay"
"Yeah I'm fine Lil" he laughs slightly at how tightly I'm clutching onto him, before putting me down
"Where's Jace?"
"He took Hodge and went after Valentine. Alone"
"Damnit Jace"
"He did what?" Izzy shouts
"Where's the book?" Alec asks Camille
"I have it"
"Alright we don't have time for this" I moan at Camille and Magnus' bickering, pulling Alec away t go see Clary.
"Alec did you find hodge?" Clary asks him
"Yeah, but Valentine has the cup"
"What!" She screams, "we're too late. Where's Jace is he okay?"
"He went after Valentine by himself. It's like he's totally lost it. I tried to stop him but he wouldn't listen"
"We need to find Jace. He's in a dark place we don't know what he's gonna do" she says while running for the door
"Luke is out looking for him" Alec says, pushing her back gently, "Jace wants us to stay on mission. That means we have to find the book"
"He's right" Simon says
"We have to wake up your mom Clary" I add
"It's our only way to stop Valentine" she realises
We break off into pairs and begin searching her many rooms for the book, Simon and Clary, Alec and I, Izzy and Magnus.
After a while looking, I hear Isabelle shout:
"We gotta go. He's here"
But before I can even react someone has their arm wrapped around my waist and their blade pressed to my throat. Alec too
"Get off of her" Alec growls to whoever is holding me
The two men quickly drag us into another room, where the bastard himself stood.
Valentine.
"Where's you brother?" He asks Clary
"You think I'd tell you?"
"You won't have too"
"Stay away from her" Simon yells running to him, only to be knocked to the ground by him as he raises his blade
"Simon" Izzy gasps, wrapping her whip around Valentines wrist, he quickly knocks her over.
Deciding it's my time to shine, I press my heel into the groin of the guy holding me, kicking him in the throat and ripping his seraph blade out of his hand. I quickly raise it to Valentine.
"Back off" I snap
"You must be Lily. Your quite the warrior" he smirks at me
"Stop!" Jace screams running in, "this time your not getting away" holding his blade up as Valentines men grab us all
"Finally ready to kill your own father?" Valentine asks him
"You abandoned me"
"I was protecting you. You weren't ready then, but you've grown. You've become the warrior I trained you to be"
"You trained me well"
"And yet, I still have so much to teach you. I brought you here for a reason. Look fight me, and watch your friends die. See you are strong, but they make you weak"
"Let us go. You can have the book we won't be able to stop you without it" Clary says
"Ah Clarissa, so like your mother" he says, "willing to do anything for those that you love. I'm touched but... the book was never part of my plan. I want you to wake up your mother, I know that you'll both join me eventually. It's fated"
"You ready?" He asks, turning to Jace
"If I go with you promise me you won't hurt them" Jace says
"You have my word"
"This is insane"
"I'm sorry Clary"
"Jace..what are you doing?" She asks, "you can't be serious! Valentine is wrong. You're not like him. I'm not. You're not!"
"You don't know that Clary. You don't know that" he says
"Let them go" Valentine demands his men, before he turns to me, "but you. You impressed me"
"Get away from her" Alec screams as Valentine pulls me into his grip
"Get off of me!"
"What are you doing you said you wouldn't hurt them" Jace snaps
"I'm not gonna hurt here. She's coming with us"
"No!" I hear Izzy and Alec scream as he drags Jace and i through the portal.

Alec
"No!" Izzy and I scream as Valentine drags her away with him
"No no no" I whisper to myself as I collapse to the ground, tears over coming me
"Alec we're gonna get her back" Izzy whispers as she pulls me into a hug
"Izzy I just got her back I can't lose her. I can't live without her" I cry
"And we will big brother. Your not gonna have too" she says as she rubs her thumb on my arm
She's gone.

"What the hell did you do!" Jace roared as he slammed Valentine against the wall
"Easy there solider. She has potential just like you. And besides, now your not alone"
"But I-"
"Join me!" Valentine screams as he turns to look at a huge crowd of people, "and my son! Pledge me your loyalty! Together... we can preserve our race and rid the world of the demons who plague it! You are the chosen ones. The new breed of shadow hunters!"
To which people applaud and cheer him for.
We are so screwed.
