I haven't seen Alec since we talked to the representatives yesterday, traditions and all. But Izzy told me he and Jace had sorted things out and that everythings okay so my mind is at ease.
Speaking of Izzy, she is on her way too get me ready. This is the most nerve racking thing ever.
"Well hello there sister in law" she says squealing as she runs into the room, a huge box in one hand and a long sheet in the other, holding my dress which she has not seen yet I might add.
"Hey iz" I smile nervously
"Damn what is it with you two being so nervous? Today is the best day ever let loose!" She laughs at my facial expressions
"Yeah yeah whatever you say iz. Just get me ready" I laugh
And with that, she works her magic. First she does my hair *shown above*. Then she works on making my face look like a doll, *also shown above* and then comes the big part.

Forcing me to stand up, she takes off my gown and pulls me over to the dress. First I put on the nude under- bodysuit thing so you can't see everything. Then I slip into the dress, it's a perfect fit.
"Oh my god" she gasps, looking me up and down
"What? What is it-"
"Hey calm down. I've just never seen anyone look so beautiful. Lily you look amazing" she says as I see tears form in her eyes, "come on go look!" She says while pushing me to the mirror
"Wow" I say, with wide eyes as I take in my appearance.
The dress made my curves look amazing, my eyes were electrifying with the strong contrast from the black liner, my lips look so kissable, my hair looks amazing! I just... wow
"Do you like it?"
"Izzy I love it. I look amazing. Thank you so much!" I squeal while hugging her
"Well Lil, I gotta get going now. Few more people to see. I'll see you before we enter okay? I love you"

Well here goes nothing, I'm getting married to the girl today.
I'm really getting married to the boy I've loved forever today.
"You ready?" I hear Jace ask as we walk Into the wedding tent, greeting the guests
"As ready as I'll ever be" I smile
"You ready?" Iz asks me as we head to the tent, waiting outside until it's time.
"I'm ready"
Once I said bye to mom and dad for now, I stand on the alter by brother Jeramaiah. And now we wait.
Suddenly bells ring and the pianist begins to play, it's time.
"It's time Lil" Izzy says to me quickly before she heads in first.
First walks in Izzy, being the maid of honour and all. She's also holding my bracelet and Lils necklace.
"Come on in, we're ready" Raj whispers
"Here goes nothing" I mumble.
With all the confidence I can muster up from my nervous mind, I step forward and into the tent.
"Oh my god" I hear Jace gasp, following his gaze I see her.
"Wow" I mumble, she looks breathtaking
As I walk in, I don't look to the front yet, instead I look at the people in the room, smiling at my loved ones. Who by the way, all have their mouths hanging to the floor.
Damn I really do look good.
Hesitantly looking forward, I finally lock eyes with him.
Finally, she looks at me and suddenly all of my nerves are gone.
The nervousness seems to disappear as soon as I focus on Alec.
Lily (Back to normal)
As I reach the front, Alec reaches down, grabbing my hand and helping me up onto the alter. I stand opposite him as he offers me a rather large smile, to which I gladly return.
Isabelle taps my shoulder and gestures for me to take the bracelet she's holding. I take it and put it around Alecs wrist, rubbing my thumb over his knuckle as I do so.
Alec takes the gold tear drop necklace from Jace and I turn around, he puts around my neck slowly. Once he's done I turn to face him once more, still smiling.
Damn I must look like a Cheshire Cat.
"It is time for Alec Lightwood and Lilyrose Herondale to mark each other with the wedded union rune. A rune on the hand, a rune on the heart. A union is born" brother jeramaiah says
Isabelle hands the stele too me as I dip it into the glowing block in front of me. I take Alecs large hand into my small one and look up, to which he nods lightly, telling me to do it.
I draw the rune on the top of his hand, as he gasps, never having felt anything like this before.
Now it's Alecs turn, does the same, tracing the rune over my hand.
Then, the silent brother tells us it's time to draw the rune over the heart.
Alec goes first, moving my necklace to the side and drawing it above my heart.
Then it's my turn, I unbutton his shirt slightly and do exactly as he did.
Once I'm done I feel amazing, Alec too I can tell. It's like I've been reborn, started fresh.
"Alexander Gideon Lightwood and Lilyrose Lightwood you are now one. A union has been born" Jeramaiah speaks up again
With a grin on his face, Alec leans down to kiss me, the crowd instantly ereupting into cheers and clapping.
I pull away slightly and look up into those hazel eyes that I love:
"How you doing up there husband?"
"Best I've ever been, how about you wife" he smirks
"Me too Alec me too" I say with a smile
"Congrats man" Jace smirks while pulling his parabatai into a hug, slapping his back gently
"See? Wasn't so bad was it" I hear Izzy say behind me
"Shut it iz" I say as she runs towards me pulling me into an embrace
"I love you Lil, you two better make eachother happy"
"Oh we will I can promise you that" I hear Alec say as he wraps his arm around my waist, lightly pressing his lips to my neck

After 20 minutes of being congratulated, Alec and I head to my room for a breather before we join the party.
As soon as we get there, Alec pushes me up against the wall and sucks at my neck-
"Hey Lightwood! As much as I would love for you to nail me right now, we have a party to get to" I say as he laughs, "besides, we'll have plenty of time for that tonight"
"Too right we will" he says smirking
"Come on we better get going" I groan
"Yep. After you Mrs Lightwood" I smile at my new name
"Why thank you Mr Lightwood"
As we arrive in the wedding tent, I see Isabelle has went all out as usual. Pushing through the blue curtains, there's rose petals dusting the floor, flowers covering the walls of the tent. Our family and friends all stand, together, deep into conversation. Food is available literally everywhere and waiters are handing glasses of Champagne to everyone.
"Ah there they are" Maryse says with a warm smile while coming over to hug us
"Yeah sorry just needed a breather" I whisper, earning a nod from her
"It's time for your first dance guys" Izzy says running over to us

Alec takes me towards the centre of the floor as everyone turns to watch us, the song begins to play.
I wrap my arms around Alecs neck as he does with my waist, swaying slightly. He leans down with a smile, gently brushing our lips together as we continue to dance in sync with the music.
As the chorus plays, he twirls me around, my back is now pressed to his as he sways again, a bit stronger now. He quickly takes my arm and spins me back, now picking me up in his arms he spins us both around kissing me again, before he gently places me down as the song ends.
"I love you Alec"
"I love you more Lil" he smiles
"That was so freakin' cute" Izzy screams as everyone laughs at her enthusiasm and nod in agreement
"You two look amazing together" Jace says as he pulls me in for a side hug
"Thank you guys" Alec says with a proud smile
"Oh my god Alec come on this is the best song ever! " I shout as Clarity begins to play, "come on everyone" I gesture for everyone to join us.
I twirl Alec around, earning a groan from him and a laugh from everyone else. As he quickly slams me into his chest as everyone begins to jump and sing along as the chorus approaches.

After dancing, eating and talking with our friends until sunset, the party finally finishes and Alec and I head to his room- our room.
"Oh I forgot we share a room now" I say
"Don't you want to?" He asks me nervously
"No Alec I do don't worry" I say with a laugh
"You look so beautiful you know? You took my breath away in there, everyone else too. Even Jaces"
"Jace too huh?" I smirk
"Why? Gonna go get with my parabatai instead?" He jokes
"Never" I smile, "now help me get this dress off will you? As much as I love it, it's not the most comfortable thing"
"But of course" he says smirking
He moves my hair to my front and presses his lips to the exposed skin on my neck, nibbling lightly as I feel him unzip the dress. Once the zip is completely down, the dress falls to the floor, leaving me in the bodysuit.
"This too?" I nod
He takes the straps down and pulls it off of my body, now leaving me in my lingerie.
