Alec
I woke up earlier than Lily, who was still asleep on my chest so I lifted her off of me gently and layed her on the bed, covering her naked body with the blanket. I decided to go and see if Jace had brought the cup back yet.
As I reach the infirmary, I see Clary and Jace, with some woman floating in a green cloud- who I assume to be Jocelyn.
"Clary gave Lucas the cup. Hodge is taking him to lock it up until he goes back to Idris" he says
"Ok" I say
"Okay? That's it Alec?"
"I don't wanna get into it"
"Stop. I do wanna get into it. You almost killed me, you weakened our parabatai bond. Just to find me-"
"You betrayed me! You lied to me. You attacked me when I was doing what we should have been doing together" I shout
"I didn't betray you Alec I saved you from yourself! If you'd have taken Meliorn to be tortured you would have that on your conscious for the rest of your life"
"Really?"
"Really"
"Everything thing you do is for a higher principle. You took the cup and you nearly handed it over to Valentine"
"That was not our intention you know that"
"Our intention? Was it your intention to risk Lily's life or hers?" I say pointing to Clary as Jace remains silent, looking at the floor:"this isn't about Clary this is about you. Now I'm gonna go tell my fiancé that she still has a future" I snap before walking off to see Lily.

Lily
"Hey" i hear Alec says as I groan, reluctantly forcing my eyes open
"Hey sunshine"
"Clary gave the cup to Lucas, your free to go" he says with a smile
"Thank god" I say with the biggest grin ever
"I gotta go settle something with Magnus, I love you" he says before kissing me on the forehead and walking to go find the warlock
I quickly head over to the shower, washing my body and hair and I'm done within 20 minutes. I get out and blow dry my hair, curling it lightly. I get dressed and by the way, guess what I'm gonna say... that's right. I look hot.

Much to my demise, it's now time to pay up.
"As promised" I sigh, handing my bow and quiver to Magnus, "payment in full. Thank you"
"I just want you to know that I care for lily very much, and I need you to be there for her. To make her happy. Can you do that for me?"
"Of course I can. Everything's back to the way it was before this whole thing happened already"
"Then good. And also, take these back I have nothing to do with them" he says while handing me my bow and quiver back, "you take care of her Alec"
"Trust me I will"

Lily
"Bring the flowers out to the wedding tent. Put the Lily's above and the rose petals at the entrance" I hear Isabelle bossing people around as I step out of my room
"Isabelle which colour do you like better?" A girl asks, "it's for the curtains adorning the wedding tent"
"Hmm.. the cobalt blue. It's elegant, masculine, very Alec"
"I'll put the cobalt blue out right away"
"What's going on iz" I laugh as people rush around
"Lily it's your wedding tomorrow I'm making sure it's perfect. It will be amazing. And by the way, congrats on kicking Inquisitor Herondales ass" she says while pulling em into her embrace
"Thank you iz, for everything"
"No problemo parabatai"
"How are we supposed to get any work done with all of this going on?" Jace asks coming over to us
"Hello to you too Jace"
"We haven't had a wedding here in years people are allowed to be excited. And besides, it's lily and alecs that just makes it even more special" Izzy says
"We need to focus-"
"Jace tomorrow is going to be the happiest day of mine and Alecs life. Your not ruining it because your in a mood so get over yourself" I moan at him
"Fine whatever" he says walking away, "have you narrowed down the list of warlocks more powerful than Magnus?" He asks Izzy
"I've got it down to 20 but its gonna be hard to figure out which one cast that spell on Jocelyn"
"I don't care how tough it is. We've gotta find him. Back at Renwicks I let Valentine go. I won't make that mistake again. We gotta wake up Jocelyn in case she heard anything about his plan"
"Have you spoken to Alec?" I ask him
"He's probably busy, what with your wedding plans and all. I don't need to talk to anyone let's just stick to the mission okay?" He snaps before leaving Izzy and I alone
"What is his problem? I was almost deruned because of him and I haven't said I word and all he does is snap at me" I say sadly
"Lil he's stressed don't worry about it" she sighs

"'Magnus hey I didn't know you were here" I say as he smiles and pulls me in for a hug, "Alec and I were just on our way to meet a few representatives of the clave who arrived early for tomorrow's wedding"
"That sounds exciting" he jokes
"You don't know the half of it" I laugh
"What's going on here? Nobody informed me about a meeting" Alec asks
"Magnus figured out that Ragnor Fell is the warlock who made the spell for my mom. We're just bringing him back to the institute" clary explains
"How can I help?" Alec asks
"We're just recovering a warlock Alec. We got this covered" Jace snaps
"Jace I swear to god" I snarl at the annoying blonde in front of me

"Now that the clave has control of the mortal cup thanks to your lovely bride to be mom and dad can come home now. They arrive tonight" Izzy tells me
"Yeah I heard" I say, "Max is staying with his tutors in Idris, furious he can't come"
"Mom must be beside herself"
"This wedding is stressing me out"
"No you mean everyone rushing around is stressing you out, your just nervous for the wedding big bro. Although I can't say I see why, Lily's been waiting for this day for forever. And, I'm throwing you a bachelor party" she smirks
"A what?"
"A bachelor party"
"I don't need a bachelor party"
"Nobody needs one but I'm throwing you one anyways. Actually Jace should be the one throwing it but considering everything he must be going through with clary I don't wanna ask him to do anything"
"Sisters can really drive you nuts sometimes" I say laughing

Izzy (Yeah new one right)
"Jace your coming to Alecs bachelor party right?" I ask as he walks into the institute with Clary
"No he doesn't want me there and I'm swamped"
"You two seriously haven't worked things out yet?"
"It's not gonna work out if he wants to talk we'll talk"
"He's your parabatai" I argue
"We have more important things going on than a bachelor party. Come with me" he says while making Clary and I follow him into the training room, "we have a mole in the institute"
"We were attacked by a shax demon when we went to see Ragnor Fell" clary explains
"The attack couldn't of been a coincidence, Valentine must have been tracking us"
"You don't think someone from the institute told Valentine were you were going right?" I ask
"There's no other explanation"
"No one here would betray us like that. This is our family"
"Not everyone's family" Jace says, practically growling looking over at Lucas, "I swear if Lucas is the leak I'm gonna-"
"Slow down we don't know if he did anything yet"
"And wrongfully accusing someone of a crime is dangerous. Trust me I've been through it"
"Lucas was right there when we were talking about going to see Fell. If he's not gonna admit it then I'm gonna make him-"
"Jace hey! You are too worked up to talk to anyone. I'll go" clary says
"Fine but I wanna know everything"

I head to the hotel dumort to find Simon, I need advice.
"Nice fit" I say as I reach him, he's trying on a suit, "it'll make you look like you work out"
"Isabelle" he smiles, "wait is clary alright?"
"She's fine. I just need your advice on something"
"First time for everything huh? What's up?"
"It's about Alecs bachelor party. When you were a mundane you went to one right?"
"Well I'm only 18 and I'm a vampire now so... but I know a thing or two"
"Simon, what makes a bachelor party a bachelor party?"
"Well there's a certain bridge in tunnel crowd that would say the obvious thing is strippers. But you know there's no one right way to throw one, besides lily would kill you if you brought strippers. It depends on who's there. Like they're really about best friends coming together and assuring each other that they're always gonna be best friends. Even if one of em gets married"
"So it's about solidifying the bonds of the people that are closest to you?"
"That and a tonne of drinking. You have both of those and your bachelor party will be a success" he smiles at me
And now I have to plan this damn party.

Alec
"Ready, a couple more steps" Izzy says as she leads me down into the basement, music sounding, "we're almost there"
"Why Izzy?" I laugh
"You trust me don't you?"
"No no really" I joke, "and I told you I don't need a bachelor party"
"You need this one big brother. Now count to 5 and take your blindfold off" she says before I hear her run off
Ignoring her request, I simply take my blindfold off as soon as she finishes her sentence. Only to find myself in an empty room.
"Seriously Izzy" I shout, until I notice jace walk in
"Izzy said you wanted to talk" he says
"I don't know what she thought I wanted to say"
"Great. I guess I'll go. I got work to do anyway" he says, walking off before stopping, "damnit Izzy" I hear him whisper
"You know what she's right. We do need to talk"
"Okay well it's my bachelor party so uh you go first" I answer
"I don't know how things got so messed up between us but I do know my life has been a lot harder not having you to talk too"
"Mine too" I sigh
"I know it seems like I've been making a lot of crazy choices lately and I know you think that I was only thinking about myself, and clary and I wasn't thinking about the consequences to anyone else. All I can say is, I've been going through a lot. But I only ever did what I thought was right Alec. But I never wanted to hurt you, I'm sorry"
"I know. You know we just got caught in all this stuff, this drama"
"Yeah. I mean your getting married tomorrow"
"And Clary's your sister. You know what's up with that?"
"Don't even get me started on that. I kissed her"
"Mm"
"It's worse I wanted her. I was falling in love. I must be sick or something"
"No. You're not sick. The situations just confusing. Trust me I know. It's like you have a path for your life, you know what you need to do and then someone comes along and pushes you off of that path"
"Yeah I get it"
"Look will you give me away tomorrow?" I ask him
"Alec of course, I'd be honoured"
