EPISODE 8
Y/n's POV
We were now in Singapore. We were waiting and Polnareff had put his luggage down. Someone began blowing their whistle at us. We all turned to see a cop.
"Hey, you! You! I'm talking to you!" The cop saying pointing at Polnareff
"Huh?" Polnareff asks
"You! You threw this trash, didn't you? That's a fine of five hundred Singapore dollars! (371.65 US dollars) " The cop says
"What? Five hundred?" Polnareff asks
"In Singapore, the law says you will be fined for littering!" The cop says
What did Polnareff drop?
"Five hundred Singapore dollars" Kakyoin says
"That's about 40,000 yen" Joseph says
"That's a lot of money" I say
"Trash?" Avdol asks
"Got it?" The cop asks
"Trash?" Polnareff asks. The cop points to his luggage and I had to stop myself from laughing
"What are you talking about?" Polnareff asks but then looks down. Avdol begins laughing which makes me laugh
"I don't see anything here besides my own luggage. Would you be so kind as to tell me what trash you're referring to? Where is this trash, sir?" Polnareff says getting dangerously close to the cop
"That's your luggage?" The cop asks
"That's right" Polnareff says
"I-I'm terribly sorry" The cop says. Kakyoin and Joseph join in on me and Avdol's laughing. I then heard a little girl laughing. I turn to see Anne. Everyone turns towards her. She then looks away.
"Well, I'll be going, then" The cop says
"Shoo, shoo" Polnareff says to the cop. Polnareff then turns his attention to Anne
"What's with the kid? She's still following us" Polnareff says
"Hey, weren't you going to go see your father?" Joseph asks
"Why don't you stop following us and get going?" Polnareff says. I smack him on the arm
"Ow, what was that for?!" He asks me
"Be nice. Where's your father?" I ask Anne
"I'm meeting up with him in five days. I can go wherever I want. I'm not taking orders from you guys" She says. She then looks at Jotaro
"She'll be in danger if she stays with us" Avdol says
"But we can't just leave her by herself, there are a lot of creepy people in the world" I say
"Maybe she doesn't have money" Kakyoin says
"All right. I guess we can pay for her hotel room. Y/n bring her over" Joseph says. I nod and walk over to Anne
"We're paying for your hotel room! Come on" I say with a smile. A small smile appears on her face and she walks back with me.
"Well then, let us check in" Avdol says
"R-Right" Joseph says. We walked to the hotel. Joseph was getting us rooms
"I'm terribly sorry, but we are rather full at this time of year. The rooms won't be next to each other. Is that all right?" The receptionist asks
"Well, I guess we don't have a choice. Then for the rooms, Avdol and I will share a room" Joseph says
"Jotaro and I will share a room, since we're both students" Kakyoin says
"So that leaves me and Polnareff" I say. I look at him and a wide smile appears on his face
"We can be roomates-" He began
"Anne can I stay with you?" I ask her. Polnareff's head drops in rejection
"Sure" She says
"Yeah, she is a lady" Joseph says. The receptionist gave us our keys
"Hmph! I can relax more in my own room anyway! Nothing would suit me better!" Polnareff says. He then begins walking away. He turns around and looks at us
"Let's go. We've been through a lot since we left Hong Kong. Let's hurry up and take a shower where it's safe" He says. We all smile and walk up the stairs. Polnareff's room was on a different room
"See ya!" He says. Me and Anne get to our own room. I unlock the door and we both walk in. There was only one bed so I knew we'd be sharing. I closed the door
"You can shower first, I'll wait" I say.
"Okay" She says. She then ran to the bathroom. I sat down on the bed.
I should call my parents... that could put them in danger though. I wonder how Holly is doing. I hope she's not in too much pain
About 10 minutes had passed and Anne got out.
"Okay I'm going to shower now" I say. She nods. I walk into the bathroom and closed the door. I undressed and then got into the shower. Making sure I was clean. Once I was done, I got out of the shower and got dressed. I walked out of the bathroom to see Anne sleeping peacefully. I smiled at her. The phone started going off. I quickly answered it
"Who is it?" I ask
"It's Avdol. Polnareff has been attacked by a stand user. He'll be here soon. We need you to come to our room so you can heal him" Avdol says
"Yeah, I'll be there" I say. I then hang the phone up. I look to Anne who's still sleeping peacefully. I grab a piece of paper and a pen and write her a note letting her know I'll be back. I then walked out of my room and began heading to Avdol's and Joseph's. Once I got there, I knocked on the door. It opened and I saw Joseph. I walked in
"Where's Polnareff?" I ask
"He isn't here yet" Avdol says. I nod and sit down. Joseph went to the phone and called someone.
"He'll be here in five minutes. Meet up in this room" Joseph says. He then hangs up.
Anne's POV
I had woken up to a knock on the door. I went to go look
Oh, JoJo
I opened the door to see both JoJo and Kakyoin.
"Did you need something?" I ask
"Where's Y/n?" JoJo asks me
"Um.. the note said she would be back" I say
"She's probably with Joseph" Kakyoin says. JoJo nods.
"Listen up. Don't leave this room for a while" JoJo says
"Huh?" I ask
"I'll come for you later" JoJo says
"Don't open the door to any stranger, got it?" Kakyoin asks me as JoJo begins walking away
"O-Okay" I say
Y/n's POV
We hear the door open. I turn to see Jotaro and Kakyoin
"So you are here" Jotaro says
"I told you she would be" Kakyoin says. I look at them confused but I don't ask
"So that just leaves Polnareff. But man, is he late. It's already been way over five minutes" Joseph says. About ten minutes later Polnareff finally enters the room
"Polnareff, you're finally here" Avdol says. I turn to see him barely able to walk. My eyes widened
"You're not very punctual. All right, everyone. We're gonna get right to it. Let's figure out what we're going to do if Soul Sacrifice attacks us" Joseph says. Polnareff leans against the wall
"I-I'm so tired" He says. I rush over and begin to heal him
"What happened?" I ask
"I beat that stupid puppet" he says. I smile
